Biarritz Hotel

The place was very clean, from my room to the lobby and balcony. There were people cleaning every so often so if anything did get dirty, it didn't stay that way for long. Staff were happy to help me whenever I lost my keycard or wanted to order food. They roamed around the hotel and were rather friendly. My room also had water, a kettle and hot drink sachets that were replenished each day when my room was cleaned. A pleasent surprise each day. I think the only real complaint I have with the hotel was only an issue at the start of my stay: the space outside each room is rather narrow and mazelike, with little in terms of proper navigation. On my first and second day I got lost trying to navigate back to my room. The corridoors change direction seemingly at random!

yes all good, brilliant service just the sofa bed wasnt so comfy, i could feel the edge of the sofa on my back whenever i laid in there..

Lovely hotel with stunning views from the balcony seating area. Room was very nice and staff very friendly. Altogether a great stay, thanks

Staff of all levels were polite, efficient and very welcoming. Room was inaccurately clean and cleaned every day. Restaurant food was top standard and delicious

Unable to use my bath in room also shower problems! Did not fix until my last night after reporting in first 48hrs of stay . Of qst night no message left to say they had fixed it but said would send manager ? Plummer would send for parts? Could hear people's conversation in room next door next to my bed also bed next to door .
