The water slide was shut down majority of the time the pool was open. Other staff also didn't know when or who would be coming to monitor the slide. Didn't seem very well organized /staffed. Slide was main reason we paid the extra costs and stayed here.

They have a waterslide that, in the room, states that they will run it at request, but when we requested, they stated that they couldn't. Sign also states that the pool opens at 6 am, so hoping for a quiet, solo swim, I went down to find the pool closed and was nicely told that the pool had been open for adults from 10 pm-12 pm, but bedtime for me is 10. A pool in Minnesota, in the winter, is the reason i stay at a hotel.

Pool area temperature is really cold. Waterslide has zero water pressure. Lady checking was having a bad day and wasn’t very pleasant to our group.

Overall, the hotel was great. The pool area is oddly managed though with the slide only being open limited hours and the hot tub jets not operating at all.

Nice place for cost . Was completely out of towels at the pool area for the night so it was tough . Breakfast was great and service was good ! Water slide was fun for all ages .

We found out right away only about 1/3 of the tv channels actually worked, none of the sports channels which is what we were most interested in. I immediately asked to add my stay to my rewards but was unable to. I tried to do it on the app and website and it was glitching so terribly I gave up. So I doubt I’ll ever get points for this stay. Not to mention I reserved the room myself with my personal card but I still was addressed as my husband via their texting system - a bit sexist if you ask me. I also replied to this texting system asking for my confirmation number and was never replied to. The fart fan in our bathroom didn’t work along with our desk lamp. We went swimming and it was horrible. The hot tub was cold. Like I take baths hotter than that! The kiddie pool wasn’t working, the main pool was chilly as well, and people including workers kept propping the door to the pool open with a towel which drastically cooled the entire area down making it even colder for all swimmers. My kids were shivering and had blue lips. I removed the towel once so it would warm up but it was just propped open again. This also allowed my toddler to try to leave the pool area and allowed literally anyone to enter the pool area which is a huge safety concern to me. All buttons to elevators were sticky. In the middle of the night our AC started making very loud noises and we had to shut it off but then got too hot so we had to turn it back on & it did the same thing. Board games missing piece

The slide was not up and running the hours of pool times. I would be ok with that if it stated that when you are booking. Had a 2 year old toddler that after playing in the kiddy pool her teeth were chattering due to the over all temperature of the indoor pool. The toilet in the room leaked.

Great Hotel with Fantastic service! My only complaint was the Super-cool Waterslide (which was the primary reason we chose this place) is only open four hours a day!!! (4pm-8pm). Interested travelers please be aware!!!

The hot tub was closed, came specifically to use that service

The heater in our room squealed all night long when it turned on in room 427 and room 425 didn’t want to heat up do the fan to work but that was it. Pool area was so cold you couldn’t swim the hot tub wasn’t even warm

This is a moderately expensive hotel. I chose it for the close proximity to my destination. Pro: The room was nice, smelled good. Check-in was smooth. The breakfast was nice. CONS! There was no daily room service--the bed was not straightened etc. The in room coffee only had 3 decaf pods. None were resupplied. WE DO NOT LIKE DECAF! NO towel bars and the towels were not restocked during our three night/two day say. SO, we were forced to reuse the same damp bath towel that had not been hung to dry properly. The toilet paper was evidently designed for use in prisons! ALSO: THERE WAS NO WAY TO DARKEN THE ROOM FOR SLEEPING AT NIGHT. THE DRAPE ARRANGEMENT WOULD NOT CLOSE MORE THAN 1/3 OF THE WINDOW So, I would not choose this motel again. Jeneda Mickelson, Bella Vista, AR .

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. Overall it was a good stay. There were a few things that needed attention. Both comforters had small blood stains on them, gross! The tub drain did not drain well, the drain definitely needs to be cleaned out. We were standing in water mid way through our showers. Also, the didn’t serve eggs on Saturday morning. My daughter has celiac disease so this was a huge disappointment. On the plus side, we had the appropriate amount of towels and getting an extra pillow and blanket was quick and easy. The facility was clean and staff was friendly and accommodating.

We really enjoyed the pool and slide, that area was very clean. Breakfast was nice and hot. The hallways had not been vacuumed in too long and it was very apparent that our room hadn't been vacuumed either (confetti & glitter on the floor). The bathroom needed to be cleaned much better too. The front desk staff was very kind upon check in.

When we checked in no one was at the front desk, she came out quickly when I rang the bell, but her collar was folded up, she talked fast, quiet and didn’t make eye contact, she rushed off after I was checked in. Our walls, carpet, toilet, and the lamp shade in the room were dirty. Our room wasn’t serviced the next day. The waterslide wasn’t working and the hot tub was lukewarm and didn’t have much of a chlorine smell. The hot water took forever and it wasn’t as hot as it should’ve been. Breakfast was late on Sunday morning.

There was hair on the vanity and in the tub. Cobwebs and dirt by the air conditioner.

