This property is delightful! Quiet, gorgeous surroundings, easily accessible, and roomy. My husband had a great time fishing from the bank and in his kayak. Will definitely keep this property in mind when we return to visit family again! Aaron communicated in a very timely fashion, especially when we were at the wrong gate and trying to get in! Thank you for everything!

Everything was clean and neat. The only complaint I would have is the couch is not comfortable at all. If you sleep upstairs, you will need a fan. The one they have won't stay pointed in the right direction. It is right on the water with a nice boardwalk to walk. 5 minutes to launching ramp. If you need to charge boat batteries there are limited plugins outside and you will need an extension cord which ppl will have to walk over.

Cute townhouse right on the water with a nice covered patio. Unit is upstairs so beware if health limitations. Property manager was quick to respond with questions. Located equal distance from Hot Springs, Coleman Mine and Turtle Creek Spa.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo for our summer vacation. Our sons enjoy fishing and there were plenty of areas to fish and swim at and near the complex. Condo was well kept and quiet at night. Overall a fun time and we’ll be back again on future trips!

Super clean, tidy, and in an amazing location if you love the outdoors. My family was able to walk right down to the water for fishing and we saw lots of wildlife like a bald eagle drinking from the river. The small touches like fresh snacks and water waiting for us once we arrived were greatly appreciated after a long drive from our home state. If you want to be close to the city but still in nature, this is the place to be.

This property was even better than advertised. Was a really nice, clean and comfortable place to stay. Beautiful scenery and wildlife. Seen deer, geese, hummingbirds and a gecko. My granddaughtner caught a walleye right out the backdoor

We stayed at this condo for 5 days, and it was absolutely amazing. The condo itself is wonderful and the views from the back deck are stunning. Aaron was great to work with and answered all of my questions very quickly! Fishing and swimming was great (even though the water is freezing) and everyone around is super friendly! 10/10 will be back and recommend!

I hate to complain about anything, but when you pay your hard earned money & don’t get what you thought you reserved- it sucks to be blunt. The first night, we get there and someone had our designated parking spot, no biggie- but got dirty looks the next morning from the people that owned the spot we had to park in. There were spiders & webs all over the entrance and the balcony when we arrived, so we were dodging those and could smell nothing but marijuana all around the property- I have my 2 teenagers with me!! We go inside and realize there is no central heat & air- just window units, so thank goodness there was a fan to compensate for air in the upstairs bedroom. We also found out there was one tv for the whole property. We also had spider issues inside the condo too!! It made me very uncomfortable because I’m terrified of them. So, on the checkout list it says to put all dishes in the dishwasher and start- we never found that dishwasher. It also says to place dirty towels, wash clothes, etc in laundry baskets in bedroom closets- never found those either. We did our best in cleaning up with what we had.

Clean and secure property with a nice view. Perfect size for up to four people. Within 20 minutes of shopping, downtown, hiking, parks, and casino/horse track. Owner was always quick to respond. Would stay here again. Highly recommend lunch at Ohio Club.

Great condo! We walked in and it was very clean and welcoming. The only issue was there was no air conditioning upstairs, but they do provide a fan and there are 2 window units, so it was doable. We would definitely stay again though. Communication with the owner was awesome. This is a 5+ star!

Aaron was phenomenal! VRBO wouldn't let me add the same day. Within my booking, I messaged the owner to ask if I could stay the day of. He added the day I needed within an hour, so I didn't have to find another place to stay. I slept in the loft - very comfortable!

We enjoyed the condo. But getting there (in the dark) was a bit on the crazy side. Can’t believe anyone would build anything in Arkansas without central heat & air! The bedroom unit was too loud so we just turned it off. But the ceiling fan sufficed for our October night. Kitchen needs pot holders. But other than that, it was nicely stocked. I would change check out instructions. It said put dishes in dishwasher but there wasn’t one. It said put clothes in hamper but there wasn’t one. It said take trash to the dumpster and we never could find it so we wound up bringing it home. Condo was clean and we did enjoy being right on the lake.

Wonderful quiet getaway. We slept upstairs and the bed felt like a cloud! Watching the water to start and end the day off the balcony was just what we needed. House came prepped with coffee and had waters in the fridge so it was perfect! (I didn’t have to dash out to the store right away). Place was safe, quiet & serene; Cant wait to return!

Had a wonderful stay over the weekend! It was a great little place to come back to after full days exploring the Hot Springs National Park area. Aaron was always available to communicate with if there were any questions and we had a smooth check-in and check out. Would definitely come back!

Clean and secure property with a nice view. Perfect size for up to four people. Within 20 minutes of shopping, downtown, hiking, parks, and casino/horse track. Owner was always quick to respond. Would stay here again. Highly recommend lunch at Ohio Club.

Had a wonderful stay over the weekend! It was a great little place to come back to after full days exploring the Hot Springs National Park area. Aaron was always available to communicate with if there were any questions and we had a smooth check-in and check out. Would definitely come back!

Aaron was very helpful and made our stay fantastic. Beautiful river and scenery and away from the busy hot springs area but close enough to get into town within 20 min. We'll be back!

If you are looking for a cozy place to explore the outdoors in Hot Springs then this place checks all the boxes. Very clean rooms, well supplied with towels and kitchen wares, and you're right on the water. Can't ask for much else.

Super clean, tidy, and in an amazing location if you love the outdoors. My family was able to walk right down to the water for fishing and we saw lots of wildlife like a bald eagle drinking from the river. The small touches like fresh snacks and water waiting for us once we arrived were greatly appreciated after a long drive from our home state. If you want to be close to the city but still in nature, this is the place to be.

We enjoyed the condo. But getting there (in the dark) was a bit on the crazy side. Can’t believe anyone would build anything in Arkansas without central heat & air! The bedroom unit was too loud so we just turned it off. But the ceiling fan sufficed for our October night. Kitchen needs pot holders. But other than that, it was nicely stocked. I would change check out instructions. It said put dishes in dishwasher but there wasn’t one. It said put clothes in hamper but there wasn’t one. It said take trash to the dumpster and we never could find it so we wound up bringing it home. Condo was clean and we did enjoy being right on the lake.

Wonderful quiet getaway. We slept upstairs and the bed felt like a cloud! Watching the water to start and end the day off the balcony was just what we needed. House came prepped with coffee and had waters in the fridge so it was perfect! (I didn’t have to dash out to the store right away). Place was safe, quiet & serene; Cant wait to return!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay on Lake Hamilton! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property was clean, beautifully maintained, and had the most relaxing lake views—perfect for unwinding and soaking in the peaceful atmosphere.We especially loved spending time by the water, whether it was enjoying coffee in the morning or winding down in the evening.
