We booked this B&B at the last minute after driving an hour from our house for a fish fry. We were amazed. First of all the cost was under $100 to stay there, which was a steal. Their grounds were amazing.There were a variety of colored birds in the feeders from Hummingbirds to Blue Jays. They offer a beautiful built in pool to swim in. We picked the garden queen room. It was quaint and the bed was billowy and comfy. The hosts Pat and Deb were super nice and inviting. They explained everything in detail that we may need to know.There was a coffee maker available round the clock fully stocked. Deb prepared the breakfast for us. She made us a yogurt parfait, eggs, cheese, sausage, baked apples with cinnamon and an English muffin.We really enjoyed ourselves and will be back in later summer to enjoy the pool.

A beautiful little place nestled where you’d least expect it. The hosts are incredible—so friendly and welcoming! The property is absolutely beautiful, and pool and hot tub are just the perfect touches! I cannot recommend this place more, especially if you’re looking for an escape.

My friend and I stayed here as our first bed and breakfast experience and to say the least it was amazing. We felt so welcomed and at home, thank you to our hosts for making it awesome. We took full advantage of the pool and the breakfast was so good! Plus the property itself is beautiful Everything was clean and smelled great :)

Debbie and Pat are fabulous hosts who instantly made us feel welcome, comfortable and right at home at Shane Acres. It's a beautiful facility set in several acres of well cared for greenery, teeming with birds and small wildlife. The included breakfasts were outstanding! Debbie cooked and served individual meals (no buffet!) that were consistently attractive and delicious, and different every day. Pat (and Debbie) maintained beautiful gardens around the B&B building, and one of the most beautiful pools I've ever encountered. The only thing about the entire experience that was a bit off-putting was that we were in one of two rooms that share a bathroom. We didn't know that prior to our arrival, and would have preferred a private bathroom. For us, however, it turned out to be only a minor inconvenience, and for a family group traveling together, it might be just fine. I'm happy to recommend this B&B to any and all. We plan to stay there on the future trips to the area, where we have relatives, and on future visits we'll coordinate with Pat and Debbie to secure a room with a private bathroom. P.S. - Indoor kitty, Olivia, is a real sweetie and we were so glad to have her greet us as we moved around the house. The three outdoor kitties are also very friendly and highly entertaining.

Gracious hospitality in a quiet country setting. Beautiful landscaping and pool that is both beautiful and functional. Pat and Deb cooked an excellent breakfast and were more than happy to provide for any requests. I would be delighted to stay there again if in the area. Great place to stay if going to Horicon Marsh. Homemade apple cider was delicious.

What a spot to stay. We just stayed here while they had a full house and it was still so quiet. My fave part is the house itself, which is a dream. Our room was so comfy and I am glad for the tv and internet and the his and hers robes were a very thoughtful touch that makes it feel like a hotel in a good way. The family running this place is lovely. They have pets on property but with how big it is we never really saw them except for the one outdoor cat I call Scratch-Scratch, who likes to sharpen his or her claws on mine and my husbands jeans. Also loves to be pet and is a delight. The pets are a huge highlight for any animal lover. This home is light and airy, lots of windows and high ceilings. The owner made us breakfast and the couple was available to chat a bit and weren’t put out. I’m impressed by how they run their bnb. They’re rather good at it. Feels like staying at a friends house.

It was like living at home we could walk the house and the grounds. The pellet stove added a very warm touch to the home. Exceptional breakfasts. You sank into the bed at night. All country and no city!!

Shane Acres was a beautiful BnB . Pat and Debbie were sweet and gracious hosts. Their home was so inviting. The room was clean and had more comforts like robes and a washer and dryer that we had even expected. Loved drinking late night tea. And I absolutely adore the cats! As someone with 12 pets at home I was missing my furry companions until the cats let me love them. I will definitely book again! To top it all off the breakfast was delicious! I'm still thinking about it.

Liked the specious run, refrigerator and microwave, jetted tub, separate shower area, swimming pool. I would have liked the refrigerator to have had a freezer section. Also only one pub restaurant in town about 6 mins away by car. Other a lot further away. It was open and did have great food, a free pool table too.

First time that my wife and I stayed at a B&B and it was better than expected. Bed was comfortable, the hosts were very hospitable and the breakfast was amazing. I would highly recommend staying at the Shane Acres Country Inn.

Fantastic hospitality. Many places use the tag line "we make you feel at home", but here the wonderful hosts literally do. The farm-fresh breakfast, served at the crack of dawn or a more leisurely time, will keep you going until dinner!

Debbie and Pat are fabulous hosts who instantly made us feel welcome, comfortable and right at home at Shane Acres. It's a beautiful facility set in several acres of well cared for greenery, teeming with birds and small wildlife. The included breakfasts were outstanding! Debbie cooked and served individual meals (no buffet!) that were consistently attractive and delicious, and different every day. Pat (and Debbie) maintained beautiful gardens around the B&B building, and one of the most beautiful pools I've ever encountered. The only thing about the entire experience that was a bit off-putting was that we were in one of two rooms that share a bathroom. We didn't know that prior to our arrival, and would have preferred a private bathroom. For us, however, it turned out to be only a minor inconvenience, and for a family group traveling together, it might be just fine. I'm happy to recommend this B&B to any and all. We plan to stay there on the future trips to the area, where we have relatives, and on future visits we'll coordinate with Pat and Debbie to secure a room with a private bathroom. P.S. - Indoor kitty, Olivia, is a real sweetie and we were so glad to have her greet us as we moved around the house. The three outdoor kitties are also very friendly and highly entertaining.

We booked this B&B at the last minute after driving an hour from our house for a fish fry. We were amazed. First of all the cost was under $100 to stay there, which was a steal. Their grounds were amazing.There were a variety of colored birds in the feeders from Hummingbirds to Blue Jays. They offer a beautiful built in pool to swim in. We picked the garden queen room. It was quaint and the bed was billowy and comfy. The hosts Pat and Deb were super nice and inviting. They explained everything in detail that we may need to know.There was a coffee maker available round the clock fully stocked. Deb prepared the breakfast for us. She made us a yogurt parfait, eggs, cheese, sausage, baked apples with cinnamon and an English muffin.We really enjoyed ourselves and will be back in later summer to enjoy the pool.

If you're searching for a beautiful place to stay, look no further! This gem has a homey feel that no hotel has. The owners are so nice and the hospitality was incredible. The breakfast is made fresh every morning and it was so delicious! It was also nice to converse not only with other guests, but the owners as well. They remember your names too, which makes you feel like you're not just a number like when staying at a regular hotel. If my family and I are ever in the area again, we will definitely be staying here!

Amazing bed & breakfast!!! We had such a great time and really appreciated the little things that the owners did for us! From sneaking into the kitchen at 6am to borrow creamer and having some given to me in a mason jar to our outstanding breakfast and the beautiful deck outside; everything was perfection!

Shane Acres is such a hidden gem. The property is beautiful and our hosts Pat and Debi were warm and welcoming. Debi’s daily breakfast was delicious. She even made her own tortillas for the breakfast tacos! We cannot say enough good things about our stay. Highly recommend.
