The elevator was terrible, almost everyday stopped working. The only thing we liked was the breakfast and the guy who was there. The room was dirty and the shower had mold, when we told the housekeeper she told us that she could do anything about it, ir was not her department.

Property is clean, staff were nice and attentive. When I booked this hotel on Expedia, airport shuttle was included, that was not the case. They don’t have a shuttle. Breakfast consisted of coffee, granola bars and a muffin.

We arrived after 9pm. Check in clerk was rude and brusque. In spite of being told I hade parked in the handicapped space right outside the office we were given the space furthest away on the highest floor and furthest from the elevator. There was nothing in the room, no coffees maker, cups, glasses. The microwave was inaccessible for me at 5’2”. I did not wish to call the front desk to deal with the rude clerk and request basic items at that hour. Our room reeked of cigarette smoke. But for the hour, I would have just gone elsewhere. This was by far the worst place I have ever stayed.

This hotel doesn't have an elevator so you need to lug your suitcases up a flight of stairs if you are on the second floor. Not impressed.

They DO NOT have an airport shuttle even tho the listing says they do. No ice. Dirty sink. Old and cracked tub and sink. Linen was clean and comfortable. Receptionist was fine enough. Breakfast was less than continental. Will not stay here again.

Room was clean, no issues with bugs or anything. Room was not cleaned during entire 4 week stay, unclear if I was supposed to request it or follow another process. Neighbors tended to be loud, with trash often found around the property.

It was a very great location, the amenities worked. The only thing was the cleanliness, you can tell that they don’t take time in cleaning the rooms especially under the bed. I do recommend a thorough cleaning after every check out. There was left over popcorn on the floor from the last guest, also the tv sound would stop working if the volume was increased. Other than that it was a good stay, would stay again.

Climate control did not work well, and plumbing needed work: shower couldn’t be completely shut off, which wasted lots of water over time, and toilet wouldn’t flush if someone in a neighboring room was using their shower…But the staff was very pleasant and helpful, and the room very clean.

The suite was nice but it didn’t have any cutlery,plates,or dishes. The front desk was out of any dishes. The beds and showers were good, and it was quiet considering it was close to the highway.

Love the property. Love that there was a kitchenette available to use. The only thing that was a little annoying was the toilet kept making this high pitch sound for a little then it finally stops before I went to sleep & the water from the tub was constantly running. Other than that it was a good stay. Definitely would use when I need it again.

The staff member behind the desk was not exactly friendly nor helpful. When it was time to check out, no one was at the front desk. We had to ask the maintenance guy to help us find the person in charge - and he did. When we asked for a receipt after checking out, the employee refused to provide one. The buttons on the remote control for the tv, were not working properly. And the carpet could be shampooed.

Originally I had two nights booked, but due to a flight delay in Newark I missed my connecting flight from Dallas to El Paso. I spoke with someone at Expedia who assured me they had spoken with someone at the hotel at that my reservation would be held until the next day. When I arrived, however, the staff informed me I was marked as a no show and would have to speak with Expedia. When I informed them I had already done so, they informed me the manager that the Expedia rep had spoken with wasn’t in that day and there was nothing they could do. Super unprofessional.

Great place close to the airport. Full kitchen, clean, ac, and more tv channels than I have at home. Bus stop right across the street took me downtown. Walmart, movie theater and mall and other shopping in the nearby area. Perfect stay.

The lobby needs some help. It's tiny and there's no breakfast. There was coffee and a granola bar. The rooms were spacious and for the most part clean. There were some interesting women doing laundry but other than that it was fine. Good for one night.
