The staff was ok the room I got was a suite it was spacious but had a very bad smell the carpet was dirty the couch was even more disgusting we could not sit on it we were very disappointed thankfully we were just there for one night

Elevators not working. Did not get the room I had reserved and had to pay more . That is a scam in my books.no security lock inside room on the door. Sofa was worn out and cannot sit in due to it being broken. Not what I expected from Wyndham type property

My husband and me enjoyed the stay in this hotel , everything was fine, except for the carpet in our room, it would nice if the administration change it for a different material of the floor . Thank you very much for the excellent service of the staff.

The hallways and room had a terrible smell of mold and old, damp rags. It made the stay very unpleasant. Also, the advertised price was $103, but I was charged $133 on my credit card due to a supposed “currency conversion.” Be careful with the final price, as it may be higher than advertised. Don’t be fooled by the low rate, you can find much better hotels for the same price.
