Late late night there's very loud music playing in cars in the parking lot. I heard it twice within a weeks stay. Aside from that. Its a really good place to stay for work while in Tacoma

Toilet seat wasn't connected. Weird factory type noise coming somewhere in the building. Bed was not comfortable. Room didn't look like pictures. Clean. Easy check in. Great staff. Restaurants in parking lot. Easy parking.

The floor in the bathroom had not been cleaned from the previous renter (hair and debris), the phone system did not work so when there was a drunk man outside our door using profane language talking to his dog for two hours there was nothing we could do but endure it.

Dirty floors, my feet turned black walking barefoot, the bed was springs and had stains, reeked of cigarette smell, alarm kept beeping, instantly got a headache. The receptionist was absolutely rude. I’m trying to get my money back. She told me there was a $50 fee to check in and we’d get it back if the room was clean. Will I get it back if the room was dirty when we got there? Absolutely terrible experience. Never again will I come here. Sketchy people sitting in the parking lot. False advertising, room looked nothing like the pictures, the whole place was under construction, the pool, the hot tub all closed. People coming out of there room smoking pot, cigarettes whatever else. In no smoking rooms. How can you have cameras on every inch of the place and not care about what’s happening. Not to mention I had my 16 month old baby with me during this. And couldn’t afford to get another room at a different hotel. I want my money back.

The door going outside doesn't close all the way. It has large gaps underneath door. No wonder I saw roaches in there despite not bringing in food. Very loud. Heard people outside yelling and in room next door. I was suppose to stay 3 nights but after first I checked out and still billed for 3.

Stayed for a week. Never once was housekeeping in to check linens or towels. The memory foam mattress lets you sink in and holds you suck that you can hardly move. Noplace other than the bed to watch TV from. Door fits poorly and lets in light all around, also light spills in around the curtain.

My room was directly opposite the IHOP and we even get a discount if we show our room key! Elmer's and Burger King are also close by, but there are lots of places, even a Bubble Tea place and two convenience stores! The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was HUGE!!!

Looked as if it had been renovated. Still had a very old HVAC unit that was all busted and looked nasty. Room was clean but the facilities looked run down. Lots of people sitting on the stairs smoking everyday.

Lots of places to eat within walking distance, a few blocks from the on ramp to the freeway. We came for a concert at the Tacoma dome and it was only an 8 minute drive away. The sheets and shower curtain were clean but the front door had trouble locking. I reserved a 2 bed a week prior and paid for and once arrived they only had a queen bed available or we would have to go on the older motel 6 side. Front office staff very friendly.

The room was as pictured, not a 5 year old picture of its glory days. The only complaint was the door seal was misaligned, had to use towels to seal the door. Management is putting in effort to make things look good and a nice place. We stayed in a studio 6 room.

When we arrived the lobby was closed due to flooding in laundry room. The girl working was rude & told me & the other people waiting to check in she didn’t know when she’d be able to check us in & to go somewhere else if we wanted a room right away. I asked her what the time frame was going to be before we could check in & she said she didn’t know. We ended up waiting a few more minutes & she did check us in. She did apologize in the end but I will never stay here again.

We stay very often and have always been treated well. The ladies at the desk have always been sweet. Had a few issues with crazy people staying next to us, but that's not something that the employees can anticipate and they have always handled it well, so not really a complaint.

The property was great was clean ,the staff so helpful and kind. We finally had to go down and complain about the noise overhead. It sounded like they were dragging furniture all across the floor right above is. At 2am. The lady on duty apologized and said she'd take care of it.. That noise stopped but a few minutes later , someone ,we assume ,the people that were asked to be quieter , started setting off a car alarm,every few minutes. That lasted several hours. We just have up and tried to doze. I can't believe some people can be so unthoughtful and rude. I would stay hear again. Clean and comfortable. Thank you,Kathy Roath

The staff is VERY friendly and accommodating, however the “new” doors didn’t work properly so I had to move to a different rm. Tiara helped me and Noey, the mgr, comped me another nights stay for the hassle. Rooms are awesome: full fridge, stove, micro wave and bars in the bathrooms for handicapped or just old folks like me. What could have been terrible was made good by Tiara and Noey. Thank you ladies!

We were there for a weekend. The room was ok and the staff was very courteous. This property is strategically located a minute walk to ihop and 5 minutes walk from many other food options. We would definitely return to this property.

It was a nice room and my server was good. They failed to mention that you pay the $50 deposit that they return in 48hrs but though they haven’t retired mine to my account hopefully it will come back. Good stay though. Breakfast advertised is just a cup of coffee though.
