Rooms and building were clean, parking easy, quiet. Close ( but would want to have a car) to amenities, restaurants. Our room with two queen beds was just right for us for a two night stay. Staff was pleasant, as was the location. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. Very near Walmart.

BEWARE! No elevator! Arrived later in the evening and was surprised to find no elevator. Of course all rooms on the first floor were taken. I use a cane and my husband and I are older. I have never experienced this while booking on Hotels.com. After checking in, I went back and read all amenities for this property. Of course towards the very end of the list it stated no elevator. While traveling we often book rooms quickly. That is one of the things we like about this app. However, with no elevator and areas we’re not as clean as they could have been, like the stairs. Bed was ok, room was ok - breakfast was below average. I would not stay here again. Especially for the price.

I was unaware there was no elevator when I made my reservation. Overall, the hotel met our needs and was acceptable. If I’m being picky, cleanliness could have been better. However, for the price, it was fine.

I did not like that the woman who checked me in because she told me that I would not be able to print my boarding passes when I checked out, because the computer was outdated. On the morning of checking out, I noted a different desk clerk, Briana. She got the computer up and running, enabling me to print. Very nice and helpful.

The price was to high for what we got. Small room, breakfast area had only 4 tables, no lobby only a check in desk. For over $300 a night, i expected better.

There aren’t many places in Sanford Maine the inn has no pool because Walmart and Lowe’s took over their land so now they can’t put one in according to the owner. Wonderful man and family

For a non-smoking room, we opened the door and were greeted with the odor of many cigarettes. The staff promptly came and sprayed the carpets, upholstery and curtains. For a person who has had 2 open heart surgeries, second hand smoke is a no-no, and I am very sensitive to it. Staff were accommodating. Nice continental breakfast. The evening we arrived, we were entertained by rats running back and forth outside the window however. I did speak to the manager, and he apologized

The room could have been cleaner to begin with the bathroom espically needed a little more scrubbing. Everything else was fine except it smelled alot like smoke in the halls which we did not like.

Girl at desk was miserable and down right rude from the second you walked in and came running around a corner to scream down tbe hall ...as im letting the dog in tbe door.. that it needs to be on a leash... she alone is reason enough never to stay here again... then the room was filthy, the bathroom floor has water seeping up from under it and smells of stagnant water.. i was then told 1130 check out and had people banging on my door at 1045.. every single thing about this stay was horrible

Entire hotel smelled of strong, old cigarettes and chemicals. Rooms felt grimy. Automatic deoderant sprays installed in the hallway every few doors. Directly outside our door was one that needed a refill and beeped obnoxiously every 30-60 seconds. I called the front desk and asked if it could be refilled or turned off, staff responded with disgust saying "uugh, maybe in an hour", it was still beeping 2 hours later, i called the front desk again and no one answered. I didn't go out to check it myself as there were a lot of people loudly coming and going in the hallway. Questionable transactions taking place in hallway and back parking lot.

There was mold in the shower grout which I could wipe with my finger The rooms were SUPER SUPER dusty! The top of the TV stand and top of the bedframes were so thick and the dust would stick to my hand The base of the toilet was gross Hair was in the shower, base of toilet and stuck to the base of the tub on the floor The hallways clearly hadn't been vacuumed The walls are really thin so sound travels really easily. I could hear people fighting in a room I woke up at 3am and somehow the light that was on the desk (also dusty) was turned on. The only thing positive I can say was the check in staff was nice, and the bed sheets were clean. Absolutely NOT worth it! They also have a "breakfast" which was tiny and almost no selection. I did take photos but don't have an option to post them

No wifi, no help with my issues and Obnoxious guests slamming doors and rough housing in their room so I couldn't sleep and there was homeless people roaming the property plus the worst complimentary breakfast I've ever seen... so disappointing. I don't want to book their again!

During check-in, I didn't realize that they had booked me for two nights instead of the one that I had booked. When I was checking out, the staff informed me that I was booked for two nights and that there was nothing he could do. This is the first hotel that never asks how many nights a guest is staying at check-in. They repeat we assume guest know how long they're staying, so we don't ask.

My friend and I made a last minute booking and would chose to never use Travelocity again! We arrived after midnight on the 4th of July 2024 and the receptionist couldn’t find confirmation of our room. We were forced to wait in the lobby for over a half hour for them to call Travelocity support. My travel companion and I were exhausted and just wanted to sleep in the room we already paid for!

The room itself was wonderful, I loved the convenience. The bathroom door didn't have a lock, but that was fine as I was travelling alone. I did run into an issue with the staff though, and as I was travelling alone, it caused me to feel very unsafe. The staff member who checked me in called me pretty, asked some questions about me and if I went to school, then asked me if I had a boyfriend. When I said no, he asked if I wanted a husband. When I was signing the check in form, he asked me for my number, and thinking it was relating to the reservation, I gave it to him. He proceeded to text me offering to bring me food, and told me that he at least wanted to kiss me. I attempted to turn him down gently, but I did feel very unsafe, as I was a young woman travelling alone, and this man had access to my personal information, as well as my room number, and possibly a key (I only received one). Nothing came of it, but I will not be returning because of how anxious and unsafe I felt due to his behavior.

Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. Checkout was quick and she was also pleasant. Love the waffles , but we would have liked the choice of eggs too. Overall the hotel was clean. Thanks for an enjoyable getaway.

Last minute trip and this hotel was the only one with reasonable rates. I was skeptical until we got there. The hotel may have been newer, remodeled or they take great care because the building and grounds looked really good and well cared for. 12 minutes from 95, 35 min from OOB. The hotel was quiet for being near full for a holiday weekend. Check in was quick and easy. The staff was great too. There's a Walmart behind the hotel which is very convenient. The only part that was subpar was the continental breakfast and the area it was in. 4 tables and a really small assortment of breakfast items. But honestly we're not breakfast ppl so it didn't really phase us but a bigger selection and a bigger area would be a good idea. Overall our experience was definitely better than anticipated. We would definitely stay here again.
