Door lock was hard to engage, screen covering bathroom window had a hole in it which was covered with an old paper towel, mattresses under main queen bed were two twin bed mattresses stacked next to each other, no ice bucket, no movie channels on TV, and check-in at the front desk was convoluted and time consuming. Spring for the Super 8 next door.

Was not allowed to enter the office. Had to check in through a small window with traffic so heavy I could barely understand what I was supposed to do. Manager had sign he held up for me to read.

Had "flash cards" to tell us to leave key in room when we checked out. Key did not work on dead bolt, door handle lock was loose and not secure. Little to no hot water. Coffee pack was for 2 cups of coffee with a 12 cup Coffee pot. Located on the service road of N IH35. Convenient to get to. VERY LOUD traffic noise inside room.

The deadbolt on room would not work. Manager came and changed after telling me there was need because they have cameras in the parking lot. There were flies in the room. I stayed for 45 minutes. Turned keys in at office window and left. Very old property. I could lean on the door from outside and push open.

The man at the desk was not friendly at all, the bathroom had not been cleaned verywell due to the fact that a dirty wash cloth was still hanging over the shower rod. The handle for the shower was broken and once the shower came on there was no hot water. There was lots of cars just riding around the parking lot. Just you get what you pay for

The property was horribly infested with bedbugs. It was unsafe. We walked in the room and found the bedbugs . Then went called Expedia, they contacted the owner he refused to refund the money. I have stayed at some cheaper motels, I wasn't expecting much. But bedbugs and drug dealers posting up the parking lot is where I draw the line

The bed was broken. Slept in a leaning mattress. They had renovations for the bathroom, but clearly the front desk is also the cleaning staff. Being near the casino, I'm sure they make enough money to inspect these rooms.

Good price for a nights stay. Could upgrade your pillows or BYOP. Proximity to Windstar is great and beats the price of the big places. If you need a clean bed, no upgrades, this fills the bill.

No shampoo, TINY bath soap, hORRIBLY SMALL FLAT PILLOWS. Rooms are NOT soundproof. Room smelled musty. We did not feel safe in our room. AND NO COFFEE MACHINE !!!!!! Will NEVER RETURN to this motel. And would not recommend it to anyone.

We arrive and the attendant at the front desk was very rude.room was awful and hot. The microwave, refrigerator, air conditioning didn't work. The room smelled musty and the bed linens were dingy and dirty looking. Place was absolutely garbage.

We are leaving for back home. This place smells like pee. The man at the desk made us stand out side pointed at words on paper to talk. We are leaving at 9:20 pm for a three hour ride home. I want my money back!

We stayed here only because everything in town was booked. The guy at check in was behind locked door holding a sign in the window to communicate. When you call you have to leave a message. The rooms where clean and the bed was comfy but my pillow smelled like someones head. There was no soap so im glad I brought my own. The coffee maker did not work. Scary that he didnt feel safe enough to have a lobby to check people in. Our friends didnt have a coffee maker in their room. We survived! It was memoriable.

It's a standard old style motel that's nothing fancy, but it was clean and the price was right, since we weren't going to be there much. Most of the other hotels in the area were $200-250 or more and we got the room for $89. It was a throw back to family vacations in the 60s. The room did have a coffee pot, refrigerator and microwave, so it had everything we needed. Not top of the line, but the necessities were there. We would consider staying there again.
