Indoor pool

We were told the pool and hot tub was open when we called in advance and when we got there the pool was closed and found out the hot tub has not been there in at least 3 years. We felt like we were being stared at the entire time we ate breakfast like we going going to steal something.

A few night stay. When checking in saw that pool and fitness area was closed due to pipes froze.

From the time i walked through the door until i left I felt welcomed and safe. Nick, the manager, greets everyone with a smile and a friendly greeting. Jill was also wonderful. My room was clean and smelled fresh. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The reasons for not giving the property an excellent are that there are gaps around the rooma doors allowing you to hear what is being said in the room if you are in the hall and what is being said in the hall if you are in the room. Also, the fitness center was not in working order.

The check in and out was great. The room was great. Comfortable bed. Nice spacious room. Continental breakfast was good. Shower drain was stopped up. Road coming up to the building, was very rough. Overall, it was a great stay. Its the second time we have stayed there and would go back again. Thanks to the staff.

Nice place to stay and ride out the major snow storm. Though they increased the prices by 70%. Rooms were great but breakfast ran out of almost everything and they wouldn't refill.

The in-room smoke detector was covered with blue tape. There was a very bright light just outside my window that stayed on all night. The road leading to the property had multiple large potholes.

Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Several rooms on our floor were being renovated so there was some mess from that. The stairway in front of our room was being recarpeted so that was a little sketchy. The only ice machine I found was on the ground floor. The driveway to the facility needs some attention. I guess this is a 3 1/2 star faciltiy. We had a room closest to the interstate. I would not stay on the outside room again. Lots of truck noise. It probably would be OK in other rooms.

Probably a really nice place 15-20 years ago. A lot of little things that need attention in the room…outlet pulling away from the wall, toilet was loose and wobbled alarmingly. The pool was ice cold.

Cleanliness was excellent

The room was filthy! Blood all over the comforter, the couch in the room needed burt it was so filthy disgusting . Bathroom was not clean, we cleanwd it ourselves.( still clumps of hair in the shower and dirty) pool area was dirty and hot tub empty with the few pool chairs used to hold cautuon tape around it)

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were all awesome. Breakfast was good with several choices including waffles. Hotel is convenient to interstate and racetrack.

We opened the door to our room to the overwhelming odor of lemon soap. We removed our shoes to find that the carpet was soaked. We returned 2nd night at midnight to find that the room had not been cleaned or restocked. The front desk person informed us that housekeeping was "by request only". The washcloth had holes. This property was remodeled by amateurs, and not inspected by Ramada. The edge of the stone countertop around the sink was not dressed after it was cut with a grinder, leaving a knife sharp edge all around the sink. The tile layer left grout in the carpet after installing the tile, and didn\'t clean it up. The trim around the bathroom door had a nail head protruding. The paint job is horrendous.

This hotel did the job but definitely needs an update. The shower head in the bathroom was caked with gunk and the bathtub did not look that clean. The fitted sheet in the bed had 2 huge blood stains on it so I had to remove it from the bed. Looked like someone was hemorrhaging. The mattress pad was clean, the pillows were comfortable. All in all, I will not be staying here again.

Was there for two days , when I went out for the first day no one cleaned the room ( trash, beds, replace dirty towels,etc) there was mold in the bathroom. Had to go down and get fresh towels. Well not stay there agian or recommend it to anyone else. Very disappointing.

This place is old and run down. The room smelled musty and the water pooled so bad in the shower. Do not recommend.

Bed was awful. It was hard and had a hump in the center of it. Needs more time spent dusting rooms.

Hotel is poorly maintained, my room had a broken towel rack, shower that would not drain and a tiny TV positioned where it was hard to see from the bed.

The hotel was clean but in need of some updates. The decor was dated and had no amenities like makeup remover, lotion, etc.

The cost of the suite per night was great, Our Suite was very roomie and clean however the living area lacked a table (coffee Type). nothing to set out drinks, snacks, etc, on. I requested one but it was never received. other than that the Hotel was a 10

The beds are very comfortable.

No TV …screen said weak signal, but nothing! Bathroom floor not clean. Room good otherwise …very quiet. Nice bed ..we were exhausted !!

The room was very nice & comfortable.

The room was not the most clean, the complimentary shampoo and conditioner were almost completely empty, the refrigerator had to be lifted up to open the door, the shower head sprayed in pretty much every direction but straight, the breakfast had no bacon or sausage.

