It was amazing! So quiet and comfortable and everyone was so nice. Wish we had known that the pool was out, however they had a plan for that as well. It was a great experience!! Will stay here again

The 15th through the 17th was my birthday weekend and the only reason I booked at the courtyard Marriott collierville is because they had a Pool and jacuzzi but when we got there the jacuzzi was not working it was hot but there were no Jets if I had known this I would not have stayed there the room was fine the area was great but that kind of put a damper on my trip

My wife and I had a great stay for her birthday. I selected the hotel as a staycation and would have loved for the bar inside to have been open. Unfortunately they were not open the entire weekend for our stay. However the pool & hot tub were really nice and the room had a great view.

Hot tub jets were out of service and so was the Wi-Fi the first few days of our stay. They got it going on the last day of our stay. Breakfast was excellent and so was the staff in all areas of the hotel.

Old style ac unit would not keep the room at a constant temperature. Huge stain on ceiling from water leak along with 2 areas that had been patched. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Odor from spray bothered allergies. 1 elevator out of order.

The hotel is in a nice, quite, and upscale part of Memphis suburb Collierville. It shares a parking lot with a large Dillards department store so shopping is convenient. The room was clean and updated. Enjoyable stay.

it was very brief. i was very uncomfortable with the attitude of the person who checked me in. she was condescending in tone. then, while the room was sufficiently clean and decent, it was cramped and very uncomfortable, im not even sure the chairs had actual cushioning or some synthetic stuff. i was going to let it go, since just one night. but later, i heard the same attendant who was so rude to me before speaking even worse to a family who were clearly foreign. i don’t know if that was because of their nationality or what. this is the last time i use hotels.com. - i’ve only used it 2 or 3 times - and each time juts has not been great

The people at the desk were awesome. We were accidentally charged for an extra room and the gentleman and lady on the day and evening shift were so patient and helpful. Please give them a raise! The rooms were terrific as well.

On March 25, we arrived at the hotel at night after a long drive from Kansas City. They did not have the room we had booked (confirmed). Therefore, they offered another room type which was more expensive. They $84 more than the price on internet. When we asked them about it, the front desk woman said she can’t do anything about it. We have to pay and then talk to her manager in the morning. It was late tired, we had been on the road for 12 hours and we were exhausted. In the morning, we talked to the supervisor and she aggreed that we should not be paying more (we had a prepaid reservation). She said it would be fixed. Two days later, we saw in our credit card that we were charged with the wrong price ($84 more). We were really disappointed.

Terrible front desk service. I was on the bottom floor with a loud family next to me. The kids were screaming and running down the halls and the parents had the tv blaring. this was around midnight and I had work the next day. I called the front office to aske if I could change rooms as I had noticed earlier that the hotel parking lot was nearly empty. The front office attendant told me they were completely full. I informed them of the situation next door and the attendant told me they would speak to the family. An hour went by and noting changed. The worst stay i have ever experienced. DO BETTER COURTYARD MARRIOTT!

Overall the hotel was really nice and the people were especially helpful. The room was indoor pool were comfortable and the only thing I would change would be to turn the heat up on the water heaters. My bath and shower were both lukewarm at best.

The first day they replaced our used towels and wash cloths but did not make up our bed or clean our room. The pillows were terrible--too big! Asked if they had smaller ones--apparently not. Food at breakfast was not replenished--last morning no juice or yogurt--just water. Had to constantly ask for coffee pots to be refilled. No attendant.

Upscale and safe area - very quiet. Opens to an outdoor shopping area with several restaurants and stores such as salons, Dillard’s, a bookstore, and much more. Great for a weekend getaway. You don’t even have to move your car.

Seemed fine for our one night stay. Was in the middle of the shopping center. That was very nice. Had a lovely dinner and drinks at Firebird. Walked back to the hotel. Had terrible service and awfully messed up desserts from Carraba’s. Would return to Firebird's, not Carraba’s. Hotel Bistro was supposed to be open, according to their signs. Absolutely not a soul in sight. Register was blocked by a standing sign with the hours, it stated it was open at that time. Disappointing.

Everyone was very attentive to our needs. Both pool and whirlpool were working. That almost never happens in hotels. Three young persons were attending the Starbucks bistro in the morning. We had trouble accessing the pool in the morning and a gentleman carrying a clipboard made sure we got in. It is obvious this is a family-run operation.

Not much of a breakfast eater so not too disappointed that there would be charges for breakfast after spending 170 for one night but a bit discouraged that there is no coffee at all until 7 and i have to buy it. im an early riser and tried to buy a cold coffee at 630 and was met with resistance so i had to drive to the closest gas station just to get a cup of coffee. was also charged 12 dollars for a 20 oz drink , a kit kat and some peanut m and ms. im not cheap but i dont like to feel like im being taken advantage of monetarily. i would have been better off staying at a super 8 where the room isnt as nice but at least i could have coffee and breakfast if i wanted.

Booked last minute in parking lot. Room was clran and very comfortable. It was one night stay but would have gladly stayed more. The only issue we didnt care for was breakfast was not free. There was a surcharge.
