We were checked in well after midnight by a lovely bright and friendly lady who was very welcoming The location in the Colonial district was great with loads of cafes specialty and local restaurants with minutes walk The rooftop pool is gorgeous Unfortunately the rooftop bar is only opened between 5 - 7 pm while the pool is opened to 10pm…….would be great to have nibbles and drinks while the pool is open

We liked that the hotel offered once off free mini bar non alcoholic drinks and snacks. You could also get snacks from lobby for free. Happy hour was also free with snacks, beer, wine, soft drinks and coffee/tea. This is what makes this property unique. Also had a filtered water tap in room to fill up drinking water. Pool area lovely and relaxing.

The restaurant in the lobby served excellent food, especially the pizzas. The hotel room was small, but used space efficiently.

The hotel had the best location, close to 2 MRT stations, shopping mall at Raffles City and Raffles Hotel is on the doorstep. The breakfast, was limited in choice but perfectly adequate. We also had free drinks and snacks during the ‘happy hour’ which was an added bonus. The rooftop pool had a fabulous view over the city. Overall a fantastic hotel and would definitely recommend!

The staff was great: nice and helpful. The room was decent. Everything else was subpar, and not worth the price, even for Singapore. The tiny pool was unusable due to ongoing construction, which also contributed to too much noise during the day. The gym areas are a joke - barely larger than a closet. Everything felt small, cramped and dirty. Won’t be back.

The staff were absolutely incredible, we were checked in earlier than 3pm which was a pleasant surprise. The room itself was clean, very beautiful and the space was used very well. It felt like a home away from home, while I was here on a business trip. Whilst I didn't get to use the pool, i did pop up to see it in the morning and it had such a great view. The gym is small and over 2 levels, but very adequate for a traveller to use. There's also some great art all over the hotel, and the batik pattern robes inside the room are a lovely touch.

On the plus side: great location, quiet room, comfortable bed, friendly staff - but not like a 5 star; beautiful rooftop infinity pool with a view. On the minus: small room, could barely walk if more than one suitcase is opened on the floor. Sink and poorly lit vanity in the middle of the room. Odd assortment of ceiling and mood lighting. Outdoor “patio” more like a jail, with very high walls all around. Breakfast only fair, with limited choice of items. Happy hour served beer and wine with pretzels, m&m’s, small nut packets - really marginal. Basically like a $200 - $250 hotel in the US for closer to $500.

This hotel was in a great location near the Raffles hotel and shopping center. The staff were great. The room, although small, was very adequate. Nice king bed with great pillows but a queen size comforter so we had to sleep close together to cover! The hallways smelled very musty but in Singapore that is probably normal because of the humidity. Our room’s view was another building - that was disappointing. The breakfast was good with a few differences each day - always eggs and toast, coffee, and juice.

My daughter could not complete her school work. The lamp was flashing in every few hours. Scare you to death. The phone rang a couple times. Each time my daughter said “hello”. No responses. It’s an extremely unpleasant stay at Naumi Singapore hotel. The manager Christopher indicated in his email to me that my negative reviews would be removed if I posted. I will file my complaint to the Singapore Tourist Board.

While the hotel was in good place and reasonably appointed, we had major ant infestation. The staff was responsive but despite reaching out to the hotel management multiple times, they chose to ignore us. We’re going to request our money back. It was quite traumatic as you can see in pictures.

it's really a bed and breakfast there is NO FOOD AT ALL no BAR.. it was dirty the showers were leaking but the staff are lovely. it's not been looked after since covid. super convenient place.

It’s at a wonderful location with easy access to public transport, shopping and good restaurants. They provide filtered tap water not bottled as in keeping with their commitment to sustainable experience. A big reason I choose this hotel.

Lovely room, very clean, everything you could need. Easy walk to a lot of places, but especially the Merlion and Marina Bay. Right next to Raffles for a Singapore Sling. Very nice staff, nice little pool. All very good.

Rooms were a pretty good size, with a lovely firm huge bed. The infinity swimming pool on the top floor looking over the city lights was stunning. Easy walk to Marina Bay and all the sights. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Staff are great. So helpful and obliging. I enjoyed the poolside happy hour, it was much needed after a busy day. The staff even gavbe me a drink after I arrived very late after happy hour closed. Love the hotel artwork. Rooms are small but fitted out well. Only complaint was no small facecloth and not enough cotton pads.

The Naumi is very nice boutique hotel - new and very nicely appointed and located. However, the rooms are more suited for singles, or doubles who travel lightly. We had been on a long trip and had a lot of luggage which was challenging to negotiate in the room size. Also, the storage in the bathroom is very limited. That said, what really makes this hotel worth a stay is their staff! Everyone was amazing, but a special thank you needs to be given to Kishern, Christopher and Agnes! They went above and beyond to make our stay and first visit to Singapore fabulous!! And it was!!

