Quality Inn Gainesville

Wasn’t great. Front desk wasn’t very helpful about trying to get a refund because we decided to get a different hotel after a night because of how the room was.

Price quoted was $77 total- I was charged $110. I called front desk at 5:00 PM (from the land line) to inform them that the AC was not cooling- room was at 77 degrees and this was not acceptable. We got back to out room at 12:00 AM- it was 75 degrees. Went to check out after a awful night of sleeping on top of the sheets and was told I asked about the price, they said "prices change". I ask about the AC ... they said they had "no record" of me calling. No "continental breakfast" as described on the website. WORST motel experience EVER! Richard E Petty 469-855-8342

Thirty around, thirty towels, bath needs remodelation, breakfast was emty nothing to choose in a ugly big room, sorry but no way

No hot water, dirty sheets, dirty fridge

This was the nastiest place I've ever stayed! Staff unfriendly & TV remote did NOT work at all! Uploading photos of that nasty bathroom tub and the bed sheets had stains! Really!!!! We didn't pay attention to things upon arrival since we had an event to attend. We left immediately soon after 1 a.m. Conditions horrible! Requesting a Full Refund!!!
