Under major reconstruction. Front and one wing of hotel have major exterior work being done. Stairwells full of construction materials. Hair dryer and tv both broke and were not repaired or replaced during my multi-day stay. Not impressed.

The overnight front desk gentlemen Geo was friendly and welcoming upon us entering the hotel. Check in was fast and was told about things to do in the area and some food places nearby when asked. Outside of the customer service and for a renovated property there are alot of things lacking. only one ice machine worked. only one washer worked. gym room is out of order. wifi is slow and barely usable. only one of the elevators worked, lights down, buttons hard to push or don't work all together. Side entrance doors are broken, can;t use key cards to get in. one set of front entrance doors don't work and are remaining open. Stains, strange smells, and heavy lingering smoke smells throughout the hallways. No working phones in the room. Room lacked basic necessities.

Common areas seemed to not have AC and were quite stuffy. Some cleaning staff were rather unfriendly. Front desk staff were pleasant. Room had an odor. It improved once air was turned on. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean.

We were booked into a handicapped room for no apparent reason. The bathroom was awkward for us and had little water pressure in the shower and the sink. In addition, the lobby area and the floor hallways were stifling and had a swampy feel. They said the air conditioning was not working, but it seemed like they simply did not want to turn it on. Family members arriving the next day had to wait several hours after the check in time to actually check in. It appears they were not staffed adequately to clean rooms in a timely manner for new check ins. The room was clean, and the air conditioning did work in the rooms.

Arrived to find the place in a major renovation, I stepped on a nail in the parking lot. It’s dirty, noisy and should be closed. Old bath Tubs, debris everywhere on the outside also

Night clerk was polite and welcoming. I stay here often and he's always willing to help and assist if he can. The hotel is currently going through a Renovation.

Plenty of room issues ( no working phone , TV didn't work, front desk had to get my a remote from another room just to find that out). Gym is offered as an amenity ( its out of order ). Only one working ice machine which is on the fourth floor. Washer on the fourth floor doesn't work properly. It was late, needed somewhere to sleep . Hotel has so much room for improvement. Side doors don't work, had to keep going around to the front of the building to enter through the entrance. Breakfast was overall awful. The only good experience had was I was able to get sleep and the front desk.

Hotel under construction. No carts for my luggage. No hot breakfast. Hotel clerk was less than helpful. He stated he didn’t know where the carts were at and made no attempt to find one for me to use.

Kind staff, clean lobby, clean and nice facilities, comfy and clean rooms. We really enjoyed our stay, and it was very cheap fro three nights.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke, the shower was disgusting, the toilet had cigarette ashes, the bed sheets were stained, the towels were stained, the floor felt greasy, the mirror was dirty and the overall hotel was very dirty. The mildew smell and humidity in the air. I will not recommend this place unless this is a very last resort. The only thing pleasant was the interaction with the front desk.

This hotel was a mess . We checked in at 6 pm . My moms room wasn’t clean , beds hadn’t been changed , floors weren’t vacuumed, bathroom was dirty . My room , the toilet wasn’t cleaned like someone peed and left pee on the seat and on the floor and didn’t put the toilet seat down. One of the rooms didn’t even have a TV on the wall . I just couldn’t believe the stay we had . Not good at all .

I booked a non smoking room and my Room smelled like cigarettes. The bed comforter was stained and dirty, had to remove it from the bed. The shower floor was so dirty I had to shower with a towel on my feet. It was definitely not what I was expecting.

The room was not clean and we saw a few bugs in the room so we ended up leaving.

Check in process takes about 10 minutes. They try to offer a credit card. Room was fine but bathroom was dirty with hairs all over the place. Breakfast very limited and opened late. Person responsible for breakfast with an attitude. Overall not a good experience.

Check in was quick and easy. The staff were friendly. The rooms were clean. They supplied full size bottles of shampoo and conditioner if needed. Room was supplied with enough towels. We have no complaints.

They clean your room only after a three day stay. Could not get coffee. The night desk manager was rude and not willingly helpful. The building smelled like an old smoking building. You would think it would be a cheap room but it was not.

I recently stayed at your property, and while I appreciated the updated look of the hotel, my experience was significantly impacted by multiple issues—chief among them, the lack of proper air conditioning. Upon arrival after a long day in the heat, I entered a room that was well over 85 degrees. Despite maintenance’s best efforts, the unit only blew hot air. After 20 minutes with no improvement, I had to redress and go to the front desk to request a different room. Unfortunately, the second room presented similar problems: the “cool” setting on the AC unit was unresponsive and only produced slightly cooler air. To make matters worse, the room’s phone did not work, so I once again had to redress and return to the front desk to be moved a third time. I understand that technical issues can occur, and your team appeared to be doing their best under pressure. However, the repeated inconveniences and discomfort significantly affected my stay. As such, I am requesting a partial refund or another form of compensation to resolve this matter fairly. I hope to hear back soon and thank you for taking the time to address this issue.

The front desk staff was very nice. Upon arriving our room was clean. Breakfast was very good with a variety of things to choose from. We stayed for a week and our room was only cleaned once. I had to go to the front desk and ask for towels and inquire why our room was not cleaned. I was assured it would be cleaned the next day. It was not cleaned until I complained. The tv channels were terrible.

