Very clean and quiet. Was very small dog friendly. Breakfast was warm, lots to choose from. Relaxed in the pool in the morning, loved the music while swimming. I would stay again.

Hotel was great, staff was nice and had quick service, the breakfast was great! Pool area was a little messy with used towels everywhere(loved that it was a salt pool!), and the people in the room next to us were up at 5 am and very loud. Hotel itself? I would definitely recommend.

There for horse show. Checked in on Wednesday and checked out Sunday. Our bed was not made in those 4 days and we were given 2 new towels in 4 days. I’d say housekeeping needs to step up a bit for an $800 stay. Rooms beat up and bathrooms need updating.

Our room was a king standard compared to the picture on line the room was a lot bigger than it was in real life and the t v on the stand sat to left of the bed so u had to lay side ways when in bed to watch t v we Even turned it but that didn’t really help , next time on choosing a room I would make sure that the t v is facing the bottom of the bed if we would ever get a room again other than that it served the purpose

Subpar and definitely prefer not to stay at it again. Beds were uncomfortable and the room was loud. Music coming from somewhere else and the fridge was making noises. Also, almost empty toilet paper roll in the room and no spare roll to be found. Just overall unhappy with the stay, especially for the price-point. ($180+)

It was terrible. Nice place but they blast music in the lobby all night. Our room (214) was right above a speaker in the lobby and our bed shook with bass all night. Plus our floor happened to be a ton of young people partying all night very loudly. My 5yo and my husband and I did not sleep. We checked out a day early and have asked for a refund for the second day which we still don’t know if we get. Hopefully they’ll be kind enough after such a rough stay and reimburse us for the night we did not stay since we had to find a new place last minute!

All the staff from check in to check out were all very helpful and very nice. It was the best Hampton I have stayed in. Very clean and organized. Beds were very comfortable. We stayed in room with 2 queen beds,and the room was nice and large. Has at least 55" TV, refrigerator, and storage bins. Breakfast was included in room price, and had many varieties of food. I would highly recommend this hotel, and I would definitely stay there again. The only noise element was from the upstairs. When anybody flushed toilet, you could hear a awful noise, but it didn;t last long! My sister also stayed there, and her room was nice, but they had a standard king, and their room seemed half the size of ours, and the TV placement was to the side of bed instead of front of bed. They didn;t like that, but didn;t say anything. Other than that. Excellent hotel

Our room was really spacious with a great layout! We stayed in the King studio. The extra little sink and mirror in the bar area were perfect for getting ready in the morning. They had complimentary bottled waters as well as hot chocolate (and coffee), which my kids loved. My only slight complaint was that the bathroom could use a little updating. Great place to stay!

Clean hotel w/ friendly staff. Nice to have breakfast available--the breakfast chef was so accommodating and friendly. Brian was also super welcoming and accommodating when we arrived. A couple of times we needed front staff, only to find them out front smoking. But overall, would stay here again.

They were amazing. My wife accidentally left her wallet and they were kind enough to contact us and let us know then sent it back to us all the way to AZ. The stay was great we stayed at many hotels on this cross country trip for work and this was one that was beautiful and the nicest staff. Amazing.

The person who checked us in experienced difficulty doing so, something about "3rd party software" that was confusing/whatever. In any case, it wasn't professional and could have been handled much better. Breakfast was OK, but not great. The orange juice was subpar; coffee was good; waffle iron made a tepid waffle, needed to be much more brown/cooked, and the result was that the waffle was tough. Staff had trouble keeping up with customer demand: many items unavailable for brief periods while they worked to keep up/catch up.

Even with them upgrading their tile floor in the main entrance and the dining hall, they still had a clean area. The room was very spacious at this hotel. The rooms were also very clean. The morning breakfast was good with a wonderful variety of selections. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
