First of all, the buffet breakfast was good, Plenty of choices of both fresh and cooked veg. Food was served nice and hot. Also, the location of the hotel is fantastic, just few mins walk away to Terminal 21 & Asoke Station. Staffs were nice and friendly too. However, the property itself was quite worn out. we had a Jacuzzi in our suite. I could see rusted spot all over the water outlet and drain. We didnt use it. Same as the "Swimming Pool" and sauna on the rooftop. They are too worn-out so we didnt even use. Even the House Keeping team tried their best to tidy up the room and public area, the whole property was just too worn-out.

Nany and Lina (plus the other staff) were excellent and were very attentive. Housekeeping always made sure I had everything I needed. The only (minor) negative was that the water in the pool on the 12th floor wasn't very clean and I'm unsure how often it is cleaned. Other than that, everything was great!

Considering that it says is 4 stars hotel it feels like only a budget hotel that provides you with just a bath towel. Pool is just a tub and gym has no air con. Was shocked during check in when hotel staff informed housekeeping only done alternating days. Room was dirty and walls were thin

I used to stay here a lot but vv disappointed this time. I had booked for 3 nights and on check in I was informed that my room would only be cleaned 1 time. If this is a new policy it should be communicated at time of booking. When does a 4 star hotel only offer 1 day of cleaning. If this is the case it should be reflected in the room rate. FuramaXclusive needs be careful as they are operating in a v competitive market and things like this will affect customer satisfaction and return business. I for sure will not return again.

I became very sick because of my hotel room due to black mold inside of the air vent. Fortunately after I discovered it the staff immediately gave me another room that didn’t have black mold in it’s air vent. However, the gym equipment at the hotel was also faulty. One of the dumbbells even broke and nearly crushed my brother‘s foot. The very friendliness and professionalism of the staff is what ultimately kept me at that hotel throughout the duration of my vacation.

Rude Security Upon reaching the hotel, the security bluntly shouted at our grab driver to stop as there are construction outside the lobby. We need to alight outside and drag our luggage. Poor Service (Cafe) During 3rd morning breakfast, we told the service staff that the coffee tasted like hot water and there is no coffee taste. Nothing was being done. The usual coffee on our 1st 2 morning was great but not the third day. Breakfast selection are bare minimal and the refill are very slow. Dirty plates are lying on the table without clearing when guest had left. Thus need to wait for them to clear the tables before we can be seated. Housekeeping We left the room at 8am and place the make up room sign before we go out. We return the hotel at 4pm and the room is not make up yet. Things to note They do not provide toiletries and you need to purchase at the convenience store which you can find where you exit from the MRT gantry towards the direction of the hotel. Good things to note Front Desk staff & Bellboy are friendly and service oriented Location of the hotel is only 5mins walk from Sukhumvit MRT or Asoke BTS

Although it was not written in the hotel reservation, they do not clean or make the bed until the 4th day. It's very unsanitary. On the third day, I asked, ``I've put up with it until now, but the sheets are sticky so I'd like you to change them,'' but they didn't respond.

Hotel needs to be downgraded and probably cheaper. Rooms are old and dirty needs renovation so many tiles are damaged, toilet seat discolored and dirty, shower tub is disgusting with cracks. Feels like a love hotel. Breakfast tastes and looks old from the day before very limited vegetarian options. They don’t bother to clean the rooms at all. Staff isn’t helpful or care to help. Hotel doesn't offer laundry service, they charge per item what it cost to do 1kg around the corner. They overpriced taxi service to airport, don't mention anything about using grab which is better option.Also sounds proofing isn't good, you can hear your neighbors doing things. I wouldn't stay here again not even for free.

Had to move rooms because the first was moldy. Outdated and needs renovation. Second room Clean enough but not serviced daily (with Thai toilets you have a trash can for paper so service is important). Window looked onto a light well and air con was either too cold or off. Staff nice enough but you get what you pay for. Area convenient to mass transit but very crowded.

The location of the property was excellent. Near bts and mrt so travelling around was easy. Terminal 21 beside it was also a good thing. Only complaint was the state of the toilet which was quite run down. The drainage area's still filter piece was protruding hence abit dangerous if you did not notice it. Overall the location and accessibility makes up for the old age of the hotel.

