From check in the staffer was intrusive, but non-helpful. Thirty minutes after check in. We received a knock on the door from a staffer named Victor. Asking for the names & ages of my children. We asked for a roll out. What we got is repeat of price. Even After we already agreed to pay the charge. He kept asking were we sure. Asked for more towels. Instead we were asked where the used ones were. Asked about the pool after seeing families in it all day. He rudely told my daughter go back to your room. My husband went to asked Victor. He then told my husband that the pool needed cleaning and the manager told him to shut it down until the following day. The next day arrived the pool was still filthy and full of bugs. After a three night stay. What we experienced is a lack luster breakfast, semi clean room with rust, rude staff member and unusable pool and the ice machine were dirty. I’m upset and feel bamboozled or robbed from truly enjoying our hotel experience and family who we travelled 14 hours to see!

This is the second time that I have stayed at the Hampton and the pool was under maintenance/closed. There is no cleaning of the rooms everyday, which other hotels offer.

We chose this property bc it had a pool, the pool wasn’t open. It didn’t have water and the staff said they’ve been delayed over a month to open it. Breakfast was awful. The juice was emptied so I opened to double check and many ants and bugs were crawling around inside. The stopper wasn’t in the bath tub and we had to call about that

The room was small, but clean. I got an accessible room. The bathroom was roomy and the shower was a nice size. I am 5' 2" with mobility issues and when I stood next to the bed, it came to my waist. I had A LOT of trouble getting into the bed and getting comfortable. Someone disabled would have extreme trouble getting in bed and would most certainly need assistance. Once I managed to get comfortable, I slept OK. I feel like I spent more time in the chair next to the bed rather than resting/sleeping in the bed, though. The breakfast was very good and breakfast staff was wonderfully polite and helpful. I almost wanted to go back for seconds! The employee who checked me in was very polite and helpful. When I checked out, the woman behind the desk was talking on her phone and simply said 'have a good day'. I was hoping to be asked if my stay was pleasant, at the very least. I don't feel like the stay was worth what I paid.
