Friendly staff, good breakfast, available free parking

I spent a lot of money for this room and feel like what i got wasnt worth it. very small outdoor pool and didnt look clean. Breakfast was....ok. Dirty and i mean dirty carpet in the room. The tub didnt drain and there was no spout so the shower had to full the tub then i needed to get maintenance to drain it. The phone didnt work in the room and the plug by my bed didnt work for my charger. The elevators were scetchy and didnt work all of the time. There was also delayed responses with needs.

We were pleased with our choice of hotel. The room was very large and clean. The bathroom was clean. My two young grandsons and I had a great time at the swimming pool.

Front desk is nice, rooms spacious. Relatively clean but the condition of room was pretty used. There was no door latch and maintenance had to Gerry rig it on, screws not secured. Hot tub not hot, def would not come for amenities. Was good for going to Disney and icon park, and coming back to sleep. Breakfast is fire.Free parking

Was disappointed that the water wasn’t hot in the shower and the pool/hot tub were both grimy looking. Overall was a good stay but disappointed with the upkeep.

Coffee always cold. Hallways dirty. Elevator door with unnecessary noise and probably easier fix Free water good breakfast. Easy check in and out. Everything else worked fine.

Overall, disappointed with our stay. First day, hot tub not working and was told that the fitness was closed because of a leak in the ceiling. Frances, the manager was helpful. The fitness was open ( the sign was not not taken down) She was able to get the jets fixed in the hot tub but the pool and hot tub were full of leaves. The last 2 days, hot tub wayer was cold. The shower curtain too short, the maytress was too soft. Front deask not the friendliest.

Our room was SO musty and smelt weird. My kids wouldn’t stop complaining of the smell. The carpet even felt wet.

When we check in, the receptionist gave us room key of someone else's room. Lucky when we open the door that person was not in the room. We had to go down again to front desk to ask another room. Water in the bathroom was smelly like a sewage. Carpet was dirty and dusty. Will not beback

Hotel needs remodeling. Very outdated and it smells very strongly of mildew in the bathroom and in the furniture. All the light fixtures are full of rust. The microwave has to rust in the inside. The floor are extremely dirty. The bathroom shower has mold. It’s just dirty very dirty.. we never stay here again.!

Needed a pet friendly hotel for our trip and thought this would be a good place to stay based on the rating. I was wrong! This hotel is old and dirty. Carpet in the halls and room were disgusting. The room was very musty. Bathroom so outdated, clearly needs an overhaul. Water in the shower and sink had this nauseating metallic smell. I could not wait to check out. The fixtures/lighting in the room were rusty, down to their garbage bins! Shows no effort at all to up keep. First time I ever booked a Hampton Inn. I don’t think I ever will again after this experience.

First- I would like to mention that I did not bring up these issues to anyone at the front desk- which I should have. Biggest complaint is the cleanliness - room had lots of dust on flat surfaces, like behind the TV. Enough dust that I could use a finger to write in it. Lots of dust on baseboards. Notable dust in/on the hanging lighting fixtures in the breakfast seating area (over the long table) in the lobby. My room also had small ants- crawling on the desk, in the drawers, pretty much everywhere (spotted some on the bedcovers). Again, yes, I should have told someone, but as I was only in the room late at night to sleep, I just never made that call. They were tiny ants - at least not carpenter ants - but numerous enough that now that I'm back home, I immediately every single thing that was in that room through the washing machine (all clothes & shoes & soft-sided duffel) so as to not have them colonize my house. Room felt kind of moist during the stay, even with A/C on. Just a general dampness, that I believe was exacerbated by the carpeted floors. Also, the bathroom towel & washcloth supply was limited- there were only two hand towels & two washcloths, and 3 bath towels. Challenging when there's 3 people in the room.