The motel is right off the interstate and I heard the traffic all night-I thought the windows were open because it was so loud.

Staying in York to travel into Baltimore for work. Usually stay nearby, but my go-to was booked. This one always interested me due to the updated modern look from the pictures of the lobby etc. The hotel itself isn’t old but does show a little bit of wear for being so new. The room layout was a bit odd, you enter and immediately to the right is a bathroom, absolutely furthest point from the bedroom, the “Kitchenette” situation of the suite was nothing more than a cabinet with a microwave and mini fridge shoved in. The tv area had a couch crammed in front of an air return and just and odd position because the desk opposite is the only other usable piece of furniture. The rest of the room is just a big expanse. The room was hot/cold ish through most of the night. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, the view of the highway was neat. The windows were double sealed with an added layer of plexiglass that had a few bugs that had made their way in. I wouldn’t upgrade to the King Suite, the Room with 2 Queen beds would have been much more accommodating. The hotel reception area was nice and the staff hospitable. We did not try the breakfast, nor did I locate the gym on this stay. I love the convenience of staying odd this exit, there’s a gas station nearby that makes hot-food if you need a meal or snack in a pinch. As with most hotels the parking is mostly less than ideal, but I was able to find a relatively good spot in a good near a side entrance.

Nice updated hotel, but there are holes in the walls when you look behind furniture: to fix the tv, find an outlet etc. the tv and desk phone didn’t work. Once tv was fixed there were only a few channels and no streaming. Breakfast was very nice and staff was very friendly.

WiFi screwed up the WiFi on my iPhone and iPad. There was no secured WiFi available. I couldn’t even schedule an Uber to go to another hotel.

While the hotel was nice, clean and service was good, be aware that the TV service is terrible. They only get 10 channels, none of the majors. We stopped here Sunday evening on the way back to NC and were anticipating watching the football game. Luckily I had my own Firestick with me and was able to hook it up and watch it.

They had me check in and ran my credit card. When I got up to the room the TV didn’t work. I came down to the front desk to complain, and they told me they were aware that the TVs in the room didn’t work and that they would be happy to give me a refund, I had to spend another $400 and rent another hotel room while I waited for my credit to my debit card. Absolutely should’ve told me ahead of time there was no TV in the rooms who in the right mind would stay in the hotel for three days without a TV , I will never go back there again

The telephone in the room did not work. The TV remote control cannot control the volume up or down. The Internet service was extremely poor and slow. The air conditioning unit was almost completely rusted out at the bottom. Hot water pressure from the faucet in the bathroom was absolutely ridiculous, barely even a trickle. I was glad to have a small refrigerator in my room, but you cannot control the temperature put two bottles of water in the refrigerator door and they froze up along with all of our food.

The gentleman who worked the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed the weekend for a hockey tournament and basically had to live out of the hotel for 3 days. He was able to provide us with great dining suggestions and always greeted us enthusiastically. The staff is the best part about this hotel!

Everyone from the time we walked in the door till the time we walked out was excellent! The breakfast was wonderful and the breakfast staff was amazing. The front desk people were all on point every single time no matter the time of night or day!

Hotel is improving overall. Front desk is always welcoming, helpful and friendly. Housekeeping and whoever the Janitor is that cleans the hotel in general still needs much improvement.

Last minute stay due to water heater breaking at family’s home and everyone needing showers after a long, hot day at Hershey Park. Easy booking and easy check in. Some family came just to shower and front desk was accommodating with proving extra towels.

My inbound flight was delayed by roughly 4 hours, so I arrived at the hotel ~4:30 am in very tired condition. Giovanni at the front desk did not allow me to check in on the reservation so I had to sleep in my car and go to work at 7am. Will never book this hotel again.

Hotel is consistently improving and is currently undergoing hotel upgrades. Front desk is welcoming, polite, and guest friendly.

It took 45 minutes to check in because there was only one staff - she was very nice and doing the best she could. The common areas, walls, carpets, etc were all dirty. The room itself was gross. The bathtub had urine splashed all over it. The blankets had stains.

Very good Property location ideal for our trip. Good rapport price/quality. I would recommand this place

Have stayed here several times. Easy on-off highway access. Gas and restaurants close by.

It was a nice option for me since I was in town for the weekend. The property is newly renovated so the rooms were very clean and modern. Breakfast is included, which offered a nice a continental breakfast with hot and cold options. We took an uber straight down N. George St. where plenty restaurant options. We went to an amazing seafood restaurant called Rockfish Public House.

Room was clean. I wish the breakfast was better. I was told the hotel is newly renovated. Hollywood Casino is 20 min away.

1st room tv & air conditioner didn't work. Moved rooms. 2nd Room was musty, smelled like someone spilled airfreshener which agitated my husband's allergies & throat. The tv only had 2 stations. Breakfast was supposed to be 6:30-9:30 but there was nothing left by 9:10 , only a couple pieces of fruit & waffle batter. Was granted a late check out but got haggled on the way out about our check it time, i watch the lady put it in the system. Just not a place I'll visit again

The hotel is not fit for stay and should not be full price while under complete construction. No notice was given when booked that the place is a complete mess under construction. Breakfast is served in a bag. Room had no additional bedding for the pull out couch.
