This was my 4th time there. Nuff said.

This was our first all inclusive experience. Though not really our thing, it was good. Food was quite good. Staff were very good. Maria (housekeeping for suite 236) was amazing!! The place was very well maintained. The beach is not amenable for swimming. As to be expected, it was also windy - very windy! That was disappointing as it drove is to the pool area more than normal. Not sure if this is always the case or if it was because it was spring break, but the pool had tunes pumping pretty loud almost the whole time. You also need to claim your spot early. There is a hard push for vacation property sales pitch (basically timeshare). When booking through Hotels, it does not include airport shuttle (taxi ranged from $40 to $60 USD). Also, do not expect the property to respond to messages through the Hotels app. You need to email them.

Hotel was not what I expected. The food was average the drinks were horrible.. the beer on tap we thought was presidente and I was another beer. We were told by one of the staff that it was another brand beer. Smh also no night life, and for the sport bar there was nothing to do. No pool table or anything to make this stat fun. Will not return!
