Elevator out of order and being a person with back issues walking up three flights of stairs was not the greatest experience. Only pork selections at breakfast. Could not connect to television. Overall great stay.

Our stay was great, very quiet. Elevator was an issue as it bumped before the door closed Everytime. Not just a small bump but a jolt. Might need adjusting. Also, coffee was not available 24/7 as we have enjoyed in the past, disappointing. Overall a good experience.

We liked that there was an indoor pool but it was on the small side. The breakfast was excellent. The fire alarms went off in the evening which really scared the kids. It was a false alarm, but no one came around to say that it was safe to go back in.

Had an amazing time! We stayed there last week on our way home from a trip. It had everything we could want and so I came back 6 days later with 3 grandchildren and we had an awesome time! The staff was friendly, the breakfast was so good, the coffee was great, the swimming and exercise room were an added plus. But the best of all was the comfort of the beds and pillows and comforters! Great place to stay!

Hotel is in the middle of restoration. My room was new with clean and fresh décor. Staff were pleasant and location close to interstate. Noise from renovation started early every morning and the smell of solvent/adhesive was not pleasant. The TV service was terrible with dropped signal every 10 minutes for up to 5 minutes. Breakfast was tasty.

The room and bathroom were clean. Good service at the front desk for check-in. The lobby was clean and so were the hallways. Plenty of linens in the bathroom too. It looks to be a newer property. It was not crowded and was quiet. I am glad I stayed here.

this Holiday Inn property was able to help me when I was unable to sleep or bathe at the property that I originally booked, which was a Radisson. They felt sorry for me and took care of me right away. It was amazing staff and facility.

The hotel was wonderful. The gentlemen that checked me in was fabulous. He made a recommendation for dinner and that was great. Breakfast was good. I had trouble with the pancake maker and the person that came out was very nice. Would highly reccomend this place.

Although the people were fabulous and the place was stellar, I am not happy that I tried on 2 different occasions to shorten my stay due to my children starting school on Monday... And I was unable to cancel one out of the 4 days we booked. It's frustrating to not have any flexibility.

Very nice, close to all the big stores in little stores. Tons of options for eating out nice and clean, and the staff were Very friendly, especially one of the very sweet housekeepers. She was from another country, but very sweet and hard-working. She was working entire time. I saw her even when she was talking with me.

Check in and Check out Staff were friendly and welcoming. The whole property is clean and well maintained. I think it has been newly renovated. Breakfast was excellent. Best cinnamon rolls and biscuits and gravy we've had at a hotel. Excellent location right off the freeway.
