Un petit séjour passé à cette hôtel et franchement tout et correct tous c’est bien passer, l’hôtel et propre l’accueil et toujours la si besoin, le petit déjeuner parfait beaucoup de choix. J’ai eu une bonne chambre côtés piscine avec une belle vu. La seul choses qui m’a déplue c’est la piscine qui ce ferme pour tout le monde à 20h sachant que je trouve cette heure trop tôt ..

Séjour de 3 nuits et heureusement pas plus, hôtel vieillot, demande d'un grand lit non respecté, climatisation essoufflée, salle de petit déjeuner horrible car trop de monde et on ne s'entend pas, piscine inaccessible à cause des clients qui se réservent des transats dès l'ouverture le matin. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel si vous souhaitez profiter de vos vacances et être au calme. Pourtant c'est un 4 étoiles mais espagnol... Mieux vaut vous échapper à la plage qui est accessible à environs 10 mns à pied. Si vous venez avec une voiture de location, il vous faudra obligatoirement réserver une place à l'avance car aucun moyen de se stationner autour de l'hôtel.

Rigtig positivt overraskede over vores ophold på 5 dage. Dejlig beliggenhed! Super tæt på strand, liv og massere af restauranter. Super fin service i form af, at der rendte Security rundt på hotellet 24 timer i døgnet samt, at der hver dag var en livredder ved poolen. Liggestole var der massere af!

quick check in, friendly staff, pretty decent breakfast no complaints, if taking small children get them wetsuits as the pool is ice cold, lovely hotel and massive rooms would definitely come back here again, ideally situated (15 mins by taxi to the airport)

Det var et okay hotel til prisen, værelset stort og indbydende. Poolen var helt fint men ekstrem dårlige solsenge der alle var knækket i midten så du lå meget dårligt og de skulle være hurtig og tidligt nede for at få en. All inklusive cocktail der kan man vælge med 3 forskellige, virkelig dårlig stil og meget uinteressant men lækkert med snacks ved poolen efter kl 12 som burger og pommes frites. Aftensmaden var okay men ikke særlig spændende og den mindste salatbar jeg længe har set. Morgenmaden var okay, tilgengæld er restauranten forfærdelig med alt det larm der er og noget de burde gøre noget ved, det er ikke til at holde ud at spise der. Men alt i alt et okay hotel

Very disappointed with my one night here (last night) in room 658. I checked in with a 2 year old and was given a room on the top floor. The balcony was very unsafe for that age so we couldn't use it. I had to go up some steps from reception to get to room with child, pushchair and bags and was offered no help. No glasses in the room to even have a drink of water. Remote control for aircon didn't work. Bottom of the beds we're fraying. But worst of all was the cleanliness. There were dark hairs all over the bathroom, in the bath, on the floor, on the hairdryer. I wiped a section of the carpet in the bedroom with a wet wipe and it was covered in dirt and hairs. A contact lense under the bed. Stain on carpet near fridge. Stain on headboard. Please see attached photos. Completely unacceptable. I will say that the breakfast was very good with lots of options.

Hotel con aspecto bastante antiguo,le sobra alguna que otra estrella.Cuando nos hemos alojado encontramos pelos en el escritorio y en el baño,las toallas algunas llegan manchadas de la lavandería.El desayuno ha sido bastante variado pero deberían de revisar los vasos y las tazas por que estaban casi siempre manchados de café.Lo único bueno que tiene es que esta cerca de la playa.

Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti. Appena arrivati in camera abbiamo trovato il divano letto ed il bagno con numerose piccole formiche. Lo abbiamo fatto presente alla reception. Prontamente gli addetti sono intervenuti infatti al nostro rientro in camera abbiamo sentito un forte odore di igienizzante. Ma ciò non è servito. Anzi, il giorno dopo abbiamo riscontrato il problema anche nel letto matrimoniale. Abbiamo cercato di rimuovere gli insetti ma durante la notte ci svegliavamo per il prurito causato dagli stessi. Fare la doccia senza allagare il bagno non era semplice perché l'acqua colava da sotto il vetro di protezione. Per non parlare della disavventura di stamattina alle 4.30. Dovevamo lasciare l'hotel per arrivare nel giusto orario in aereoporto e il cancello dell'albergo non si apriva. L'addetto della reception non sapeva cosa fare. Alla fine mio marito è riuscito a sbloccarlo e ad aprirlo manualmente. Diversamente avremmo potuto perdere l'aereo. Comunque sia, anche non avendo avuto questi problemi, l'hotel non ha le caratteristiche di un 4 stelle. Dimenticavo colazione bocciata a pieni voti. In questa settimana in Andalusia abbiamo soggiornato in 4 diversi alberghi, questo è stato il più costoso ma il peggiore.

