Plenty of carts to help you move in. The breakfast was good but the eating area can get crowded. The ice machine on the third floor was empty so I had to go down to the first floor for ice. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The pool was closed. Breakfast should be the same sat and sunday as the weekday. They left my bed undone the sheets were just thrown on top. Trash was not emptied. I was there for 11 days cleaned once

Some pluses and so not so good. Staff very helpful. Bed very comfortable. Condition of Inn needs work. Went to swim.no deck furniture or shade. Small snake in pool. Pool area a disgrace. Laundry only one dryer and washing machine working. no chair, floor not clean. Bedroom a/c not working properly. had to call front desk at 1 am. no other room to move to. One elevator.. no inspection card.

I visit pearland Texas once sometimes twice a year. My stay wasn’t like it used to be. The hot tub/ jacuzzi was full of dirty water. The swimming pool kept getting wild life in it. One day a snake was in the pool and the next day it was a lizzard. The bathroom toilet leaked water. The telephone in the room didn’t work unless you were talking on speaker. And the television was useless because it was stuck on one channel which was CNN. So basically I couldn’t watch television.

Room was dirty when I got to it. It was boo boo outside my room door. They moved my room and some lady walked in and went to the restroom. It was just horrible The breakfast the pancake was watery. My husband ask to make some more the front desk lady replied she will not fix it this is the way they taught her how to make them.

Property was very “worn” and dirty. Tub had black stains and brown crusted residue around the upper drain. Drapes old and had duck tape on several years. Neighbor blasted tv all night and no security walking halls to direct them to turn it off or down. Elevator filthy as well as hallway.

Condition of the room was unexpected. Smell of urine, water statins in ceiling probably from a leak, same as in the bathroom…tub was dirty, insects came out of drain, mildew smell in the room. Totally unacceptable. We quickly checked out, but was charged for 1 night that we didn’t stay in. Owners/management definitely need to revamp cleanliness and not treat as a stop in or out.

This hotel smells very musky. We were here for a softball tournament and one of our coaches beds had a fresh urine stain on it, bed bugs on one of the beds and the bathroom was filthy! Terrible experience and terrible staff members. When asked about getting something cleaned up we were told they don’t have enough staff to do that.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL‼️ Keep scrolling . There are way better budget friendly hotels than this one. I checked in very late at night. Front desk staff were nice and professional and that is about the best comment I can give this place…the staff. After receiving the Keys to my room I was escorted to a room on the second floor which WREAKED OF PET URINE. The carpet smelled like it hadn’t been shampoo’d ever and the stench was so bad I couldn’t even stay in the room. I went downstairs and asked the staff to relocate me to another room thinking this might’ve been an isolated event and was taken to another room on the first floor which also smelled like cat or dog piss‼️ It was horrible. But by it being so late and I was extremely tired I went back to the first room and decided to stay. I was nauseous all night. I couldn’t sleep for the noise above me coupled with the horrible smell. I had a spray can of air freshener that I always travel with just in case and that couldn’t help the smell at all. Honestly I wish the owners of these hotels would start getting the carpet cleaned more regularly or pull it up for GODs sake. Old carpet , pet urine, dirt, and people smoking does not mix . I will NEVER EVER book this hotel again and if you’re reading this you shouldn’t either ‼️

It was a nice stay. It was close to our family that we were visiting. One small problem…we were on the ground floor and someone was running and moving chairs on the floor above us for several hours each night. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. TV very small 32 inch screen was not what I was use too when staying at other properties. The only thing that really ruined my sleep & stay was music & loud talking from the guest next door. I was really surprised that I could hear their music & the next morning I was woke up by their loud conversation and I could hear everything they were saying. So I got up to check out. I was in town for a funeral and needed my rest to drive back home.

Right when I walked into the bathroom there was a small roach in the bath tub. The TV was weird. When I first turned it on it took a long time for it to get connected to the internet/cable and only had static instead of the sound. After some time then you could hear the movie. Internet was extremely slow. Carpet in elevator and room needs to be updated. Place smelled clean just didn’t feel clean.

Insufficient room insulation. High ceilings were great space between rooms but there must have been elephants in the room above mine who were tramping back and forth continuously until 11:30 p.m. and began at 5:00 a.m.

I booked for 4 days stay ! First room we got the AC was not working. The new room the toilet won’t flush. Front Desk JOYCE was very very nice and fixed toilet .. The room had a smell, Wet carpet smell . Every time we came back to room it smelled. I bought air fresheners to help with smell. My sister law room had the same smell so I Just did not ask to get moved . Maybe wash carpets often. The Hotel needs some TLC. JOYCE was very nice always made you feel welcome when she seen you !! Now the other staff not so friendly.

Check in was very slow. I don't think the guy at the counter knew what he was doing. The daily breakfast was pretty much non-existent. The were out of eggs, potatoes, milk and the juice was so watered down it actually tasted like colored water.

The beds were comfortable and clean. The shower didn’t work great and the toilet would hang if you didn’t mess with the handle. The breakfast was great with a huge selection. The area was kind of questionable. The ac control on the wall was broke and the words were wore off the unit so it was a guess of the settings.

The hotel met our needs as far as a room and comfortable beds. The TV never worked. The front desk said it was due to the weather, but we were there 4 days and I suspect it is more their Direct TV package than the weather as many stations were never available to watch. Housekeeping skipped us on day 2. Breakfast is good with sausage, eggs, hashbrowns and more. AC was good and cold. Front desk was very helpful.

This hotel did not have enough facial towels to accommodate their guest. I have to go purchase face towels at the local Wal-mart. You have to be put in a waiting list for your towels to be rewashed just unprofessional. The beds only have two pillows per bed…need more pillows for your guest. The breakfast was horrible.

Breakfast-Out of apple juice and cranberry juice for breakfast. There was only orange juice or water for our weekend stay. No other juice was replenished. The associate who supervised this area didnt have any regular bagels to replace. Everything else was great.
