Overall our stay at the Pentasa was good. The breakfast had a good selection but you need to go early if possible to avoid waiting for a table. The location was good and easy access to the beach providing you have no mobility issues. The indoor pool was great especially as we had a particularly rainy day but the pool could do with being a few degrees warmer as I found it uncomfortable. The steam room was lovely. The rooms could do with a bit of an update in decor, we had the superior suite which had a queen size bed and roll out bed from under the sofa. This was comfortable enough for my daughter but you could not sit comfortably on the actual sofa itself. Our fridge did not close properly but was not an issue for us as only stored drinks in this. The kitchenette was basic but again had no need to use this. The view from our room was lovely. For the price I paid I thought it was good. I would return again but would like to see some improvement to the rooms. It would also be nice to be provided with a do not disturb sign for the door to avoid being disturbed by the cleaning team when you showering etc. Also only on street parking available.

A really lovely place to stay. Our room, on the top floor, had wonderful sea and coastal views. Great walks to the beaches and plenty of sunbeds in the gardens. Indoor and outdoor pools. Great staff too. We had one silly problem as, on day one, their credit card system would not work so our purchases of drinks was not recorded! Eventually they did get it to work.

Hôtel disposant d’un très bon emplacement géographique. En revanche, établissement vieillissant : piscine dont le fond se craque, pas d’ustensiles dans les kitchenettes de chambre, lit gignogne pas très stable, pas de Parking (il y a peu de place). Nous avons passé un très bon séjour mais pour un 4 étoiles certains points seraient à óptimiser.

Zimmer mit tollem Blick zum Strand inkl Küche. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Top Frühstück, Pool, Sauna und Außenanlagen. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche mit wunderbaren Strandspaziergängen und haben mit einem PkW viel interessante Orte in der Nähe besichtigt.

Loved it here. Our room was spotless, serviced every day and very well equipped. Paid extra for sea view and so pleased we did. The location was stunning and within a few minutes walk of excellent beaches and restaurants. The hotel food was really good too. Without exception all the staff were friendly and welcoming. Would come back in a heart beat.

O resort está localizado num lugar privilegiado e muito bonito. O café da manhã é muito bom e bem variado. Chegamos tarde: viagem cansativa e os atendentes deram 2 fichas erradas para preenchermos, acertaram na terceira. No segundo dia peci um sache de chá e me responderam que os saches de chá e café só era dados no checkin, não deixaram nem uma garrafa de água mineral. Não havia um prato, talher ou copo na copa e a louca deveria ser lavada mas nem deixavam detergente. Houve festa de casamento no resort com musica ao vivo que foi até quase 23h e as conversas e gritarias se estenderam até bem mais tarde, o ar condicionado parou de funcionar e a recepcionista disse que a manutenção já tinha ido embora. Já havíamos nos hospedados neste resort porque o lugar é maravilhoso, mas as instalações encontram-se pouco antigas. O ofurô parou de funcionar e tinha uma barata morta na beira da piscina interna.

To positives; Nice grounds, I was there in winter so place was relatively dead, not many restaurants open etc. But it was nice to walk to 2 beaches very close buy. Nice morning buffett THe negative: This is supposed to be a non smoking in the rooms hotel(not sure how well this was enforced) but apparently allowed to smoke on balconies. If I had known that I probably wouldn't; have stayed there. My room had not been smoked in but the ventilation system would bring smoke into the room from apparently adjacent rooms.I am highly sensitive to cigarette smoke so I requested a room change that was granted so that was nice. But haviing to deal with the smoke temporarily was definitely a negative for me.

Property views amazing and lots of places close by to walk to. Didnt like was very noisy most hours of the night and rooms don't seem to soundproof like it states.

The lady at the reception was the most helpful. She really knows great customer service! We had great views from our suite. The room had everything we needed. The beds are outdated and a bit hard so I wasn't able to sleep well in it. However,overall we had a great time and location very close to our favourite beach.

