Easy check-in, parking was somewhat limited if you’re pulling a trailer. The bed was very springy and not comfortable. We would still stay here, but would definitely prefer a place that had better beds.

Was shocked at the exterior conditions of the building, felt unsafe outside. The interior was better but no soap was provided and the caulking,tub and floor was very dirty in the bathroom

This is our second year in a row at this facility. Staff is fantastic! Nice rooms, clean! Comfortable bed, grocery store nearby. We look forward to the parking lot work being completed when we visit next year!

Although the room was fairly clean - the common areas were the filthiest I've ever seen at any hotel. The hallways were gross - as well as the lobby.

Liked people, cleanliness of overall room, pet friendly, price via expedia. Disliked, couldnt find office from outside, Tv, phone, and other equipment would not work including plastic keys and had to go to another room, only 1 wash cloth that was clean but looked like it had been used to clean a dirty car or boots, limited parking.

It was ok for a quick stay in the position I was in. But I will not stay there ever again. The place looked like it was abandon with a lot of homeless people living there. But on the good side my room was clean.

Older motel, room was not very clean & had trash laying around from previous guests. Bed was very uncomfortable & felt like the springs in the mattress was poking thru. The room smelled nasty as well.

The first room had not been made up from the last guest, but yet they showed that it was ready for use. They switched me to another cheaper room which the beds were made up. However, the carpet had not been vacuumed, the floor had not been swept, the shower had a razor from the last guest. In addition, the tub in the sink both had hair from the last guest and the sink had spots from looked like coffee. From a housekeeping standpoint, absolutely disgusting.

The property was minimally maintained. Our room had a large hole in the window screen. There was no hair dryer. The remains were on the wall. All three soap dispensers were empty. The floor in the bathroom was sticky....!!! The bed cover was spotted and/or stained. The bed mattress was terrible with creeking inner springs?? The bad linnens were clean and acceptable. The whole facility has the look of being nice at one time and VERY tired these days.

I found two bed bugs in my room. The night staff person let me change rooms. In the morning I told the two other people at the front desk that I had found bed bugs in my room and they didn't seem to care. I requested a refund through Expedia but they didn't give a refund. Aside from the bed bugs, the hotel was dirty including the floor, carpets, and tables. The shower had ground in dirt. The bed was fine. Pets are allowed. My first room smelled like wet dog which was gross. Also, there was a lot of noise coming from the hallway.

Staff was friendly, but the room had dead and living roaches in the bathroom and behind the chair in the sleeping area. We've stayed here a few times before and not noticed them. This time there were several seen in the bathroom and a few dead ones in the sleeping area.

On my second night I found a bed bug in my room. The young man at the front desk let me switch rooms. He was very kind and compassionate, however the other employees during the daytime were very rude in all our interactions. Overall the rooms were grimy, the surfaces and floors looked dirty and the shower had ground-in dirt on the floor. They allow pets so it smelled like a stinky dog in my room. I asked for a refund because of the bed bug I found, but the hotel refused. I would not wish my worst enemy to stay there.

Everything in the room became moist. It was so humid and I had the A/C on set low so everything in the room became tacky from condensation. Even the bedding was damp causing me to get one heck of a chill in the middle of the night. I turned the heat on and it was all good after an hour or so but it was weird. Can't blame the staff or hotel, just one of those odd weather things.

In the 1st room we were given, the carpet was soaked from the a/c not draining. It was a swamp. The clerk said the maintenance guy said he fixed it...he did turn off the a/c but left the soaked carpet. She gave us a different room but it was a smoking room & she didn't mention that. Since we had 2 non-smoking rooms reserved for our family, our daughter took the changed room (the smoking one) & sprayed perfume all over. The bathroom had black mold in the shower & a big hole in the shower wall beside the faucet, guess the maintenance guy didn't notice that gaping hole either. All the mattresses (both rooms were 2 queen beds) were past needing replaced. They were lumpy & damaged from people sitting on the edge near the light between both beds, the edge actually sloped.

Pillows were crap. No soap or shampoo in any other dispensers. Battery cover was off of the remote and on of the batteries look like an elephant had chewed on it. Remote did not work.

Wifi was horrible. Constantly have to connect. Slow. Bed was a mattress on top of springs. It felt like a king size sleeper sofa.

I waited to check in for 1 1/2 hours to even check in my room because there was no one at the front desk and there was another couple there that had waited just as long as we had waited I was very upset that we had to wait so long to check in our room

The interior looks better maintained than the exterior, which is fine. The front desk attendant was not very helpful at all. When I first got there she was standing outside smoking and I did not realize she was the attendant. I rang the bell with no results and was getting ready to ring it again after a couple of minutes when she decided to come in. She checked me in and gave me a key with the room number on the second floor. I hauled my stuff up the stairs and found the door had a do not disturb tag on it. I went back down to let her know and she was outside smoking again. When I told her what I had found, she stated that the computer showed it empty and for me to go ahead and use the key. I went back up the stairs and tried the key. No success. It blinked red/green like someone had the internal lock on. I went back downstairs to let her know and she was outside smoking again. She double checked the computer and finally assigned me to a different room. Apparently someone had checked in during the wee hours of the morning and thought they had the room for 24 hours. She let them know they were incorrect, blah-blah-blah. I'm guessing housekeeping did not report the issue to anyone or someone failed to mark it in the computer system.

Didn't have near as nice an experience as the last time I stayed here. The lady at the front desk was hard to understand. Also I asked for a late checkout (12 noon instead of 11) which was granted. However the cleaning personnel showed up knocking at my door at approx 10:50 (5-10 minutes before normal checkout time), even though I had the Do Not Disturb sign on my door, and asked if I was checking out. I told him I had late checkout and wasn't checking out until noon but he seemed to want to argue with me and kept saying that checkout time was 11, even though it wasn't even 11 yet. After telling him multiple times that I had cleared it with the front desk, he finally left, only to show back up at my door at 5 minutes before noon to again ask if I was checking out. Very annoying and not a good way to treat a guest at your hotel.

From the second I walked in I knew it was the wrong spot to go. I made the mistake of questioning the lady at the front desk about the hundred dollar deposit and said that seemed kinda high, she instantly became a total jerk and was basically telling me to go somewhere else. Then I got in my room I had a funky smell to it, a platform bed with about a 3 inch mattress, and every time I turn on the lights in the bathroom there were bug scurrying about. I was there for about two hours before I just up and left

We did nt even stay there ,we pulled into to the hotel registration area to find multiple people loitering around the hotel which looked like it was abandoned the grounds were unkept and we did not even enter the building we left the area to find a safer place to stay, we informed an agent at hotels.com to voice our concerns about safety at the hotel. They tried to call the hotel without any response, just to be clear we had stayed with red roof inn in Tennessee the last 2nights and were very pleased with the service and the hotel,I would recommend that Hotels.com not accept any reservations for this hotel.

Much better than expected. The check in with my dog went smoothly, the room was very nice, and just across the back of the property is the university. It made for a great place to walk my dog. I will be back the next time I pass through!
