The house is huge. We had so much room for our two families. The teens loved the game room. The deck and the view are awesome (however the sun is bright when the curtains are open). Some things seemed dated or worn but you kind of expect that in a rental. For example, the hot tub buttons were all worn & cracked and the air hockey table seemed about to fall apart. Still had a great stay. Very close to Helen but far enough to feel like we were secluded in the mountains. The nearby winery is lovely!

Absolutely gorgeous home with plenty of space for everyone. We loved the hot tub, game room and gas fireplace. The beds were very comfortable also. The only negative would be the jacuzzi tub didn’t work.

Enjoyed matcha, coffee, and bagels at Dog Gone Coffee. Had an absolute blast on the Chattahoochee River with Cool River Tubing. Enjoyed our experience with VIP Southern Wine Tours. They took us to The Cottage, Kaya, and Cenita. I particularly enjoyed the port wine at The Cottage. The staff at Georgia Mountain Rentals is very friendly and professional. They care about their guests. I highly recommend this property and I’d return again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this house many times throughout the years. It seems like very little maintenance is done to keep the property up and running. The water had a foul odor, especially the hot water. It smelled like rotten eggs when washing your hair or face. The game room used to be where everyone hung out. There was only one pool stick, and it was missing a tip. The other one was broken. The couch in the game room had a broken leg on the front right side. This could have caused an accident. The suite in the basement was very cold and damp. The window unit smelled bad while running. The shower on the main level had a broken shower head and a hole in the wall where someone apparently opened the door to hard and put a hole in the wall. The gas grill is very old and needs updating. The grill brush had no bristles to clean with. The gas tank was full, however. With a little TLC, this property will be a great place to keep coming back to. We love renting from Georgia Mountain Rentals and they are always very professional!

Directions and access code worked great, got a call prior to making sure that Id received the emails and then an additional call to make sure we"d had no troubles and thanking us for staying with them. House was beautiful, fully stocked, kitchen had modern appliances,ots of dishes,glassss, silverware, pots and pans, cooking utensils. Rooms and bathrooms were exceptionally clean ,spacious and beautifully furnished! Game room was amazing! The view was absolutely breathtaking and beautiful! We will DEFINITELY be back next year!

Helen is a charming down with delicious food and adorable shops. We didn’t want to leave!

Stunning fall view from the back porch! We had 7 adults, 3 couples and a single. All family. We always make sure that everyone had their own BR and bath. This house has tons of space and privacy. The kitchen is fully equipped. We cooked before we left and reheated. Had plenty of equipment. Lots of TV and games if the weather doesn't cooperate. We parked 3 vehicles very comfortably. 4 would work, 5 would be tight. Highly recommend this property.

Directions and access code worked great, got a call prior to making sure that Id received the emails and then an additional call to make sure we"d had no troubles and thanking us for staying with them. House was beautiful, fully stocked, kitchen had modern appliances,ots of dishes,glassss, silverware, pots and pans, cooking utensils. Rooms and bathrooms were exceptionally clean ,spacious and beautifully furnished! Game room was amazing! The view was absolutely breathtaking and beautiful! We will DEFINITELY be back next year!

The house is huge. We had so much room for our two families. The teens loved the game room. The deck and the view are awesome (however the sun is bright when the curtains are open). Some things seemed dated or worn but you kind of expect that in a rental. For example, the hot tub buttons were all worn & cracked and the air hockey table seemed about to fall apart. Still had a great stay. Very close to Helen but far enough to feel like we were secluded in the mountains. The nearby winery is lovely!

Stunning fall view from the back porch! We had 7 adults, 3 couples and a single. All family. We always make sure that everyone had their own BR and bath. This house has tons of space and privacy. The kitchen is fully equipped. We cooked before we left and reheated. Had plenty of equipment. Lots of TV and games if the weather doesn't cooperate. We parked 3 vehicles very comfortably. 4 would work, 5 would be tight. Highly recommend this property.

Great location, great view, easy parking, plenty of room for a family of 10. Not the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed in but not the worst either. Dirty dishes in the drawers and cabinets and the floors needed to be mopped.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My friends and I had an amazing time on our girls trip. The view from the property is breathtaking. I enjoyed watching sunrise every morning. The hot tub was a perfect way to cap off a day of fun. The location is excellent. Lots of privacy. Not too far from town and it’s also close to lots of cute wineries. The home is clean and we had more than enough space for our group. The beds are comfortable.While on our trip we enjoyed drinks and food at Spice 55 restaurant. Loved our hikes at Anna Ruby Falls and Dukes Creek Falls. Enjoyed matcha, coffee, and bagels at Dog Gone Coffee. Had an absolute blast on the Chattahoochee River with Cool River Tubing. Enjoyed our experience with VIP Southern Wine Tours. They took us to The Cottage, Kaya, and Cenita. I particularly enjoyed the port wine at The Cottage. The staff at Georgia Mountain Rentals is very friendly and professional. They care about their guests. I highly recommend this property and I’d return again.