Everything was dirty, from toilet to microwave to countertops. Trash was left in the cupboard too. The bed was comfortable 8/10 but cleanliness is 1/10.

Carpet has lots stains. Needs updating. Beds clean & comfortable. No tp. Had to call down to get some. Room just wasn’t cleaned to standards. Toilet leaked just a bit on floor. Breakfast area seemed clean. Staff was very nice, informative.

We have stayed here many times over the last few years when visiting the area. This is a wonderful, consistently excellent place to stay and always our first choice. The employees are efficient and kind. The heating/cooling systems in the rooms are good. Everything is sparkling clean, and the breakfasts are fine--comparable to most hotels. The rooms are quiet even tho near the highway. The pool area is well-maintained and clean.

The kids really enjoyed the pool and breakfast. Unfortunately our room wasnt the cleanest and had food stains on the bedding.

The lady at the front desk (I wish I knew her name) had the best personality she worked breakfast yesterday. She brings great energy to the place. The room was nice and comfortable the carpet was a little dirty but I didn’t mind I was just taking a solo time out trip. Hotel was great I’ll be going there again when I’m in town the rooms were spacious and had everything I needed

The pool was warm which we loved, but our beds were hard as a rock and our heat didn’t work.

Hotel is right next to an interstate. Extremely loud traffic at all times. Very small bathroom.

This is a perfect place to stay if you're traveling for business. They do have a pool so it's probably good for families as well. My room was great, everything worked. USB at each side of the bed. Really nice desk area with seating on both sides. Closet with iron and steamer. Thermostat controlled air and the curtains didn't get in the way of the air. Very clean and quiet. There was a couple of places to each across the parking lot and a gas station on the edge as well. I would definitely stay there again.

The first room I got had a heating unit that was so loud it would have been impossible to sleep. The room they moved me to had a heating unit that wasn't much better...it had an annoying and loud squeaking sound. The sink in the bathroom was clogged and barely drained. Obviously maintenance is not a high priority here. Also, the sign I recall seeing said they would service the room every 3rd day...I checked in on Saturday and checked out on Wednesday and the room wasn't touched by housekeeping once.

The bed was as hard as a rock. The WiFi did not work and the front desk had no idea how to help get it to work. Our cards stopped working before we checked out. had to go get them reset.

Thermostat set to 65 when we got in room it was 73. Only got down to 72 overnight. WiFi signal almost non existent. Pool towels tiny. Bed comfy . Room big.

First checked into an occupied room. The next morning the fire alarm was going off at 8:15 and they couldn’t find out how to turn it off. Then after we checked out they called me thinking I was in another room (not ours) and said I left luggage. It wasn’t our room!

Because we used expedia they cancelled our stay! Then they asked us to use CASH so we would have paid twice once to Expedia and then CASH to this hotel. Do NOT stay here. BAD BAD MGMT

The location and surrounding area was great. The lady I spoke with to cancel my last night there said she would but didn’t. She could have said no but instead she was just not honest.

No housekeeping

Staff was extremely helpful and overall accommodations were fantastic.

Teddy at the front desk is so welcoming and friendly and helpful. Always wanting to make your experience the best experience yet.

Our check in was wonderful. We were able to check in a little early which allowed us to rest a little after our long drive before we had to be somewhere else! Staff (Teddy) was super!

The hotel was average. The service spent most of the time in the office not out dealing with customers unless the bell was rung. The breakfast was the most poorly attended I have ever seen. The food was gone by 8:00 and no one even came to re-stock any items until at least 3 people waiting for food complained. Then, as they brought out new items, they were gone as soon as put out. The tables and counters were disgusting and filthy. No one was wiping down or cleaning anything. It was the most neglected breakfast station I have ever seen. Totally gross.

Quiet, safe, easy to find

This location was close to the NSC, and had all the amenities that you need. It’s not a high-end hotel, so go into knowing that it is clean and safe and the bedding was comfortable

Hotel was ok, but nothing special. Location was in an industrial area. Rooms were clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable but bedding was substandard, just a sheet and light duvet. Breakfast was substandard. Cold eggs messy counters and no cleanup on tables. But the pool was great and the kids loved the slide.

Nice location for the north end of the cities and suburbs. Will stay there again in the future.

Very good. The hotel was less than 3 miles away from our nieces house, which is why we came in the first place. I mentioned to the manager that I thought the hotel was quite new, she told me it was 20 years old! Wow. Very good breakfast too!

Great hot breakfast! Clean rooms relaxing atmosphere

Breakfast was sub par, Rooms and furniture were run down and worn. Staff was nice. Fitness equipment was not working properly. Will not stay there again.

My overnight stay was very good. No problems, and very nice hotel. The breakfast options were not on par with other hotels I have visited. Not really a complaint, but just an observation.

Came for the water slide which was only open at 4-9 pm during the week and only Sunday you can use the slide! Breakfast wasn’t too good coffee was water down and was biscuits and gravy which I wasn’t a fan of and no hard boiled eggs at all! Pool was decent but the floor was hard on your feet!
