Apartment was large, easy to book in. Fantastic location to attractions. We were on 3rd floor unfortunately no lift. Although this was only a problem with suitcase, young girl on reception did offer to help. Building inside had character.

Really great stay. The only downside is the parking, you have to find a paid parking lot that's a little over 5 minutes away. The area is absolutely beautiful though. Highly recommend the old town area.

very inconvenient if you have a car! Bloody impossible to find with standard rentacar GPS, and super complicated and inconvenient with parking, which is FAR away and also hard to find. The little dining table was dirty and sticky, there was no fan in the bathroom, and the mattress was terrible.

The location was perfect in the old jewish centre. Short distances to restaurants and culture places. What I missed was a lift ,we had to take the stairs to the fourth floor.

The apt. Is right in old town great location! You have to park your car in a different location than the apartment. The big down side for us was the 5 flight of steps. Great if you are young, but we aren’t. The people where very helpful with parking and taking the luggage to our room.

Pros: Nice location situated close to the heart of Krakow's city center making it easy to explore the old-town on foot. I find this location superb! Cons: The absence of an elevator is a significant inconvenience. The furniture are also worn-out and a lot of missing basic amenities in the room, like hangers, extra toilet papers and toiletries. Noisy all the time.

P&J Apartments were very nice. Be aware that there is no elevator, so if you have heavy (or a lot of) luggage, you will get a work-out. The room had good space and nice amenities. The beds were very comfortable. The location is absolutely wonderful and made the walk-up worth it. If you are driving, parking can be an issue, but there are options.

Great location. Right near the main market square. The reception booked me transfers to and from the airport and was very well organised. The driver even came up to my room on my return journey back to the airport to see if I wanted help with my luggage. The stairs were a killer as I was on the top floor with no lift. The reception is not at the apartments so got dropped off at the reception and was given a map to the apartments. Not a problem but was 28 degrees heat and had to walk trying to find the apartment with my luggage and then climb 3 flights of stairs. All in all a great experience and I would stay here again.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen, inmitten des Geschehens, und mit einem Aufzug ausgestattet, was für ältere Personen oder Menschen, die nicht gut zu Fuß sind, hervorragend ist. Es ist ein älteres Gebäude, aber mit Charme. Da es mitten in der Altstadt liegt, muss man sich mit der entsprechenden Lautstärke arrangieren. Auch hier ist man mitten drin.

Ours was a really nice apartment, situated just 3 or 4 minutes walk from the main square in the Old Town. Clean, plenty of space & very well equipped with plenty of cafes, bars & restaurants close by without being particularly noisy. The staff at the main reception/office (5 minutes from our building) were friendly, polite & helpful, with a secure room available to store luggage until check in time, as we arrived quite early in the morning. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend P&J Apartments for anyone considering visiting Krakow.

The apartment was abysmal. Dirty, smelled like smoke and goats. Hand prints on walls, furniture was old and crusty. Warning, no refunds. We checked in for a 3 day stay, walked 10 minutes to the apartment. After ten minutes tried to get a refund through expedia (we didn't), returned keys, stayed at a hotel around the block.

Beds not very comfy one sheet for two mattresses sofa bed filthy kitchen was adequate and mold on bathroom ceiling. Lock on door was temperamental and no light going upstairs to the apartment. I would stay again on if I did not book the economy studio.

The flat was excellently central and had a really good location. It was practical enough and had a good and useful kitchen, HOWEVER by day 2 or so we started smelling an odd smell. We assumed it was the drains coming from the shower in the bathroom so didn’t think much of it, but over the last 2 days the smell got worse and worse before we noticed there was URINE LIKE LIQUID in the wash basket in the bathroom - which was the cause of the smell!! We complained once we realised what the smell was to staff downstairs when checking out and they seemed uninterested and even laughed. We are not pleased.

Hvis man vil bo midt i smørøyet og ikke tilbringe mye tid på rommet så er det helt perfekt. Det meste annet er middels eller dårlig. Dusj som ikke fungerer,toalett uten sete,mye støy osv.

This company have a range of apartments available. I stayed in a nice second floor apartment on Stolarska Street, not far from the main square. The only drawback was that the street outside was very noisy, often until 2am or later. As it was very warm during my visit I had the windows open. For this reason I would not recommend this particular apartment if you want a good nights sleep.

We stayed in the Royal Apartment. Location is excellent, and apartments are very big and clean. Removed a star as the beds are uncomfortable, wardrobe was damaged (missing handles) and no change of towels or bedding. However, only slight negatives, I would definitely stay again. Note - check in isn’t near the hotel, be prepared for a walk through old town with your cases

Meget sentral beliggenhet. Rett ut i «main street». Enkel standard. Noe slitent gulv og kjøkkeninnredning. Veldig stygg solskjerming, men gjorde nytten. Nytt, fint bad. Funker greit som sovested, man skal da vel ut å se på byen ☺️ 4 netter med to voksne og to barn var helt innafor mtp prisen.

