I have stayed at this property multiple times before and will definitely stay here again! The exercise room could use some love though. More dumbbells of various weights are needed as it seems the set has disappeared over my years coming here, and more working cardio equipment is much needed. Staying active during travel is so important! Other than that this property is great! Decent breakfast on the go.

I was driving a large UHaul across several states. The staff were so kind as to block off parking space with orange cones so that I could get out in the morning. I greatly appreciate it. The room was comfortable and just what I needed after a long drive.

Excellent stay! Pool hours were great so kids could swim at night and morning - important for kids riding in a car for hours at a time!! Breakfast was amazing - also convenient hours!!

This is the fourth time we’ve been at this hotel. After giving it a 4.5 originally I downgraded it last year because none of the workout equipment worked and the common area garbages were often overflowing. I’m so happy to say things have changed. There’s new equipment in the gym and the place was spotless. The only thing I’d advise is to change up the breakfast menu

The room was clean and beds comfortable, but the elevators are in extremely poor condition. We got stuck in there for 30+ minutes and had to call the fire department to get us out. None of the emergency buttons worked, the emergency phone was not accessible, and the panel was super loose. There were no inspection sheets posted. The Manager has not called us back, and we didn’t even receive an apology.

The night manager was lovely, very accommodating and sympathetic, but unfortunately the room was not cleaned properly before our arrival. Stains on the closet door and on the side of the toilet did not make us feel welcome and we were not prepared to stay in a dirty room. We were moved with apologies, and the 2nd room was fine, but we were not impressed based on our initial experience.

Upon entering room, the first thing I noticed was the sheer curtain on one side literally had a HUGE rip/hole in it. No way should this have been left on window looking like this. Totally made my whole opinion of the room go straight downhill after seeing this first thing.

Excellent stopover for a 1-night stay as we were passing through Erie, PA - easy access from I-90, friendly staff, spacious room, everything was so clean and fresh! We had a good night's rest, good shower and a good start to the next day at a good price. It all adds up to a great stay!

I don’t expect much from this level of hotel, but I do expect a basic level of cleanliness. This did not meet the expectations. There was dirt and other debris all over the floor. Clearly had not been vacuumed. Also no blanket on one of the beds. Hard to understand that. Service was friendly enough but just not good enough with the room cleaning and prep.

Our biggest complaint was the frigid a/c in our room during the day and then automatically turning down to a uncomfortable warmer temp at night making it too warm to sleep and the inability to control those temperatures ourselves!

Everything was great! If I had any complaint, it would center around the TV remote. It was so unnecessarily complicated, that I had to go to the front desk for help, the woman was sweet & helpful, but I still couldn't get the darned thing to get any of the sports channels listed. So, other than that, everyone & everything was all one could expect, & then some! :-)

The room had a smell of stale air. The TV remote was very generic. The shower stall had peeling paint on the ceiling and the tub was very dangerous because of the curve on the tub. The toilet was very low to sit on, not good for older parents.

The hotel is nice and clean. The beds are comfy with good pillows. The bathrooms are clean with Dove soap, shampoo and conditioner. The lady working the counter this afternoon/evening was so rude tho. I thought I had seen some milk in their little store and I wanted cereal that I carry with me for supper so I went down to BUY some and I gor confused and went to the breakfast place first and then went over to the store and she saw that and thought I was trying to get the milk from the breakfast fridge that is locked -now I never teied to open it or even touched this fridge I just walked by it- and said oh I am in the wrong spot...and went over to the desk and looked and the little store where they have iced coffed, juice, and every other drink you could want. All I said, TO MYSELF, was aw man no milk, and she VERY rudely said no we don't have any milk. The milk is ONLY. FOR. BREAKFAST! And I know I am a really young looking 42 but she straight talked to me like a child. And there were some kids there wanting to use the pool and they weren't guests so I guess her shackles were raised from dealing with them but thats so not my fault.

The staff was just awesome! The hotel was a very good value. Breakfast was good, the service and extra effort by the staff was outstanding! The ONLY problem was the pillows were just awful. But that’s the only thing I would recommend for improvement.

My check in experience could not have been better. I wish I would have asked for the hotel receptionists name. She was very busy checking in a couple individuals ahead of me who had an abundance of questions and the phone kept ringing, but she managed to somehow quickly and efficiently tend to everyone's needs including those individuals calling in. When I was up to check in, she apologized for the wait, which was completely unnecessary, I could clearly see that she was very busy in that moment. This individual should be recognized as a highly valued member of your team. If it helps, I checked in at around 3:15pm on 9-24-24.

Breakfast was ample, property a little hard to find behind another building. bed was comfortable. room was large. coffee in room was not good. They just retained a new Cable TV System and no one knows how to work the channel selection. Amazing! It was terrible no paper guide and no way to pick your selection just keep scrolling on the remote. unacceptable!

We had nice stay! The only complaint is that there was no milk at the breakfast bar for the cereal and oatmeal our child etc. We asked for some but was told they didn’t have any. How can a hotel have no milk at their breakfast bar???? Very inconvenient!!

My sister and I stayed two nights. The staff were efficient and friendly. It was so very clean! Beds were comfortable and we slept well both nights. Breakfast was plentiful and even hot scrambled eggs, sausages and pancakes. Lots of options for a breakfast included. The young lady attendant kept it filled and spotless. Well done! We will return to this location. Thank you for a worry free stay.

We’ve stayed in a lot of hotels. This one met our needs perfectly. Not fancy but nice and clean. Bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. Breakfast was your basic hotel breakfast. 👍Coffee was great. We would stay here again and would recommend.

The room and hotel was clean. We were upgraded to a jacuzzi room so that was nice. However, 3 of the 5 jets didn't work. Noise from the elevator, ice machine and adjacent rooms could be heard in the room. Hot breakfast was the same thing every day (sausage and eggs) for all 7 days of our stay. The fitness center needs some new equipment. The belt of one treadmill was broken. The elliptical slipped and squeaked loudly. The display on the recumbent bike would not work. The weight bench needs a bar instead of just handles.
