Everything was good my problem was it said it had a hot tub and it did not. We had been driving for 12 hours and main reason we stayed there was we wanted to stay somewhere we could relax in a hot tub before bed so we were pretty disappointed.

Rooms are nice and clean. Only downside was that the pool is closed for the next several months due to a hurricane. This was 1 of the hotels that I booked during our road trip specifically with a pool so a huge let down for the kids.

We live in the area and stayed here specifically to swim and use the hot tub. We arrived to find there is no hot tub even though the property lists one. The pool was also freezing. We asked if the heat could be turned on but were told that the front desk had no control over the temperature and that maintenence wasn't available. Will not stay here again.

Applebee's in same parking lot and close proximity to fuel/stores made it convenient. Don't let the pictures fool you, however...there is NO hot tub in this hotel. Hot tub was removed years ago, and no updated pictures provided. We were very disappointed after a long day of hiking/walking to find NO HOT TUB. Also the elevator floors were in bad need of vacuuming. Free breakfast was one of the best with a full spread including eggs/ham/potatoes/waffle maker/yogurt and coffee/tea was 24/7.

I have sent an email to Expedia about this! But no response as of yet. The pool and hot tub were not available at the time of our stay due to issues that occurred over a month before our arrival. This should have been highlighted during booking as it was not something that had just happened. We are requesting to have a portion of our bill reimbursed for this. We look forward to hearing from you!

Rushed out of the room for cleaning. Loud banging floor above. Not very friendly staff (Maine) but overall the rooms were nice, breakfast was pretty good but the hot water was usually empty at the 24 hour coffee station. We had a bunch of bags no one asked if we needed help but I got the push trolly cart. Pool water looked a little cloudy so I skipped that. Cute little gym with about 4 cardio machines. I used that a few times because it was always empty. 2 people would probably be too many. I'd stay there again

The room appeared to be clean, then noticed things like phone sticking to night stand. A dried patch of something on the bottom shelf of night stand. Had issues with toilet over flow ( out of bathroom and down hall way) and the staff giving towels to clean. No " let me get a mop " Check in was easy most staff friendly. Moderately clean.

The room had a very musty dusty smell to it. Really tough to enjoy my stay. Multiple (3) fire alarms during the early morning hours. The toilet would flush randomly, on it's own. Kinda weird. I did not have a restful stay, to say the least. I had an early morning business meeting. Very disappointed overall. I think this facility / location could use some updates and a little more attention to the cleanliness and overall comfort of their rooms.

Quiet, clean. A bit dated and could use a lot of paint touch up. Beds are very comfortable. Asked for a second chair and it was in our room within 15 minutes. Breakfast is good.

I am older (77) so not used to paying -what in the past was an extravagant amount of money - $325 a night for a mediocre experience. There was a two-night minimum which I disliked. The front desk staff was consistently very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fine. My room (423) room was older. It had a very finicky and loud A/C system. My mattress was uncomfortable and I found the pillows had an odor. Plenty of clean towels but it was an older bathroom. Really disappointed that there was no hand-held shower wand- I did not feel the shower head flow was very strong. Appreciated the grab bar in the shower. I miss the small shampoos and hand lotion amenities. Also miss daily room service. Wasn't too noisy and parking was fine, location was good for the wedding I was attending. Cleaning staff very friendly when met in the hall. Good elevator service. .

The bed was ok. The TV was awful!! Kept shutting itself off after ten minutes on channel 8. Voice was shaky on all channels. The picture shook on all channels. The front desk was very helpful with anything we asked of them. We were in pajamas for tv watching so we never called about the tv.

The hotel and staff were great. The rooms was very clean and had some great amenities (king size bed, large TV, mini fridge and bar area, desk, and couch with tray table). My partner and I could both work comfortably and sleep comfortably. The only quirk was the light switch for the toilet and shower were opposite the door to the room so it took some getting used to the placement. The hotel unfortunately does NOT have a common hot tub, just a common pool, so if you filter on hot tub, be prepared to be disappointed. The hot tub is in (a) specific room(s). Otherwise everything was clean in the lobby and hallways and the breakfast options were great: multiple coffee/tea options, juices, fruit, pastries, hot bar, DIY waffles, yogurt, breads, etc.

My son lives about 10 miles from here. Hotel is convenient to get to. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Definitely one of the nicest and most up to date accessible rooms I’ve ever had. We’ll be back!

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. I checked in in the afternoon. At around 11pm, while I was sleeping in the hotel room, two adult male opened my room door using their room card. This was creepy as hell! It turns out that the front desk person assigned my room to them and created room cards for them. I feel like this is the biggest mistake any hotel front desk staff can possibly make!

Spent the evening there last night. The guy at the front desk when we checked in wasn’t overly friendly but hey whatever. Things were fine until around 2-2:30am when we were woken by the group in the room beside us. The noise coming from their room can only be described as people running into walls, throwing things, opening and slamming doors over and over again and screaming. Literally listened to the man tell the girl in the room that he could “beat her ****ing ass” and other derogatory words. After an hour id had enough and went downstairs to report them. The noise continued until the cops showed up, cops left without removing anyone, screaming, banging and slamming doors resumed. Cops showed up a second time. Man was finally removed around 5am. I was not the only person to complain and while the front desk lady was very friendly it’s very frustrating that this was allowed to continue on for 3+ hours. It’s frustrating to shell out a few hundred dollars for a night and only get about 2 hours of sleep.

It was a so-so Hampton Inn. The breakfast was good but the lady who prepared and served clearly did not appreciate that because of guests she has her job. We seemed a disturbance. The hotel was a bit shabby, furnishings were old. And shy does Hampton think I’m running off with their stuff? The lamp was bolted to the desk and all the lotions and soaps were stuck to the walls.

Hotel cleanliness was awesome and room was great. Staff accommodating and friendly. Would advise that guests have their own vehicles or rent a car as public transportation is very limited and the hotel is on the outskirts of nearby towns and attractions and not really walkable safely.
