No es aceptable que solo uno de los dos elevadores esté funcionando. De acuerdo con otros huéspedes, este problema lleva varios días. Un incidente por una falla de la bomba de la cisterna que es entendible dejó a todo el hotel sin agua por unas horas en la mañana del 10 de octubre. Horas del día en las que el agua es altamente necesaria.

Lo que no me gustó es que la parte de atrás del estacionamiento no está muy iluminada y no se siente seguro, además no encontramos algún acceso por la parte de atrás hacia el interior del hotel o al menos no se encontraba señalizada.

La habitación muy bonita y espaciosa, todo excelente a excepción que la tina de baño no se podía usar por ya no tener el mecanismo para contener el agua. Quise usar la alberca que el agua se veía muy sucia. pregunte a una persona de limpieza y se sorprendió de que la hubiera encontrado así. Una persona local me comentó que en días pasados hubo mucha arena en el ambiente, tal vez por eso estaba así. Creo que debían estar mas atentos ya que al pedir toallas en recepción nadie me dijo que la alberca estaba sucia. Esos fueron los unicos detalle. Por lo demás, por supuesto que me hospedaría de nuevo.

Los cuartos tenían n olor extraño, y la cama a percudido. Bajamos a la alberca y tenía una cantidad de cloro exagerada, se nos ocurrió meternos y aún después de bañarnos seguíamos oliendo a cloro demasiado.

El personal es lo más destacado, por su amabilidad y disposición a resolver cualquier tema. La alberca estuvo en mantenimiento por el tiempo de nuestra estancia, así que consideramos que fue poco conveniente pues si planeábamos utilizarla. Recomendamos mejor calidad en los alimentos del menú, ya que nos pareció muy elevado el costo para lo que se ofrecía en el buffet. Las habitaciones adolecen de frigobar y es mala la iluminación

Reporté que de la tina de baño salía un olor insoportable a drenaje pues ésta no tenía el tapón/trampa que evitar el regreso de los olores del desagüe y no hicieron nada por remediarlo, simple y sencillamente les importó poco menos que nada.

The property was clean, the staff was attentive, excellent breakfast. The only complaint I have is the air conditioning is very loud, fortunately for us it wasn’t too hot in Juarez. I could only turn the air conditioning on for a few minutes to change the air. I wouldn’t be able to sleep with it on all night. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was very loud too.

The man at the front desk was nice. The main thing was it was hot. No A/C. The thermostat in room 101, could not be adjusted temperature wise. Maintenance came with different knob but still didn't work. The mini fridge didnt get cold at all when turned to coldest setting. Then the coffee pot didnt even work! The staff were all nice and helpful.

El personal es lo más destacado, por su amabilidad y disposición a resolver cualquier tema. La alberca estuvo en mantenimiento por el tiempo de nuestra estancia, así que consideramos que fue poco conveniente pues si planeábamos utilizarla. Recomendamos mejor calidad en los alimentos del menú, ya que nos pareció muy elevado el costo para lo que se ofrecía en el buffet. Las habitaciones adolecen de frigobar y es mala la iluminación

Staff was very friendly which is always greatly appreciated. The property however is in urgent need of remodeling. The lobby was where it suffered most feeling very outdated. The room itself was a blend of very poor looking restrooms and a good looking bed and rest area.
