No late check out available but we could take a shower in the gym facility (cold shower).

The place is huge so you have to call a ride with one of their carts or taking a 5 minute stroll, especially from the deluxe rooms to the reception, for instance. The breakfast offers everything except meat and fish. the 3 swimming pools are well kept, and the one with the bar is huge! There is also a mini zoo! The food options for lunch and dinner are plenty, and very good. No need to go outside for a good bite. There are also small shops and some entertaiment shows to enjoy. NOTE: they don't allow calling a uber, so you should either go for a taxi or indrive.

An absolutely beautiful hotel in the most amazing grounds. Staff can’t do enough to help, service is outstanding. Facilities are outstanding - huge manicured gardens with tropical trees and plants, volleyball, tennis, 3 pools (importantly one is heated!), spa (extra charge, not cheap) petting zoo/farm, several boats waiting to take you across the river, taxis on demand (very cheap), travel agent in the lobby to book tours (at only a day’s notice). Buffet restaurant plus a la carte Italian, Asian and kebab restaurants and a bar. Food is good. All rooms are spacious and have comfy balconies or terraces, all with Nile or garden views (or both)

Everything was just perfect . The room has everything you need and is spacious and the bathroom is big as well . The restaurants are great and the food delicious and not expensive . Mustafa from reception went out of his way to make our stay comfortable , gave us an early check in and looked after us . The pools are out of this world overlooking the Nile . Drinks at the bar affordable . One of our favorite hotels in the world

Check in took forever followed by getting to our room for two people and no waters. The toiletries in the bathroom were used. What should be included in the amenities is the sauna but that cost extra money. Getting a cart to the room took multiple calls to reception. The rooms were outdated but the location and beauty is unmatched.

Spacious stay for families on the Nile !! The resort is beautiful, rooms are large and clean upon check in staff member Loma got us early check in so we could rest they have many amenities, including spa and restaurants very good food! I highly recommend staying here when visiting Luxor!

Ailemle birlikte 3 oda tuttuk. Çok sakin ve huzurlu bir ortam. Yemekleri, özellikle kahvaltısı güzeldi. İçerisinde ayrıca italyan ve kebapçı restoranı da var. Odaların içi çok güzeldi ve temizdi. Konum olarak şehre çok yakın değil ama taksi uygun olduğu için her yere kolayca ulaşabildik.
Ailemle birlikte 3 oda tuttuk. Çok sakin ve huzurlu bir ortam. Yemekleri, özellikle kahvaltısı güzeldi. İçerisinde ayrıca italyan ve kebapçı restoranı da var. Odaların içi çok güzeldi ve temizdi. Konum olarak şehre çok yakın değil ama taksi uygun olduğu için her yere kolayca ulaşabildik.

My bathroom tub was clearly dirty. The furniture, bedding, etc. in the room is clearly old and not all clean either. The landscaping of the resort is not kept up at all.The only nice thing about this place is the buffet -- serves excellent dinners for a great price. The hotel lobby is clean also, and the lobby/restaurants provide a beautiful view of the Nile. Overall, I would not recommend at all. Yes it is is a low price, but it's not even worth the price in my opinion. Just stay at a hotel.

I recently stayed at Jollie Hotel and had a very mixed experience. Starting with the positives: Some of the staff were genuinely beyond amazing — warm, attentive, and truly welcoming. The salon experience was excellent, with great service and professionalism, and the Italian restaurant stood out for its lovely customer service and overall pleasant atmosphere. These moments really showed the potential of the hotel. Unfortunately, there were also some frustrating issues that took away from the stay. The internet did not work in the room at all, which was a major inconvenience, especially for anyone needing to work or stay connected. While some staff were wonderful, middle management was extremely unhelpful when issues were raised. There also seemed to be a woman going around regularly asking guests how they were, but it felt very performative — when concerns were actually mentioned, there was no follow-up or genuine interest in resolving them. One particularly uncomfortable moment was around the coffee machine. Everyone was freely taking coffee, but when I took one, the manager came and took it away from me, which felt unnecessary, embarrassing, and inconsistent. Overall, the hotel has great people at the ground level and some strong service points, but inconsistent management, lack of accountability, and basic issues like unreliable Wi-Fi seriously impact the guest experience. Overall a good (not great) stay and beautiful hotel

The Staff were helpful & Kind and very cooperative but the room facilities were not in good conditions as one time there was no hot water & needs to wait for sometime until they send the maintenance to solve the problem , also some other parts in bathroom was not working well & they send maintenance to repair it , more than one time electricity cutted off for some time

The location of this hotel is perfect. Just over 5k from the centre of Luxor but a different world. The gardens are beautiful and it is so peaceful. There is no hassle and you can wander round the grounds without being bothered The rooms are spacious and very clean There is enough choice for breakfast and for your evening meal The staff are very professional and cannot do enough for you. English is widely spoken and understood We loved this place so much that we have booked another week later in December

This hotel is on its own island and isolated from the rest of Luxor. You cannot leave without hiring a taxi or driver, which is especially complicated given the food is very poor quality and expensive compared to local prices. We got upset stomachs from a simple pasta dish. The rooms are attached by a cheap door, so it feels like the guests nextdoor are in the room with you as you can hear everything. The accommodations are dated and seem like they have not been updated since the 80s. The AC is weak and does not work well in the basic rooms, though it works well in the premium rooms. At one point there was a lizard in our room that was too fast to get it out by ourselves. We called reception and an hour later someone was sent who sprayed Raid aggressively all over our room, but given the language barrier he did not understand where I was telling him the lizard was. Long story short, we had a visitor in our room the rest of the stay. Lastly, the pool deck design near our room was swastikas which was highly concerning. It is a shame since the staff are kind and the property has a lot of potential, but this is certainly not a five star establishment. I would advise booking elsewhere for the price, as it is comparable to better hotels and double what it should be.

