Hot tub jets were not working which was disappointing. Staff had trouble keeping up with the breakfast demand. Items would be empty for quite awhile before being refilled. Otherwise, very enjoyable.

My boyfriend and i stayed here for a darts event at a nearby bar. Room was clean, breakfast was good, staff was nice. Good to see security patrolling the lot at night. Only complaint is that the parking spots are very tight especially if you have a full size truck, like we do. We had to take up two spots along with a few other trucks doing the same in the back of the lot.

We always stay here. Staff are so nice and rooms clean. The only complaints is that the pool and hottub is so run down. The shower room to rinse off has a strong urine smell.

Overall, everything was great. I felt like the property was clean and updated. The beds were very comfortable. The only thing in the pool room was the chlorine smell was very strong and the jets in the Jacuzzi didn't work, but otherwise our stay was great. the breakfast was good for being free.

Rooms were very clean and modern. Breakfast was very good, especially since it was included in the room fee. Only nit was that the indoor pool was freezing though, would have been nice if the heat was turned on for it, plus it was the pool was rather murky.

Parking is TIGHT at night. Needing to shorten my reservation, the staff was super accommodating. Even helped fix it with Expedia. TY!!! The room was clean, spacious, laundry on site was a big help too. A big family had taken over the pool and were drinking in there, but I only looked to see the amenities. The exercise room looked decent. 24-hour lobby coffee and iced water. "Breakfast" looked decent. They have a nice big lobby... with never ending FOX News for better or worse.

The hotel is freshly remodeled and very clean, and nice! The beds were super comfy! I was pleasantly surprised. This is not in a good area, but there is fencing and cameras, and I felt safe going to my car at night. There were no people loitering around the property. The staff was helpful and kind. The workout facilities and pool were clean and nice. Breakfast was very good- better then the average free breakfast at hotels- I would happily stay here again!

For the money I spent I expected the closet doors to not fall off, no flooding in bathroom from shower because doors were misaligned. I expect no ants in bathroom or on kitchen counter in a room with a small kitchen. Being able to watch tv comfortably would have been nice but you couldn't move tv or it wouldn't work. We mentioned these things to front desk but got cruckets from her. Didn't offer to discount anything not even dog fee. Also expect security door to work on entrance not just being able to walk in. Got fixed second day. So, not our best experience. Won't be back.

I would give this place 10 stars but I was in a room that ended up having bed bugs I was bit up big time I was moved from one room to a room next was told to wash all my clothes in hot water I have been here for 2 weeks due to my house burnt down I hv no place to go with my family so they gave me 10 dollars in quarters to do laundry

The keyless entry was fantastic, loved that we could come right in and settle in for the night since we were out pretty late for an event. although upon getting up and going for the morning, we noticed a bed bug crawling on the bed. after seeing this, we promptly took our things and checked out. seeing as though we only stayed for a night, it was a bit unsettling to wake up to bugs in our bed.

Overall it was decent. Initially had to change room due to a Strong ether smell that staff had to be aware because the room window and fan was on when we entered. The manager and front desk kindly relocated me and upgrade my room which was fantastic. But the new room did end up having ants in the shower and toilet area.

It was just ok. The card reader in our room stopped working and we were locked out of our room twice. We had to repeatedly asks for help from the staff. Pretty sure that the bedding was not changed before we arrived. Sheets and pillowcases had make up and food on them. It was nearly midnight when we finally got back into our room and discovered the dirty bedding. We won't stay here again when we come to Tacoma.

We got two bedrooms one had massive blood stains on the carpet in between the beds. The other room had blood splattered all over the bathroom walls and door frames. It looks like someone attempted to clean it, but it was not clean. The mattresses were extremely firm one of our rooms smelt like smoke and stale cigarette. The other room was so over, perfumed with cleaner and potpourri that you were gagging. The neighborhood is super crime ridden in the hotel itself had a homeless and drug addicts in the parking lot at all hours of the day and night.

The lobby is really nice and welcoming. The only negative thing was the bed. When you sat on it you would sink into the middle. It was very uncomfortable. The other bed was the same story.

The room was huge, clean and nicely appointed, with a very comfortable bed, but so noisy (guests upstairs were having a party). Hotel staff would not refund or cancel remaining days of reservation because we booked through a third party (hotels.com). Eventually they moved us to another room, but it, too, was noisy the following night. Perhaps there was poor sound insulation between floors.

Our king suite was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. The shower is tight with no elbow room. Love that they have the digital keys. The fitness center is very small with only one treadmill, but it’s clean and equipped with free weights and balls. Even has a scale. Breakfast had a lot of options including waffle makers and oatmeal. Staff was friendly and helpful and checked in with us via text throughout the stay.

65° is my preferred sleeping temp and the bed was so roomy. Both me and my partner slept like rocks. The patio area right outside our window was a little discomforting but not enough to warrant a change or real complaint.

Beds are comfortable but are too high had a hard time getting into the bed. Had to ask for a step stool so I could get into it. Also it is a room for 2 people it would be nice to have a second chair to sit on. It was a nice room felt good but your shower was very tiny could not accommodate a larger person comfortably.

When checking in*tried* to be patient, but , it took about 90 minutes of waiting for our room to be ready. It wasn't the desk staff's fault, but I feell like the girl helping me wasn't very empathetic to the stress we (about 25 -30 of us) felt in this situation. When she thanked me for my patience, I stated that I TRIED to be patient, but was failing after 60 minutes of waiting... AFTER check-in time.

The walls are incredibly thin and we were woken multiple times between 2 and 6 AM by our neighbors. We contacted the front desk but they did nothing. At 6 AM, they even played music next-door and again, the front desk staff did nothing. Worst night ever.

Ok so the RMS were not ready on time and this lead to a huge backup in getting checked in. There was only one lady at the front desk and there were lots of people because there was a concert. I feel like when they are booked up they need to maybe have two people also, if it is a shortage on cleaning staff I hope they are trying to hire. Anyway spending about and 1-1.5 hours is very inconvenient. Other than than the RM was clean bed was good and the lady that worked at the front desk was nice

Overall the actual inside is exactly what you would expect from a Hampton. I only rated the staff down because I specifically asked to be away from the door/elevator and we were 2 doors down. The neighborhood however isn’t great. It’s fenced all the way around but it’s a small parking lot and just not a great neighborhood if you wanted to walk outside of hotel in my opinion.

The property is close to freeway, minutes from Amazing Korean food/grocery stores, and other shopping. The neighborhood outside fencing is hard to walk a dog and not comfortable to walk alone at night. However, 5min away is Wapato Park with a lake and beautiful walking trail!

The area around the hotel is not good, but the hotel itself is great. I do wish they made a strong effort for recycling though as that is very important to me. The second day, breakfast ran out of a lot of items. That was disappoirnting.

We arrived late and it was busy, we booked a room with two queens but I think they may have given it away since we arrived late after the concert. Not a huge deal since we were given rm with a sofa bed with a king. The next morning, we were told that breakfast was until 10 am. Out of eggs, out of bacon, out of yogurt, limited options and we were told that there was simply no food left. It was just disappointing since we booked at Hampton Inn because of the usually great breakfast options. Staff was otherwise polite and I was told that a manager would reach out to me when I asked to speak to a manager during breakfast. I left my name and number but nobody followed up. Won't be staying there again.
