Spa clean and modern pool and sauna/steam rooms. Rooms well appointed and clean,daily delivery of (free) fresh milk and bottled water appreciated.

Fabulous location in the beach. Friendly and professional staff all week. Great family times for using the pool and very good massage. Good breakfast selection every day. Hotel decor is starting to feel tired, large breakfast dining room feels drab with olive/brown colours, paintwork throughout corridors and rooms needs a freshen up and from the outside the metal balcony railings are rusting and don’t look great. Good parking facilities. For location we would come Back and hope to see hotel freshened up soon.

Staff were all excellent, all very pleasant and very attentive. Turndown service every evening was especially kind. Breakfasts were fantastic with a wonderful selection of quality food. We enjoyed the beautiful sea view and balcony despite it being autumn. Swimming pool facility was excellent. Relaxing stay that could not have been much better. Bar, afternoon tea and evening meal were much enjoyed. Car parks extremely easy. Hotel steps out onto St Brelade's promenade. All areas were clean and tidy. What a super place to spend time! This hotel goes above & beyond with how helpful the staff are & how excellent it is. It’s in the perfect location, close to everything you’d need in St Brelade’s bay.. or the reception will organise a taxi if needed. The spa inside pool etc is basic but spotless & easy to use. The beach is lovely & they give free daily beach towels & sunbed vouchers. The bedroom was lovely, again spotless & dinner / food at the hotel is amazing! Can’t wait to come again, thank you L’Horizon!

Great property away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Located on a stunning beach with good food onsite and good options nearby. The staff were very friendly and helped make the stay enjoyable. Also great facilities with a pool hot tub and fitness center we enjoyed using.

We had a fantastic staycation at L’Horizon! We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a junior suite, which was an absolute tree! The room was spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything was thoroughly arranged for a relaxing experience. Wow, the rooms were a bit tired and outdated in terms of decor, they were exceptionally cleaned and maintained to a very high standard throughout our stay. The staff were incredibly approachable and helpful, making us feel truly welcomed. Highly recommend staying here for a comfortable and pleasant visit!

Beautiful position on an incredible beach. Lovely service, inside pool and access to sun loungers on the beach. Very friendly staff. Housekeeping exceptional. Next time I’d go again but pick a bigger room/room upgrade as standard room tight in space for a double a small children’s pull out bed. Would highly recommend for all ages.

Staff very professional and very friendly. Our room in the west wing, a deluxe double with sea view and balcony was excellent. Lots of options to dine but the food and especially the wine were very expensive. Loved the seafood tasting menu in the Grill restaurant but again pricey. Will return ASAP.

This is our first time in Jersey and we were not disappointed. This hotel is amazing, the staff were all very wonderful they all made us feel special. The room was lovely but the bed was a little bit uncomfortable for me but this is really down to personal preference. All the meals that we had were delicious and well presented. The fridge was as always stocked with bottles of water and Jersey Milk in a carton and not in little pots which was a nice touch. We ordered Room Service a couple of times and that was very good also. I would definitely recommend this hotel, our room had an ocean view which was so nice and hearing the sea was so calming and relaxing.

Great views and location. Lovely to see unique Jersey produce at breakfast like black butter would be even better to have cabbage loaves! Staff very helpful and welcoming in main area and terrace restaurant and pool area. One minor niggle is the location of the smoke alarm above the bed has flashing light that can disturb sleep and would be better located outside bathroom and door. Other than that wonderful stay. We return time and time again and have joined the loyalty programme

A lovely beachside hotel with some exceptional members of staff who went out of their way to make us feel valued and welcome. Our room with a balcony overlooking the beach was quiet and well appointed. Our bed was extremely comfortable and we slept well. The standard of food served in the hotel’s dining rooms was very good in both presentation and quality.

Loved our stay. Staff were fantastic. We requested a room with accessible/disabled facilities and the room was perfect. Lovely rooms and the sea views were stunning. Ideal location with fab views. Excellent breakfast with fresh on prepared food and fruit. Would definitely stay again.

