Just had a large group of girls stay here for a Bachelorette party and the house couldn't have been more perfect for us. The house is beautiful, the grounds were really well kept and very clean, The owner was super nice and accommodated opening the pool early for us so we could enjoy it and worked hard to make sure we were happy. They had just finished extending the patio and there was some guys working in the garage next door but it did not bother us and pool came in clutch in the heat. the house stayed nice and cool, so many beds and space and very convenient to downtown and Wiers beach bar scene! We did minni winni party bus and boat and hit up big house for some karaoke of course. Loved this girls trip so much

Where to start. The house is not as advertised and the grounds are under active construction.piles of construction debris and trash in driveway and throughout the yard. Food left on grill, beer bottles around pool (which was closed up), workers tools on table, gas cans lying in driveway, construction debris in driveway, master bathroom faucet broken, slider to deck broken, none of the shades in living room work, construction deliveries made during the stay. A disaster....team Evolve non responsive had to go to VRBO direct for refund. And this app wont let me add the photos taken.

We had approximately 22 guests and were easily accommodated in the house. It was spotlessly clean, and the owner was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location is fantastic, with most of the amenities within 20mins drive. The kids thoroughly enjoyed their stay, and there was ample space on the first floor for group activities and games.

We had a fantastic stay. The house is huge and easily sleeps 25 people. Everything was very comfortable and our host was extremely nice. Since no one had booked the place after us, they let us have a flexible check out time. Listing pictures are all accurate. 10/10 would stay here again. Only criticism is that the dishes were not very clean when we arrived.
