Stadium Hotel

It was quite good. Things that can be improved: 1. AC is right to the face of the bed closest to the window. There is no way to change the direction of the cool air. So no way to keep the right temperature and get a good sleep. 2. We couldn’t find a shampoo. There was a conditioner, a body wash, and a body lotion. 3. The shuttle to the hard rock stadium is convenient. However, there is no way to easily find the pickup location. Yes it is the same as dropping off location, but for visitors it is very difficult to get back to the pickup location after the game in a big crowd. Having a QR code that pins the location is an easy way to help the guests. Also, $30 per person for families sums up to a lot and is not wo it. We paid $132 anyway, but we regret since it was 5 minutes ride from the stadium to the hotel and it took us one hour to find the pickup location. Many guests arrived to the pickup location way after we could find it. So it is a common problem to find the pickup location and also expensive. At least you can offer discounts when people purchase 2or more tickets.

Very friendly staff, check in process was quick and easy. Breakfast was great! Nice experience
