Fabulous Ocean Views! Miles of Sandy Beach! Dog Friendly! Shared Private Beach Access!

This property has significantly deteriorated from our first stay. Stayed 3 times. The home was excellent during first two. Furniture is broken down and uncomfortable. Kitchen pots and pans dismal two small pots one X-Large. Three of the fry pans are not usable. Fridge gasket is full of mold. Washer door area is full of mold. Sink leaking into a bowl placed under it instead of repair. Rained and roof over window area was leaking. Gasket in sliding glass door is not functional so it sweats and you cannot see out. Had to wash down counters and dishes before using due to greasy coating on themDishwasher cleans dishes poorly. The entire house appears to be on a deferred maintenance schedule. The price is unreasonable for the condition of the home even though it has an exceptional location and exceptional proximity for beach access.

Loved that the kitchen was well equipped, and that pets were allowed. The house was clean, but there is some Easter grass under one of the beds.The toilet in the upstairs bathroom furthest away from the kitchen has a leak from underneath it. Some of the floor is squishy. I didn't see another way to contact you.

House was perfect for 4 adults, 3 kids and a large dog. Grandkids loved being that close to the beach and they even had some beach toys in the garage for kids. Cooking dinner was wonderful while watching the sunset.

Pet friendly. Clean. Ceiling fan and remote in downstairs apartment bedroom did not work. The photo showing the stairs to the beach is a little deceiving. Beautiful beach. Overall, nice place.
