Overall, it was a nice location. They were doing construction during my stay and the water was shut off all day for a couple of days which was very inconvenient. I was also not informed of when the water would be turned off so I could not shower or wash my hands.

Sometimes experiencing excellent execution can mimic the feeling of luxury. The Front Desk countertop had mini-cabinet filled with rows of soft Otis Spunkmeyers. That could not have been more perfect for an arrival after 9 hours of driving. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was attentive, and there were good local food options. Breakfast included had plenty of options. I needed to print something, so I visited their business center room. With all the electronic equipment you need, it was also a rare business nook that actually has all the appropriate accoutrements, e.g. scissors, stapler, tape, white out, etc. Grade A attention to detail all around made for an excellent visit!

This was a business trip for me, so it would have been helpful if the printer had worked. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and the room was very clean, which I much appreciated! Overall, this hotel was very conveniently located, clean, and had friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again!

Janet was at the front desk when we arrived. She was so kind and helpful. She suggested a fun place for us to walk to for dinner. Our room was very comfortable and we loved the Dove bathroom products. I appreciated the 24 hour fitness center. Very nice breakfast and the "cook" was friendly and pleasant.

They give us connecting rooms and the walls are so thin. You could hear every single thing. The people in the other room were saying your facility doesn’t have any vending machines for soda or water. If you want ice, you have to go from the first floor to the second floor, which is ridiculous. I was laying in bed and I literally heard a man peeing in the toilet. That’s how send these walls are. I will never stay in that facility again and I doubt if I will stay in any of your facilities if this is the way they’re built.

Hotel is a little tired. Food crumbs from a previous guest were on the floor for the 3 days we stayed there. Could be cleaner. Breakfast had a lot of sugary items but not many healthy choices. Coffee was only warm and had to be heated in the microwave.

We had the king suite on the top floor, the tub was not cleaned as you could see the soap scum ring and there was short black hair in the tub very gross! The front of the tub also had the facing falling off- My husband ended up cleaning it so we could use it! And sanitized it with pretty our whole bottle of sanitizer out of the car. Microwave had food in it which not horrible but expected it to be better! Tissue box was empty and no extra in room. 2 tvs but only 1 remote? Pillows definitely not designed for support or comfort. Breakfast was dry and over cooked to say the least- we ended up going out and leaving the room 2 hours early.

We've stayed here a number of times. The only complaints we have include: (1) not enough counter space around bathroom sink; (2) walls are very thin and talking or coughing in adjacent rooms is annoying. Otherwise, highly recommended!

Other guests were excessively loud in the hallway in the middle of the night. The view was not very private as the window looked directly into a neighboring building. People in that building could see into my room so I wasn't able to open the drapes. The lighting in the room was poor which made it worse.

The stay was amazing! There was one person who is at your front desk who has a horrible attitude. She’s an older woman. My first stay there a few months ago I thought maybe she was just having a bad day. But months later she was still rude. My friend is handicap and needed help opening her door to her room and the woman gave her attitude about it. Also told her to prop the door open if she was going out to smoke. Why? So someone could walk on and steal her belongings?? Said good morning to this same person and she acted as if she didn’t see nor hear us . So this is more than just a bad day. Other than that everything was perfect! Thank you! I’ll be staying more often as my son lives in sylvania.

Amazing staff at front desk. Debra was really great and was able to accommodate my request. Every hotel needs a Debra because she makes you feel like a welcome guest. Hotel is in a good location, grocery store across street is wonderful and there is a lovely walking trail along river behind hotel.

Top priority, comfortable bed - check. Convenient location, just a couple minutes off Rt 23. Super accommodating desk clerk (Janette), who fixed our reservation for us - I swear we reserved a king bed, but we got two queens - anyway, she moved us. She also recommended several places to eat, and Inside the Five Brewery was excellent. Sylvania is a pretty town, we will stay here again.

The hotel is run down and dirty. The smell of marijuana is constantly in the air. The staff is hiding not making any effort. The cleaning staff smelled so bad I didn’t want her in my room. The breakfast was barely a breakfast and the attendant was hiding in the back room. There was not a clean table to use and the buffet was a mess. The desk clerk at check out didn’t even make eye contact with me or stand up from her chair to check me out The hotel needs a complete make over physically and staffing