Firstly I must praise the hotel in changing my booking due to illness, despite Hotels.com telling me I couldn’t. The hotel is in a great location and the staff were very helpful. The room was adequate but the bathroom had no heating and at times was freezing, possible due to it being on the ground floor out of any direct light. Because of this it was also very dark, even in the daytime. Overall I would stay here again but not in the same room, I would pick something higher up with light!

Staff were all excellent, all very pleasant and very attentive. Turndown service every evening was especially kind. Breakfasts were fantastic with a wonderful selection of quality food. We enjoyed the beautiful sea view and balcony despite it being autumn. Swimming pool facility was excellent. Relaxing stay that could not have been much better. Bar, afternoon tea and evening meal were much enjoyed. Car parks extremely easy. Hotel steps out onto St Brelade's promenade. All areas were clean and tidy. What a super place to spend time! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

This is our 3rd visit to this hotel and cannot fault it. The staff are superb, polite, friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and well maintained with toiletries topped up every day, really handy to have water and milk in the fridge supplied every day if needed. Breakfast is excellent, plentiful and of good quality, great service provided by all the waitress/waiter staff there. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again and highly recommend this hotel.

Someone walked in my room in the middle of the night without knocking. Disturbing and couldn’t sleep the night. All that was offered was 50% off my meal the night before and an apology. The fact I couldn’t sleep not feeling safe, eventually did fall asleep and missed my flight had to book another flight car hire extended and delayed to my next destination. Common sense and The least they could have done was offer my whole stay for free for the inconvenience of the whole event. Someone else may not be so kind and understanding as I was. Poor service.

It is the best location on the island. The bus services can get you all over the island if you do not want to hire a car. St Brelades beach is perfect it has everything you want from a beach holiday. . We had a balcony room and it was comfortable and enough for our stay I would really recommend . This hotel is the best run accommodation ever stayed in . The staff are so friendly and every request we asked was met with a smile . The food is amazing , the Grill is exceptional and the terrace is lovely to have a sunset dinner. The spa and massage was so relaxing. We are sad to be leaving and we are definitely planning a return visit .

Fabulous location in the beach. Friendly and professional staff all week. Great family times for using the pool and very good massage. Good breakfast selection every day. Hotel decor is starting to feel tired, large breakfast dining room feels drab with olive/brown colours, paintwork throughout corridors and rooms needs a freshen up and from the outside the metal balcony railings are rusting and don’t look great. Good parking facilities. For location we would come Back and hope to see hotel freshened up soon.

Staff very professional and very friendly. Our room in the west wing, a deluxe double with sea view and balcony was excellent. Lots of options to dine but the food and especially the wine were very expensive. Loved the seafood tasting menu in the Grill restaurant but again pricey. Will return ASAP.

The staff were excellent, helpful and obliging. The reason the 4 star rating was that awful self service breakfast. In our first morning @9am, it closes for service @10am, not only was it almost cold it was also virtually empty. With another hour to go until end of service this was a sad state of affairs. The following two mornings we ordered Eggs Benedict direct from the kitchen, which was very good.

This is our first time in Jersey and we were not disappointed. This hotel is amazing, the staff were all very wonderful they all made us feel special. The room was lovely but the bed was a little bit uncomfortable for me but this is really down to personal preference. All the meals that we had were delicious and well presented. The fridge was as always stocked with bottles of water and Jersey Milk in a carton and not in little pots which was a nice touch. Absolutely loved our 11 night stay at the L'Horizon! Beautiful food Beautiful location! Everything was perfect and will definitely be returning! Only one little downside is the added 12.5% service charge to food and drinks..Would be nice just to tip on the occasions you want to but this is only a minor issue really as would of tipped most times anyway!

We decided to have a short easter break to Jersey and found this hotel to be very reasonably priced for the standard and location and great direct flights. The position of the beach over looking the Bay and having a balcony it was wonderful. The selection at breakfast was great and the night we ate in the hotel the meal was fantastic. We were really lucky with the weather and enjoyed visiting the sites were are so fond of in Jersey.
