Due to the nature of the stairs, we advise guests with physical limitations to avoid climbing to the loft. Children under the age of 12 should not use the stairs or sleep in the loft. The ceiling in the loft is pitched and may be challenging for guests over 6 feet tall.ACCESS Full use of the cottage, side yard and back patio is available to guests during their stay. Parking in front of the cottage in the circular gravel driveway is available free of charge during your stay.ADDITIONAL RULES1. No parties are permitted 2. Please remove and keep shoes off while inside the accommodation3. No smoking or vaping of any substances in or around the accommodation4. Quiet Hours: 11pm-7am5.
