Hotel was very nice and professional feeling, was greeted promptly and offered champagne after check in. Had major issues with parking, confusing instructions and felt unsafe in parking garage, got lost and almost couldn’t find the way back to the hotel. Room was nice and clean but had an issue with temperature in the room, it was winter by the time we went but room was very hot. Tried turning on AC but it was not working correct at all, we put it on the cool setting but it continued to blow out hot air.

Der blev ikke gjort rent på værelset, kun redt seng. Vi bedte om at få gjort rent 2 gange, vi var der i 5 overnatninger og først den sidste dag blev der gjort rent. Der står der er parkering under Hotels.com hjemmeside, det er der ikke, vi betalte 16 euro par gang vi parkerede i en parkeringskælderen som lå 500 meter væk.

For a Hyatt hotel, the property had poor AC and sliding beds that move with every slight move. The balcony overviewed some ducts and other extensions that are dirty and look weird. The elevator is super slow and not that smart as sometimes we had to wait for a long time to get in or out. The positive thing is how convenient the hotel is as it is close to everything in town. Also, they have a shattaf which is amazing as we rarely find it in Europe.

Bel hôtel, bien placé. Climatisation disponible. Heure de check out confortable (midi). En revanche , les draps n'ont pas été changés pendant 10 jours et la propreté des toilettes n'était pas irréprochable. Il y a une salle de sport mais accessible qu'à partir de 9h30 et pas de tapis de course en état de marche.

The cleaning was much better this year than last year. The hotel has really improved on this point. The roof top bar was really a great experience and we visited Vertigo serveral time during the week. Nice breakfast with alot of choices. We really appreciated the opening hours until 11.00.

Lovely hotel with a cute pool area with a selection of sunbeds and poolside tables to enjoy drinks and food. Very comfortable beds and rooms are a great size though looking a little tired in places. Flooring was coming apart though not unsafe looked more like water damage. Elevators although there are three of them, can be slow at peak times. Ideal location. Not far from shops and beach. A short walk to train station and bus stops right outside. Staff all very pleasant.

Lovely bed and pillows . But the location wasn’t very nice in the part town it was located . Lovely pool but by 3.00pm most of the area was in the shade .

Firstly when we arrived we entered the lobby which looks lovely however it had a terrible smell! We were taken to our room which was a double room (2 single beds pushed together) and both beds are comfortable however VERY noisy when you move around. We had a fridge in the room which didn't work which we reported but nothing was done. We was surprised about all the added charges. €5 a day to use the safe, €20 deposit for 2 towels, €20 deposit for an iron and €5 a day to have teas, coffees and sugars refilled in our room. The swimming pool area is very small, there are not enough beds for everyone in the hotel and the beds are very close together. Some staff were very friendly however some were quite rude and unhelpful. The cleaners didn't clean our room on the first day and then throughout our stay we noticed that the cups in our room were not replaced but were simply washed out in the bathroom sink. We realised this as they had been left in the bathroom one day when we returned with water in the bottom. It would have been nice to have clean cups everyday. The bonus of this hotel is it is adults only which is why we booked however I wouldn't return.

One of the better hotels in the area but they have some odd ways. Communication isn’t their strong point as often different staff would give you a different answer to the same question. For example, we were told we couldn't have later than a 2pm checkout then that changed to 3pm when we spoke with another staff member later. Staff are hit and miss. Some are wonderful (Carmen), whilst others are quite rude and unwelcoming. As a VIP guest we were given mixed information on what sunbeds we could and couldn't use. I'd like to think we're fairly switched on guys but even we struggled to understand some of their 'policies'. The breakfast area was often very busy and staff were slow cleaning tables. We had to change rooms after night one due to a very noisy and faulty air con. The room was therefore very hot and it was hard to sleep. They did resolve this for us but only after I unfortunately had to complain and get a little direct. The room cleanliness was 'ok' but the bathroom had mould and the floor had hairs (not ours) around the perimeter. They failed to top up the soap too and a couple of towels and pillow cases had some staining. They do change the bedding but only if you leave the card on the bed each day. No iron or ironing board in rooms. You have to ask for them. The location is great for the centre and the hotel is fairly quiet. Pool area is decent. The guests are a good mix of all ages and backgrounds. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the hotel wasn't 'sensational'.

The hotel has seen better days. Flooring in the room was warped outside the bathroom, probably because the shower door doesn’t shut properly. Even the veneer on the bathroom door was coming loose. Loose plaster by the door. The most shocking thing was clearly weeks of dirt in the lifts. The location was great however and I am sure with a little attention this could be a great hotel. You will need to review your ramps, as they are too steep to be considered accessible.

