Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana - All Inclusive

We had a great time here. One of the best resorts we have been too. Food was great, load of options and didn’t have to pre book or wait. We had a private concierge called Junior Chavez who was great a took care of us the whole time we were there, definitely gave it the VIP experience. We would love to go back!

The best part of our stay was the staff. They were all friendly and willing to help. They would always check if everything was OK. The entertainment team was awesome, having fun activities and keeping energy high for the entire family. Their names were Pokemon, Tarzan, Pikachu, Brownie, DJ Hendy, and Tony Montana.

Spa was ok. I do not like all the sales pitches they try to Kahn you into for the Hyatt Vacation Club

Room was clean and property well kept. Friendly staff and prompt bar service. Food options were ‘hit or miss’, but mostly good, with a fixed menu for kids regardless of the restaurant. Nice to walk between properties through a bridge over a mangrove.

Ok
