The Artisan is a walkout basement suite with its own private entry through the backyard - no shared hallways, no shared spaces. The bedroom has a queen bed and a double futon, sleeping up to 4 guests. The suite is full of antiques and personal touches that give it real character - this is not a sterile, cookie-cutter rental. The bathroom has a large shower (no bathtub). If your dog is not good with cats, this may not be the right fit. Dogs are welcome but must be requested prior to booking and must be crated when left alone. ​ ◆ Smoke-free and party-free to keep the space comfortable for all guests. ​ ◆ This property may have noise monitoring devices. These devices do not record voices - they track decibel levels only to ensure a comfortable stay for all neighbors. This property may have exterior security cameras at or near all entrances.