This hotel from the elevator to the halls to the rooms smelled of a musty moldy mess. The sheets were so badly “pilled” and scratchy that I had to lay on top of the duvet.it seemed like they hadn’t even been changed for days I’m not asking for high thread count but come on even the cheaper motels at least have crisp clean cheap sheets that are smooth and cool to the touch when you lay down for the night. I am thoroughly disappointed I. This Hampton Inn since I had actually cancelled a reservation at Country Inn and Suites T the same price to stay here instead. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!

The breakfast was great. My husband loved that they actually served bacon one day. Several of the hotels we have stayed in has not. I liked the fact that they changed out the hot dishes every day. Love the location to the Disney theme parks and Sea World. I can not speak about the others. It was very close to a Walmart as well.

Comfortable rooms, very quite.

the property is run down compared to other hampton inns, we had a huge problem having to move rooms after my autistic son went to bed, the ac wasn’t working and he had a meltdown over needed to move was so inconvenient awful for us to go through on a weekend away, also earlier in the day sink and toilet was clogged and we had to have someone come up and fix it The problem room was 428 and they moved us to 328 which means we had to take everything down the elevator, would have made more sense to keep us on floor 4 We won’t stay there again

The room has an old smoke and musty smell. A dehumidifier is used due to outdated ventilation system. I had to empty every 12 hours to keep the room comfortable. Beds need to be replaced and furniture is outdated and damaged.

It was in a nice, clean area of Kissimmee. The room was spacious and clean. The A/C worked well.

Overall, my stay was very pleasant. I didn't like that the AC malfunctioned the 2nd night, however, it was serviced immediately the next morning. I appreciated that. The staff were all very, very, courteous and helpful.

Room was very comfortable and fresh. Staff at check in very friendly and welcoming. Hotel is a little dated and tired looking but well maintained. Was surprised to find the room did not have a spot for any hanging clothes and ended up having to use the shower curtain rod as a closet. However, I would stay here again.

The room was spacious, clean but not in excellent condition, the small fridge was not working(not cooling), the sink was clogged, good thing i had cooler and i was able to get ice from the ice machine. Breakfast was great, very convenient hrs. Overall it was good.

I think this location needs a facelift. Rooms getting a little shabby.

Went to check in and was informed there was no hot water and they didn’t know when they would have it fixed. Clerk wouldn’t help book at another Hampton Inn. We went to Spring Hill Suites and had a great stay.

Incredibly friendly front desk staff!

Good place ...my only disappointment was that i was charged twice a $15 fee that was supposed to be refunded upon my checkout but instead was charged again. They acknowledged that a mistake was made but it still doesn't show on my card

Location was convenient. Strange and easily missed entrance off of main highway. Property needs updating, especially the bathroom. Although large, shower was old and dated.

We’ve stayed in Hampton Inns numerous times. This was definitely not a new hotel. Things were rusty and stained. Just looked and felt a little run down. The staff was great though. Breakfast was mediocre.

The room was cold , and heater did not work , smelled kind of musty , Breakfast was ok but not the usual for a Hampton Inn. No juice , machine broken , not much fruit or different types of muffins . Sausage was more like sliced hotdogs. No waffles, Staff was nice.

Within 15 minutes to all Disney parks. Hotel needs to replace hallway carpet Need more variety at breakfast, no Hampton bacon or biscuits and gravy. Yukon potatoes almost every day and a form of sausage and eggs. Only 3 kinds of cereal. Do not enjoy a paper on the door saying our room was not cleaned due to hanger on door that said do not disturb. Anyone in hotel knew we had not been back to our room. It’s Kississimee. We were at a park all day. Staff friendly.

The location is also a major plus—close enough to Disney and other attractions, but just far enough to enjoy some quiet downtime. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, giving us all the rest we needed for busy park days.

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The only thing we were not satisfied was the breakfast. There are breakfast staff around but they do not refill the items. We came down at 8:00am and the food items does not look presentable and not replenished. Even the coffee lids and some sugar options were empty.

Bed was noisey, refrigerator in the room was noisy, the sheets were worn andid not stay on the mattress, bathroom floor needs the grout cleaned, the shower floor was slippery. Breakfast was disappointing. Location was great.