Our apartment was spacious, well equipped and well located in Krakow old town. Furnishings practical, rather than stylish. Good value for the price. Our apartment was a short walk from the office. We arrived around 02:00 and the hotel transfer taxi collected us from the hotel direct to the apartment. He gave us the key and welcome information. Very good service

Ottima posizione vicinissima al centro storico e appartamento spazioso. Per il resto, soggiorno un po' deludente: 5 piani senza ascensore, l'arredamento è davvero accozzato e mancano elementi fondamentali, come un tavolo o le tende oscuranti.

Great area however the flat was not pictured accurately and management did not respond timely nor satisfactorily. 1) Driver showed us to wrong room and guy answered in his underwear 2) We were left waiting in hallway for 15 minutes for new keys. 3) We were not given address of apt after checking in. We didn’t realize it was a different address than the confirmation And could not find the flat next day. 4) Homeless man somehow got into our locked hallway and was sleeping there when we returned from dinner. 5) Flat had missing chunks of wallpaper in both rooms, very scuffed floors, scuffed walls, and worn furniture. Not as depicted in photos. 6) We expected some compensation from management. No response 24 hours after stopping by and then just a simple half-veiled apology when I contacted two more times.

I wanted to stay here because it should be located at the main street of Krakow in Florianska. As i booked the room, i chose the option that explicitly written, that my room is at the Florianska street. As i came, i got a room at a house in another building on another street. The room was quite old with broken ceramics, peeled wood on the desk and the bed, two mattresses, which i could feel the springs, and also connected directly to outside. I asked for my right and they said, that i need to pay more (around 75€ more for every day) if i want to stay at the room in the street i chose (which of course cleaner and relatively newer than my room), which i declined. The room was not soundproof at all and because there is a bistro right beside my room and pedestrians (some drunken people too) also car crossed by directly outside my window, it would be a 3 nights of nightmare, if someone didn’t bring earplugs. Overall i learned about how to carefully select a room for my next stay.

I asked for my right and they said, that i need to pay more (around 75€ more for every day) if i want to stay at the room in the street i chose (which of course cleaner and relatively newer than my room), which i declined. The room was not soundproof at all and because there is a bistro right beside my room and pedestrians (some drunken people too) also car crossed by directly outside my window, it would be a 3 nights of nightmare, if someone didn’t bring earplugs. Overall i learned about how to carefully select a room for my next stay.

Great location. Right near the main market square. The reception booked me transfers to and from the airport and was very well organised. The driver even came up to my room on my return journey back to the airport to see if I wanted help with my luggage. The stairs were a killer as I was on the top floor with no lift. The reception is not at the apartments so got dropped off at the reception and was given a map to the apartments. Not a problem but was 28 degrees heat and had to walk trying to find the apartment with my luggage and then climb 3 flights of stairs. All in all a great experience and I would stay here again.

The reception, although it was a small room was really easy to locate and the staff was helpful. They helped us easily locate our given apartment with a map in English and held our luggage until our check in time. The apartment itself was great, it had everything you need including a washing machine, iron, hairdryer and basically every kitchen utensil you may need. Although the apartment we had booked was located 1 minute away from the town centre so we had no need for the kitchen. Highly recommend.

Check in was easy. We dropped off our bags and went out to eat. When we came back, the key would not work. We called the front desk and he was not immediately concerned to come help us but ultimately did. He determined the lock to be defective and gave us a new room immediately but said the property technician was gone for the day and we would not be able to get our suitcases out until the morning. After some persistence, he reached out to the tech who arrived within an hour and we were able to retrieve our belongings. The remainder of our stay was uneventful, the new room was an upgrade. We were disappointed that the initial response lacked any sense of urgency until we applied pressure and notified the desk that one of us had heart medication that needed to be taken that evening. Otherwise, we did enjoy the property and enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect.

Ours was a really nice apartment, situated just 3 or 4 minutes walk from the main square in the Old Town. Clean, plenty of space & very well equipped with plenty of cafes, bars & restaurants close by without being particularly noisy. The staff at the main reception/office (5 minutes from our building) were friendly, polite & helpful, with a secure room available to store luggage until check in time, as we arrived quite early in the morning. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend P&J Apartments for anyone considering visiting Krakow.

It was right in the middle of the city center which was amazing. I definitely recommend staying here if you plan to explore the city, pretty much all of the buildings we wanted to see were less than a half an hour walk away.

Das gute war die Lage, das wars. An der Straße ist es zu laut, da die Fenster nicht schallgedämmt sind. Die Steckdosen kommen aus den Wänden für Kinder sehr gefährlich. Die Betten gingen bei den Aufenthalten kaputt ohne fremdeinwirkung. Kein alternativ Angebot. Finger weg vom "Frühstück" man bekommt nur Brötchen und sehr viel Scheibenkäse

We stayed on Stolarska. Very central and easy to get everywhere. Lots of restaurants and bars. There was no AC, only a fan and we had to have the window open. Sleeping was difficult as this was a very busy street at night. The mattresses were very firm. The kitchen was supplied with glasses, plates, and cutlery. There was a washing machine. The towels were not changed during our 4 night stay, and the apartment was not cleaned during our stay.
