It was a nice stay, great location for Lymington and ultimately very good for the price. The parking is very convenient but we were sent the wrong code details and the instructions to find it were poor. The pub and the rooms have seen better days but the rooms were clean. tv only worked on some channels and the room was accessed by 3 1/2 sets of stairs so no good if you are challenged by stairs! All in all a nice stay, nice staff.

Great location in the centre of Lymington with secure car parking included. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The pub has a good selection of quality food and drinks and a beer garden. We stay regularly in Lymington on the way to the Isle of Wight as ferry is 5 minutes drive from the centre.