MRTスクンビットから近くて良い。チェックイン開始時刻まで少しあったがチェックインさせてくれた。アメニティー(歯ブラシ、クシ、コットンなど)は何も部屋に置いていない。タオルはバスタオルのみでフェースタオルなどはない。隣の部屋のテレビの音が聞こえ過ぎ。と言うわけで普通でした。

Good location which is near both BTS and Metro. The room was big but the interior was old. The direction of air conditioner was towards to the bed. You will feel colder when you are in deepest sleep.

繁華街に近くて、ロケーションは便利。施設は古いですが、清潔に保たれています。空の引き出しが多く、ドライヤーがどこに入っているのか、探せませんでした。他の部屋に泊まった友人は、「引き出しを片っ端から開けて行ったら見つかった」と言っていましたが。タオルがバスタオルとバスマットしかなく、ハンドタオルがフェイスタオルのどちらか一方でもほしかったです。朝早いフライトだったので、前日夜に空港までのタクシーを頼んでおきましたが、翌朝のスタッフに伝わってなかったようです。その場で呼んでもらって事なきを得ましたが。まあまあ、そこそこ。評価点数から期待していたほどではなかったです。

Booked 2 beds. Got 1 bed and a shrug. They eventually wheeled another bed to the room, but it wasn't what I paid for. Other than that, the place is super comfortable, nice, and well situated. I'd stay again if they'd get the bed situation right.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. Not too close to the mall or other attractions. It's very comfortable. It's not modern, contemporary decor but the classic hotel look, which I prefer. The staffs there are super friendly! Shoutout to Lina, Min at the front desk, Amp from Housekeeping - honestly, ALL of the staffs. Seriously ALL of the staffs. Everyone was so patient, friendly and helpful. I know where I'm going back to stay when I visit there again 🙏

連泊だと泊まりたかったホテルが取れず、色々と探してFuramaXclusive Asokeを選定しました。タイの歩道はガタガタなのでBTSやターミナル21からだとMRTの3番から入り、メトロモールを通り抜けて1番から出ると便利です。もし、メトロモールが閉まっていても改札階まで降りれば、改札を入らなくても1番と3番を相互に通れる通路があります。どちらも上下のエスカレータがあるのでガタガタの歩道より良いと思います。地下だとエアコンもきいている点でもおすすめです。ターミナル21、日本人が多く利用するマッサージ屋さん（ヘルスランド）も近くて便利な立地にあるホテルです。スタッフはフレンドリーかつチェックイン、チェックアウトも迅速でした。部屋は広くてエアコンもすぐに冷えてきます。朝食は美味しく、最終日は飛行機が9時25分だったので朝食を食べることができなくてとても残念でした。泊まりたかったホテルが取れなかったことで良いホテルを見つけることができました。また予約しようと思います。

Close to BTS and Metro. Close to main shopping centres. There is a morning market just outside the hotel near the banks that is open on weekdays. Good local selections. Different stalls on different days which provides quite a good variety for such a small market.

アソーク駅の近くで、空港へのアクセスも地下鉄で一駅移動してエアポートリンクに乗り換えれば簡単ですショッピングにはTerminal21があり、とても便利な立地です近くにタイマッサージのHealthLandもあり、帰国前にしっかりほぐしてもらいました夜遊び好きな方には、SoiCowboyも近いですよ残念だったのが、エアコンの調整が効かず、スイッチを入れると極寒、切ると暑いと、不便な状況。相談したら、スタッフの対応も速やかで、部屋をかえてもらえたのですが、次の部屋も同じ状況でしたそれ以外は部屋も十分に広いし、総合的にはいいホテルだと思いますよ

Was a great location near Terminal 21 - Asok BTS and Sukhumvit MRT - so good . The hotel is on a busy road but room was quiet & comfortable. The surrounding area was great for eating and local lunchtime markets . Rooms are large and roomy.

This is our new favorite hotel for either first-arrival or pre-departure from Suvarnabhumi (BKK) airport. Room is very comfortable including a great bed, and the central location on Asoke is a quick walk to the Sukhumvit MRT station or the Makasan Airport Link station.