The stay was fine. We had a couple of things that needed addressed in our room and Nick was very efficient and they were fixed promptly! The hotel is clean and adequate for what we needed. It is not far from Warsaw, but there is not much else around. The price was reasonable. Nick was sociable and took care of what we needed. He was very nice!

Customer service and being a Canadian, I have always stated “Americans have the customer service business down pat.” Oh my….the check clerk was very curt. Wow!! Not what I expected or even close to my many years of positive experience traveling in the US. Maybe she was having a bad day - we all have them. But….we have all bad days and need to set them aside when at work.

When we arrived, we had to ring the bell for service 10 times. No staff was at the desk, then we called three times and the staff member came out of a back room and it was visibly clear that he has just woken up. We waited for twenty minutes to be served.

The staff was friendly especially Sheila. The hotel was conveniently off the hwy.

The ladies at the desk for both nights there were so friendly and answered all my questions asked. I do not have it names off hand right now but will try to find them when I unpack. See July 18-20

The night we checked in, the person at the front counter was not friendly or helpful. I booked 2 rooms at this hotel through Hotels.com and when I checked in, she only said there was 1 room on the reservation. When I booked the reservation, it has you supply a name for the 2nd room. I would not have known that the reservation would be under this 2nd name, but that is what happened and she acted like I was supposed to know this. I am the one who made the reservation and paid for both rooms. I also asked for adjoining rooms but was told they could not accommodate because we had 2 separate reservations, which was not the case. When my children checked into their room, there were stains on their bed cover and sheets but they would not provide a new bed cover, they just offered new sheets which they had to go to the front desk to retrieve. The bathroom tub did not have a plug sonI had to use a washrag to block the water from draining. There were rust and water marks on the ceiling. The few breakfast was mediocre. The eggs were made from a powder mix with absolutely no flavor, and the sausage was dry and bland. On the day of our departure, I called the front desk to confirm the check out time because the sign on the door said noon, but the auto text I received said 11am. They confirmed 11am was the actual time, but they graciously granted us another hour, although that was not communicated to the housekeeping staff who was also rude. I would not stay at this hotel again.

In the middle of nowhere. Easy check in, clean room, great breakfast.

The property is remote, so it was very quiet. There is very little in the area. The nearest "restaurant" is a McDonald's in a truck stop a few miles away. It had a nice indoor pool, a very good breakfast, and my room was excellent! The staff was courteous.

Quiet and out of the way. Great pizza in a town about 17 minutes away. Beautiful farmland.

Comfortable stay, friendly staff. Located just behind a large convenience store/fuel stop, and liquor store. Pool stays open until 10 pm!

It was cheap & clean & closest to casino.

Right off the interstate and easy to get to.

Older building has been refurbished. I wish it was closer to local restaurants, the nearest town was 7 mi away Warsaw. There was a fairly good choice of restaurants in Warsaw. After driving 8:00 or 9 hours, I did not want to get back in the car to go to a restaurant.

The hotel served our purpose-a place to lay our head on a long drive. The road to the hotel is somewhat hidden. you pull into the gas station and its like your driving around behind the back of the gas station, dark narrow road to the hotel. small, very small sign at road by gas station entrance.

Area around the property was confusing. You think you are pulling into a gas station, but the hotel sits behind the gas station. The hotel could use more signage.

The location was about the middle of the two attractions we wanted to see, Ark Encounter/ Creation Museum. The exit was right off the Interstate.

The breakfast buffet was exceptional!

Fantastic facility. I can’t say enough good things. Everything and more than we were looking for. No frills but what frills does one really need? There is a nice clean pool. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. A/C worked well. Plenty of towels available, great shower water pressure. The continental breakfast is so much more than other places we’ve stayed. Eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal, fluffy Belgian waffles, fruit, bagels, juice, coffee, tea, and sweet pastries. We will most certainly be staying here again.

Very good price for a large sitting room area with tv as well as a TV in the bedroom. Continental breakfast with scrambled eggs, biscuit and gravy, waffles, as well as pastries and cereal. The area is very remote and a short trip up the interstate for food. About 40 miles from the Ark or Creation Museum. But both are interstate all the way. Staff was pleasant and motel was clea.

I was told when I checked in that breakfast goes from 6-10 but not told that it was only for weekend days so on Monday when we came down at 9:45 there was nothing! Also, if yoh want any cleaning in your room you need to ask for it to be done. And finally, 3 times when I came to the desk area the person that was supposed to be at the desk was seen out the back door taking a smoke break. Also, the room air conditioner was so noisy that it was very hard to sleep.
