Hotel is in renovation, which is not mentioned, check in entrance was closed so there was a side door with a desk. Room was not the the one on the picture, there are so small, no table, no desk, no where to hang your clothes. It mentioned breakfast included, there is nothing, There was no parking for our vehicle. This is only a place for people who goes to the American Consulate, that’s it.

What I Liked I had an OK stay at Ibis Juárez. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. My room was clean, neat, and well-maintained, with plenty of clean towels provided. Although the room was small, it was comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. What Could Be Improved The biggest issue was that the room was very small, leaving little space to move around, and the shower was also quite cramped. In addition, the hotel is undergoing construction during my stay. There were workers throughout the property, construction materials were left in the hallways, and only one elevator was operating, which made getting around less convenient. The most disappointing part of my stay was that the air conditioner was not working. The room became very hot, especially during the night, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. I hope these issues are resolved once the renovations are complete because the friendly staff and cleanliness of the hotel are definite strengths.