The accommodations are dated and seem like they have not been updated since the 80s. The AC is weak and does not work well in the basic rooms, though it works well in the premium rooms. At one point there was a lizard in our room that was too fast to get it out by ourselves. We called reception and an hour later someone was sent who sprayed Raid aggressively all over our room, but given the language barrier he did not understand where I was telling him the lizard was. Long story short, we had a visitor in our room the rest of the stay. Lastly, the pool deck design near our room was swastikas which was highly concerning. It is a shame since the staff are kind and the property has a lot of potential, but this is certainly not a five star establishment. I would advise booking elsewhere for the price, as it is comparable to better hotels and double what it should be.

On the slightly down side the wifi was very slow in the room and there were far too many guests during breakfast where we had to wait 15-20 minutes to find a table. Overall enjoyable

Mustafa the front of house manager went out of his way to make sure our stay was wonderful . The pool is one of the best in the world overlooking the Nile . The Jolie Ville is more than Hotel & Spa, it is an institute of tranquility and manicured beauty! Walks from the Villas to the service areas every morning was bliss. The staff, ranging from room service, gardening, restaurant, simply all are professional and courteous. I miss the warmth and smiles. To underline my rating, I am a long standing managing director for a prestigious european aviation group. I have travelled and experienced stays over 30 years, and this resort is an institution. Certainly there is a choice, with stunning 5Star resorts, yet the Jolie Ville is one of a kind and I hope it remains as is, even coming of age, as long as I can visit. Kudos to the management!

I liked how beautiful and clean the property was but I did not like the way some of the staff treated us, including the restaurant staff and the front desk staff. The service was slow and it took us a long time to check into our hotel room and they wouldn’t let us see the room before paying.

I have never experienced such carelessness from any hotels I ever stayed. Asked to pay $35 pp for the second person which is double of the price mentioned on Expedia. Reported aircon not working immediately got in to the room at 10pm, after 9 phone calls and 3 hours waiting, with the front desk kept lying “our stuff is waiting outside”, they finally changed my room at 1:15am. Reported to manager and I had no response, reported again on the next day, no response, reported to Expedia and Expedia contacted them, again no response. They just don’t care. Can’t believe this is a five star hotel. BTW the hotel is huge you will need to walk 10 minutes to get to the reception and we really can’t find our path at night so had to call and wait. Card stopped working the next day and had to walk there and back, 30 minutes and I was so exhausted due to lack of sleep at the previous night. Please stay away! This is my true experience.

Check in and check out were a disaster. Staff were extremely rude and dismissive to us. Our room was not ready for more than an hour after check in time. We had to wait in line for over 40 minutes just to speak to someone at check in. When we were leaving needed to leave to catch our flight out of Luxor, no one came to drive us back to the lobby from our very remote room. Rooms and service were nowhere near “five star” quality. Frustrating and unpleasant experience. Never again!

I was nervous about choosing this hotel based on some reviews (of being cut off and a bit out of the way from the attractions) but we had an excellent experience- nothing was far away and I cannot recommend this place enough. It is a safe haven in what is otherwise a very hectic environment of Luxor town (east bank) where we were constantly swamped by taxi drivers and people trying to sell you something in the centre of town. We felt really safe in Jolie Ville because there is security at the entry gate and once you drive in through the expansive gardens to Reception, you aren’t bothered at all. A buggy then drives you to your room.Rooms are spacious, the ones with Nile view are amazing to watch the sun setting. Great balcony. The winner is the peaceful, lush grounds full of beautiful flowers, trees and exotic birds. You have 3 pools and you’re right on the Nile bank. The view is therefore amazing. 4 restaurants, the food was good, a great spa, we had excellent massages, hair and nail salon and daily activities plus afternoon tea on a boat on the Nile. The location of this hotel is perfect. Just over 5k from the centre of Luxor but a different world. The gardens are beautiful and it is so peaceful. There is no hassle and you can wander round the grounds without being bothered The rooms are spacious and very clean There is enough choice for breakfast and for your evening meal The staff are very professional and cannot do enough for you. A good base if you want a quieter location to go out and explore the Luxor sites. A relatively short drive into town and key tourism attractions as well as airport. Food is ok, if not stellar. Service is polite and staff friendly on the whole. Pools well kept and clean. Lovely to sit and just soak up he nile

expect OK receptionist but all staff are rude and racist and don’t want to work. The way my mother was treated, absolutely unacceptable. What I mean by they don’t want to work. I was turned away from two separate restaurants on property claiming you needed a reservation when there was clearly open tables. I walked out and found a manger. She follows up with, “we’re not busy enough right now to need reservations”. Very unfortunate and comfy feel that I ever had to deal with that.