We had a great stay at Naumi hotel. Very close to everything and the pool was nice. Only gave 4 stars because room was small for 3 ppl and gym facility was average.

Wonderful helpful and friendly staff. Room carefully thought out and very accommodating. Pool and “happy hour”. Booking based on a family recommendation and I now know why.

This is not a luxury hotel. While the location is ideal for business or exploring, the hotel itself is fairly basic. Aside from some interesting artwork, it feels similar to an Aloft or La Quinta. The staff was pleasant, but nothing noteworthy. Despite noting it was our honeymoon, there was no acknowledgment, not even a verbal congratulations. We also prepaid for a car service through the hotel, only to be told upon arrival that there was an additional surcharge due to Formula 1. Upon check-in, we had to handle our own bags, which isn't what you'd expect from a luxury property. The rooms are small but well-designed. Overall, it was just okay.

We stayed 3 nights in Naumi hotel. All the staffs are super friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Syukran, he is so nice and very friendly, and gave us all information we need to have a good time in Singapore. Friendly and excellent service by all the staff. Great location with many nearby eateries and attractions. Follow-up with my request for 'just married' deco that exceeded our expectations. Well done and keep it up!

It has changed. Service not as good as last 3 stays for the past 2 years.Wrote to the hotel about my disappointment with most recent stay. Silence. I wonder if the business has changed hands

Stayed here for two nights, Staff were attentive and helpful offering us a room extension as we had a late flight and also very helpful in sorting a taxi when we left for the airport. The complimentary bar was really appreciated and the room was a delight. No complaints and would strongly recommend.

While the hotel has a decent location and a clean pool (aside from the unpleasant smell in the lobby), my overall experience was completely ruined by the breakfast issue and the hotel's shocking lack of professionalism. Breakfast was not included in my booking, and even worse, the cost was not disclosed upfront. The breakfast itself was shockingly subpar, and I was later blindsided by an outrageous charge of nearly $400—almost the cost of a two-night stay! At such a price, I would have expected a luxurious fine dining experience, not the poor quality that was offered. This behavior is utterly unacceptable and feels downright deceptive. I sent an email requesting a resolution to this issue, but I received no response whatsoever. The complete lack of communication and refusal to acknowledge or address their mistake is deeply disappointing and demonstrates the management’s disregard for their customers. The room cleaning service was excellent and perhaps the only redeeming quality of this hotel, but even that couldn’t make up for the outrageous charges and the unprofessional handling of this matter. Failing to provide clear and upfront information about the breakfast cost is not just a mistake—it’s outright dishonest. If you value transparency, fairness, and decent customer service, I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. Even a one-star rating feels too generous for such a terrible experience.

The location is perfect, close to a lot of shopping possibilities, close to MRT, also very close to the Long Bar @ Raffles Hotel. The Hotel is very nice, the staff is great! Many thanks to JR for the recommendation for Lau Pa Sat and the Satay there! So nice to sit at the pool for a sundowner and some complimentary drinks at happy hour from 5 to 7pm.

バス停が近く、右へ行くのも左へ行くのも便利が良かった。 MRTも近くにあり、そちらも便利だった。シティホール駅には、出たところにTWGもあり、お茶が出来る。今回は利用出来なかったけど、次回来る時があれば、是非利用したいと思う。 シーツ変えは無いが、ベッドメイキングしてもらえ、違う部屋に入ったのかと思うほどだった。 シャワーの水圧も良く、ストレスがなかった。 ホテル代も、それほど高くなく、手が届く範囲だったので、決めて良かったと思う。 ただ、便利が良く、あちこち歩き回り、4日目にダウンし寝込んでしまった😅

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen. Marina Sand Bay ist fussläufig erreichbar. Der Flughafen ist per MRT (U-Bahn) oder Bus problemlos und bequem zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Unser Flug ging erst nachts. Wir durften das Zimmer ohne Zusatzkosten bis 15 Uhr haben. Danach hatten wir noch unbegrenzt Zugang zur Rooftopbar mit Pool und Duschmöglichkeit. Vielen Dank dafür!

The Naumi Hotel is in a great location in Bugis with plenty of dining options and public transport nearby. The room was beautifully decorated with lovely amenities. The highlight is the rooftop pool and bar, especially at night. Highly recommended.

Fantastic location. Was able to walk around to all the things we wanted to see. Roof top pool was a great afternoon break!

A not-so-budget budget hotel at a great location if you don't mind the bustling city sounds.Breakfast was scanty but overall good service.

Very good service on all levels Fantastic location (just next to Raffles place) Negative part was that there were some construction works for the external walls of the hotel and it was not specified in the website or here Breakfast range could be better However I definitely recommend it as it was good value for this money and should be very nice after construction is over
