No lift, the family room was 51 stairs up. The hotel is heritage so creaks and squeaks and the bathroom was small with terrible water pressure - you could argue it was part of the charm if you like. Great location easy to walk everywhere or to a bus or train, looks far away on the map but it’s fine on foot. Heaps of food and drink options nearby.

We stayed in a twin bed room, which was comfortable and a good size. The staff there was absolutely amazing. They were very friendly and courteous. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The breakfast offered was pretty good as well. I got the traditional breakfast, and my wife got the buffet when we ate there on a few occasions. I will say if you're going to have a lot of luggage pray you aren't on the 4th floor because there is no lift (older building which we knew).

This is a charming property that is extremely comfortable and well located. My room was lovely and I was actually very impressed with the modern and sparkling clean bathroom. Breakfast is included, from Continental to full Irish, and the dining room staff are very friendly. I was completely happy with my stay here.

The best thing about this hotel was its location. We walked everywhere for 5 cays! It was quiet and clean and very friendly staff. Lenka was always so cheerful and helpful. the only thing I would say is that the room was very small,, and not much place to put suitcases and things.