Die Zimmer sind sehr gross. Wir hatten einen fantastischen Blick aufs Meer von unserem Balkon aus. Der Service war perfekt. Sogar mit einem extra Kuchenüberraschung aufs Zimmer für unser Geburtstagskind. Vielen Dank dafür!! Wir können das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.

En revanche, établissement vieillissant : piscine dont le fond se craque, pas d’ustensiles dans les kitchenettes de chambre, lit gignogne pas très stable, pas de Parking (il y a peu de place). Nous avons passé un très bon séjour mais pour un 4 étoiles certains points seraient à óptimiser.

The place is at a gorgeous location. The hotel is good in general. Having two single bed to simulate a bigger one not nice. Pool, steam and sauna room are great. The restaurant is nice, breakfast is great. The staff is so kind and friendly, always willing to help. I definitely stay here again.

Our stay at the resort was wonderful. The staff was exceptional and very lovely to us. There are several beaches within walking distance. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of choices. I would recommend this resort and we will definitely be returning for another trip.

Loved it here. Our room was spotless, serviced every day and very well equipped. Paid extra for sea view and so pleased we did. The location was stunning and within a few minutes walk of excellent beaches and restaurants. The hotel food was really good too. Without exception all the staff were friendly and welcoming. Would come back in a heart beat.

O resort está localizado num lugar privilegiado e muito bonito. O café da manhã é muito bom e bem variado. Chegamos tarde: viagem cansativa e os atendentes deram 2 fichas erradas para preenchermos, acertaram na terceira. No segundo dia peci um sache de chá e me responderam que os saches de chá e café só era dados no checkin, não deixaram nem uma garrafa de água mineral. Não havia um prato, talher ou copo na copa e a louca deveria ser lavada mas nem deixavam detergente. Houve festa de casamento no resort com musica ao vivo que foi até quase 23h e as conversas e gritarias se estenderam até bem mais tarde, o ar condicionado parou de funcionar e a recepcionista disse que a manutenção já tinha ido embora. Já havíamos nos hospedados neste resort porque o lugar é maravilhoso, mas as instalações encontram-se pouco antigas. O ofurô parou de funcionar e tinha uma barata morta na beira da piscina interna.

My husband and i absolutely loved our stay at Pestana Viking. Everyone in the resort was so nice, helpful and kind. Absolutely breathtaking views! Redonda Cove right behind the resort and other beaches walking distance. Cannot recommend this enough. Thank you guys so much! Can't wait to be back!

A really lovely place to stay. Our room, on the top floor, had wonderful sea and coastal views. Great walks to the beaches and plenty of sunbeds in the gardens. Indoor and outdoor pools. Great staff too. We had one silly problem as, on day one, their credit card system would not work so our purchases of drinks was not recorded! Eventually they did get it to work.

Overall our stay at the Pentasa was good. The breakfast had a good selection but you need to go early if possible to avoid waiting for a table. The location was good and easy access to the beach providing you have no mobility issues. The indoor pool was great especially as we had a particularly rainy day but the pool could do with being a few degrees warmer as I found it uncomfortable. The steam room was lovely. The rooms could do with a bit of an update in decor, we had the superior suite which had a queen size bed and roll out bed from under the sofa. This was comfortable enough for my daughter but you could not sit comfortably on the actual sofa itself. Our fridge did not close properly but was not an issue for us as only stored drinks in this. The kitchenette was basic but again had no need to use this. The view from our room was lovely. For the price I paid I thought it was good. I would return again but would like to see some improvement to the rooms. It would also be nice to be provided with a do not disturb sign for the door to avoid being disturbed by the cleaning team when you showering etc. Also only on street parking available.

Nicely located with a great pool and garden with plenty of loungers and parasols. A short walk from a few beautiful beaches and 5 or 6 very good and restaurants/bars than are reasonably priced. Staff are very helpful and welcoming - not once did we see a member of staff walk past an empty glass or piece of litter without stopping to pick it up and bin it. Parts of the hotel are a little tired but the rooms are spacious and well kept