Hotel was very clean and staff were professional and polite. Room was a good size with nice sea view. It’s located in what seems to be a run down area of Torremolinos and is a 10 minute stroll to the beach. No onsite entertainment during our stay. We stayed all inclusive food options were limited and hot food was often cold. Drinks were ok. Had to pay a 1euro deposit for a cup to get drinks and needed to be persistent to get deposit back at end of holiday also had to pay 20€ deposit for pool towels and a 10€ deposit for room safe

hotel that has seen its best days, at least my room. Dirty worn carpets in the hallways and in my room. Leaky AC that dripped water, room smelled like wet dog. Asked but was not allowed to change rooms fully booked. Had to have the balcony door open the entire stay to be able to be in the room. But below my balcony the staff sat smoking. Had to have AC on the entire stay.

Ett bedagat hotell med ganska onintresserad reception. Fick vänta på rummet utan någon förklaring eller kompensation. Rummet var dock stort, men i stort behova av renovering. Skavda möbler och en matta som skulle ha bytts för länge sedan. Sängarna var stenhårda och sängkläderna luktade unket. Men man får vad man betalar för och det var ett billigt hotell.

I liked some points in this hotel, like it was large and spacious, next to the beach, staff are amazing, contains a wide car parking, and the breakfast room was very large and had many options, and the most options are delicious. But there is a note, that at first glance when you enter you think it is luxurious, but when you reach the room you will realize that it is old and in dire need of completely renovating everything in it. The bathroom is old and not completely clean and bad, and the shower is also bad, the beds are old and not that much comfortable and in need of renovation as well.

I liked some points in this hotel, like it was large and spacious, next to the beach, staff are amazing, contains a wide car parking, and the breakfast room was very large and had many options, and the most options are delicious. Este hotel carece de insonorizacion en las habitaciones, pues hasta los papeles se escuchan, cogi 2 noches en este hotel y no estuve ni 12 horas, por supuesto no hicieron nada al respecto aun quejandome en recepcion, pagué tambien 2 noches de parking y por supuesto ko han echo ni por devolverme el dinero, en fin no recomiendo para nada este hotel

Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti. Appena arrivati in camera abbiamo trovato il divano letto ed il bagno con numerose piccole formiche. Lo abbiamo fatto presente alla reception. Prontamente gli addetti sono intervenuti infatti al nostro rientro in camera abbiamo sentito un forte odore di igienizzante. Ma ciò non è servito. Anzi, il giorno dopo abbiamo riscontrato il problema anche nel letto matrimoniale. Abbiamo cercato di rimuovere gli insetti ma durante la notte ci svegliavamo per il prurito causato dagli stessi. Fare la doccia senza allagare il bagno non era semplice perché l'acqua colava da sotto il vetro di protezione. Per non parlare della disavventura di stamattina alle 4.30. Dovevamo lasciare l'hotel per arrivare nel giusto orario in aereoporto e il cancello dell'albergo non si apriva. L'addetto della reception non sapeva cosa fare. Alla fine mio marito è riuscito a sbloccarlo e ad aprirlo manualmente. Diversamente avremmo potuto perdere l'aereo. Comunque sia, anche non avendo avuto questi problemi, l'hotel non ha le caratteristiche di un 4 stelle. Dimenticavo colazione bocciata a pieni voti. In questa settimana in Andalusia abbiamo soggiornato in 4 diversi alberghi, questo è stato il più costoso ma il peggiore.

It’s located in what seems to be a run down area of Torremolinos and is a 10 minute stroll to the beach. No onsite entertainment during our stay. Had to pay a 1euro deposit for a cup to get drinks and needed to be persistent to get deposit back at end of holiday also had to pay 20€ deposit for pool towels and a 10€ deposit for room safe

Rigtig positivt overraskede over vores ophold på 5 dage. Dejlig beliggenhed! Super tæt på strand, liv og massere af restauranter. Super fin service i form af, at der rendte Security rundt på hotellet 24 timer i døgnet samt, at der hver dag var en livredder ved poolen. Liggestole var der massere af!

Reading some of the negative reviews I don’t agree with the hotel was clean and well run the only downside was there is no English TV but that’s a personal choice for me there was lots of choice for breakfast but unfortunately the cooked breakfast was only lukewarm on the five days I was there that was a bit disappointing

Very disappointed with my one night here (last night) in room 658. I checked in with a 2 year old and was given a room on the top floor. The balcony was very unsafe for that age so we couldn't use it. I had to go up some steps from reception to get to room with child, pushchair and bags and was offered no help. No glasses in the room to even have a drink of water. Remote control for aircon didn't work. Bottom of the beds we're fraying. But worst of all was the cleanliness. There were dark hairs all over the bathroom, in the bath, on the floor, on the hairdryer. I wiped a section of the carpet in the bedroom with a wet wipe and it was covered in dirt and hairs. A contact lense under the bed. Stain on carpet near fridge. Stain on headboard. Please see attached photos. Completely unacceptable. I will say that the breakfast was very good with lots of options.

Hotel con aspecto bastante antiguo,le sobra alguna que otra estrella.Cuando nos hemos alojado encontramos pelos en el escritorio y en el baño,las toallas algunas llegan manchadas de la lavandería.El desayuno ha sido bastante variado pero deberían de revisar los vasos y las tazas por que estaban casi siempre manchados de café.Lo único bueno que tiene es que esta cerca de la playa.