Mooie goedverzorgde accommodatie. Jammer dat de badkamer niet optimaal was. In de doucheruimte was toch aanslag (schimmel?) zichtbaar in de hoeken en voegen. De muziek bij het zwembad mag wel iets zachter. Deze was in de kamer, met gesloten balkondeur, heel goed te horen. Leuk voor de mensen bij het gezellige zwembad, maar minder als je het hoort in je kamer. De volgende keer boek ik er weer! 😀

Arrived with a biooking from hotels.com, The hotel had no record of it and asked me to sit down in reception then started checking in other people. I waited 45 minutes before contacting hotels.com who then called the hotel. The booking was then confirmed. No apology, just left sat for 45 minutes in spain not knowing if I had a hotel or not. Room was ok but the bathroom sink did not drain so after cleaning my teeth, the water was still in the sink 30 minutes later. Air conditioning only worked on hot.

Hôtel idéalement situé, à proximité immediate de la gare et à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la plage. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Le personnel est courtois et aimable. Le petit-déjeuner est correct. Seul gros souci, l'isolation acoustique entre les chambres est désastreuse. Je pouvais entendre mes voisins ronfler. À corriger car ça nest pas du niveau dun 4 étoiles.

This is a good value hotel but please do not expect good service. The receptionists won’t go out of their way to make you comfortable or be kind. E.g. unnecessarily withholding a room until close to check in time, key card stopped working after 1 day after repeatedly informed that ive booked an extension, standing up at reception for 5 minutes waiting for the reception to finish her phone call.

The hotel is right in the center of Torremolinos. Trainstation and busstop in front a few stets from the hotel. Rich breakfast buffet, a rooftop bar a great place fordern a sundowner drink.

This hotel was exceptionally brilliant. Location fantastic, 5 min walk from train station, 15 min walk to beach and 5 min walk to centre of town for all restaurants, bars and shops. The air conditioning in hotel and rooms is brilliant

Hotels.com rewards said i can get a late checkout for free if available. I checked and it was available however the hotel wanted to charge me 25Euros for 2 hours Air con did not work, instead of cooling it heated the room (I checked the settings) Breakfast was awful and cold, not even a little buit warm despite me being there at 7:40 ten minutes after it opened so the food was put out cold I think hotels.com need to review their marketing for this property because your status with hotels.com means nothing to them. The room itse;f was nice and the bed was comfortable other than the temperature that the air con didn't help with

Lobby trop froid et étages trop chauds, clim de la chambre non fonctionnelle, chambre et salle d'eau exiguë, belle piscine privée et jardin intérieur, belle salle de restaurant et bar, personnel très agréable, le petit déjeuner le matin est une horreur (ambiance hall de gare ou métro bondé), hotel fréquenté par des touristes qui ne se parlent pas. On entend un peu le bruit des voitures de la rue très passante. Nous avons été déçu de l'ambiance malgré ce bel établissement. Pas pour nous. Heureusement, nous n'étions là que pour une nuit, notre hôtel de vacances etant complet juste une nuit au milieu de notre séjour (réservation trop tardive).

We had to wait more than an hour from the check in time 2pm in order the room to be ready and clean. This was a time wasting and we hadn’t been offered absolutely nothing not even a coffee or water, we had to leave and go and wait to a coffee shop nearby. The response we got from the reception was that the check in is from 2pm and it can be later than that. Is this a response from a 4star hotel? And the room should have be ready at 2pm if the check in is from 2pm. We are travellers all around the world and we didn’t had to wait more than an hour from the expected check in time. As we had paid half board, we had also included dinner to our 5day reservation which was also not very impressing for a 4star hotel. Mostly fried cheap options and very limited meat/protein dishes,all the evening buffets the same. Really not impressed, today we continued as planned our accommodation and moved to another hotel which was cheaper and closer to the beach area, but the treatment the hospitality, food and service are much better.

We wanted a quiet couples hotel and really enjoyed our stay here. Couples wise, it was mainly retired people so not noisy. There was plenty of choice at breakfast although not always piping hot - a buffet never is. Our room was spotless, comfy and well equipped. We were surprised that (bearing in mind we had a coffee machine) we were not given replacement capsules - these were to purchase. Beds were very comfy, pillows are foam and firm (for those that need to know). We added the VIP access for a small room offering drinks and snacks which worked well for us. Would we stay here again - we absolutely would! Excellent value - lovely staff and a five min walk from the train station. Thank you
