Modern Union Pier Grand Home with Pool

This house was a fantastic fit for our group of 6 adults and 3 kids. The neighborhood pool was an awesome option when we wanted to take a break from the beach. No private beach access, but Townline Beach for public access is a 15 minute walk. Bring a wagon or arrive on the earlier side to snag a parking spot. We loved the sun room and the finished basement was all nice space for lounging. Overall, this house was wonderful and would highly recommend!

We had a great stay at The Lighthouse Cottage! The house was immaculate when we arrived and had all the amenities you would need for a week at the beach! We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Very spacious home in a good location, nice to have the pool nearby.

This home was a hit for us in every way. Clean, roomy, nice flow with lots of windows letting in natural light. Nice sized covered porch to sip our morning coffee looking onto the beautiful and well-attended landscaping. Comfy furniture both on the main level and the lower finished level. Nice big kitchen table, as well as a large island for gathering. Appliances were updated and clean. Just a two minute walk to a great pool where our grandkids had a blast, and just a fifteen minute walk to the beautiful beach or shops in Union Pier.

It’s close to the pool and a short distance from the lake. The cooking and sleeping quarters were able to accommodate our family of 6 adults and 4 kids.
