Rummet var jättefint och personalen väldigt behjälpliga. Spabastun var också trevlig.

Yderst hjælpsomt personale og gode rummelige og rene værelser. Ligger dejligt ned til floden som man kan se fra restauranten. Udendørs pools til voksne og børn og en indendørs.

Das Hotel an sich ist sehr schön, das Frühstück ist recht vielfältig und lecker, die Zimmer sind geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Pool, Lage und Service sind super. 40 Minuten zu Fuß in die Stadt sind lang, aber der Weg ist recht schön. Mit Uber oder Fahrrad ist alles super machbar! Leider lässt das Gym zu wünschen übrig… Es gibt 4 Geräte (2x Fahrrad-Variation, 1x Crosstrainer, 1x Brust/Rücken-Maschine, Bank) und eine kleine Auswahl an Kurzhanteln. Die Geräte sind alt und quietschen zum Teil, die Matten sind kaputt und laden nicht wirklich zum schwitzen ein. Für Training mit Körpergewicht reicht es aber vollkommen aus.

O hotel fica bem localizado para quem vai de carro. O estacionamento é gratuito e há muitas vagas, tanto na garagem coberta como descoberta. O quarto é espaçoso e há uma mini cozinha que facilita quando você não quer sair. Pontos negativos: ar condicionado e geladeira muito barulhentos, chuveiro fraco e as toalhas de banho são muito ruins.

Lovely place away from busy centre of Portimao. Great pool and restaurant.

Trois petites remarques très personnelles : lits un peu durs, belle piscine... mais un peu froide et salle de fitness pas en parfait ordre de marche (appareil multifonction).À conseiller vivement pour visiter l'Algarve (situation centrale). Rapport qualité prix top.

Great hotel, we've had a very relaxing stay overall, we'll return with no doubt. Nice ambient and everything was very clean. However, it's worth to mention that SPA was a disappointment for us: Turkish sauna is out of service (for months? according to other reviews) and Finnish sauna was just warm, set to 85 degrees... Probably I won't choose the hotel if I'd be expecting this things... On the other hand, breakfast and dinner were all delicious! We also enjoyed service in the restaurant, many thanks to all staff, we felt very welcomed.

Great quiet hotel. Half hour walk to the main strip. Close to train station 5 minutes walk. Great fish restaurants nearby. Gym needs heavier weights. Brilliant experience

Rigtig fint hotel med fin udsigt over floden. Morgenmad var ok men ikke i top. 3 swimmingpool ( 1 indenfor) God restaurant med venlig betjening og billige priser.

I appreciated the fact that the inspired pool, jacuzzi, sauna and turkish shower were included in the stay. Very nice perk.

Im Großen und Ganzen kann man das Hotel empfehlen, wenn keine großen Erwartungen dabei sind und man einfach eine günstige Unterkunft haben möchte. Sehr schöner Pool aber auch relativ klein. Wenige liegen mit Schirm, sodass wenig schatteplätze vorhanden sind. In dieser Unterkunft kann man günstig verweilen, allerdings sollten hier noch einige Kriterien beachtet werden: - das Personal ist super langsam, die Putzfrauen kamen immer erstes am späten Nachmittag/frühen Abend zum putzen (wir waren zu der Zeit im Zimmer um uns für das Abendessen frisch zu machen) daher wurde das Zimmer nur halbherzig geputzt. Klopapier ist dünn und eine Rolle reicht dann auf Dauer leider nicht, nachgefüllt wurde selten sodass wie es uns selbst holen mussten - im Spa sollte man wissen, dass man im Pool zwingend eine BADEHAUBE tragen muss, was wir persönlich nicht verstehen konnten und auch nirgends erwähnt wurde. Vor Ort kann man für 4€ eine kaufen - Das Gegenteil zu den Putzfrauen, sind die Bedienungen beim Frühstück, denn hier wurden unsere Teller und Tassen abgeräumt ohne das wir fertig waren, sie nehmen es einfach (wir hatten das Gefühl, als würden sie nur darauf warten, dass wir Anzeichen machen als würden wir nicht mehr essen) - Die Sauberkeit gesamt lässt in den Zimmern leider etwas zu wünschen übrig, da das Bad einige Stellen aufweist die dreck oder Schimmel sind. - essen im Restaurant ist ausreichend und lecker - Finger weg vom Kaffee, der ist bei dem Wasser eine Zumutung

La situación del hotel. Falta de toallas, hasta las 19h o 20h mo llegaban las toallas limpias. Limpieza escasa de la habitación, no estiraban ni las sábanas a la hora de hacer la cama, y suelo sin barrer.

Las tumbonas de la piscina incómodas, muy hundidas y deterioradas. El horno de la habitación no funcionaba. Los bordes de la piscina sucios.

Fizemos um upgrade de quarto para visto para o rio, mas a vista era parcial somente da sala. Pequeno almoço espetacular. Limpeza não foi de todo a melhor, banheira está suja a volta do ralo e o mesmo se passou no ralo da cozinha. Ficamos 3 dias e arrumação nesse três dias ficou a desejar ex: passou um pano na mesa da cozinha que está suja.

ADORAMOS E VOLTAREMOS!!! Staff atencioso e gentil. Limpeza impecável. Quarto e banheiro com muito espaço e conforto. Tudo novinho! O meu quarto tinha vista até para o pôr do sol (não lembro o nº, mas foi no 2º andar, voltado para o estacionamento e com vista parcial do canal. Muito legal). Café da manhã muito bom. Ótimas instalações com piscina, restaurante, estacionamento (sem custo adicional), spa, academia etc. Lugar silencioso, tranquilo, ao menos para os quartos voltados para fora (obs.: há quartos voltados para o jardim interno do hotel, sendo que, no fim de semana houve 02 eventos com música no deck, próximo ao restaurante, e para quem tem sono leve, acredito que não não seja adequado. Só isso). Como sugestão, por se tratar de um hotel 04 estrelas, deveria ter água mineral constantemente no frigobar. Digo isso tb, pois precisamos de uma água mineral tarde da noite, depois de chegamos de um passeio por volta das 23h, e tivemos que pagar uma taxa extra para receber a água no quarto (nada demais, mas achei interessante destacar). Eu também acho que poderia ter mais alguns produtos de banheiro como toca de banho e hidratante. Mas vejam, isso são detalhes, que não impactam em nada a qualidade e o bom padrão do hotel. Voltaria a me hospedar lá, com certeza!!!

Out stay was excellent, staff really friendly especially the bar and restaurant. My only complaint was the Housekeeping was not to a very high standard, towels forgotten one day, no visit at all one day, glass and floors not very clean. This didn't spoil are stay though really enjoyed our time there.

Attention beaucoup d'hôtels, impossible de faire le noir complet dans la chambre, prévoir donc des masques de nuits, au risque de devoir se réveiller à 6h du matin.

Overall the hotel and location were excellent, all the staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. We loved our room with our balcony overlooking the lake and river, we sat watching the birds every morning and evening. There were a few minor things that could be simply changed that would improve the stay, coffee in the room would be great, even if it were just sachets. We had to ask for sugar and toilet rolls to be topped up. At breakfast many of the breakfast items weren’t topped up regularly enough so you found yourself asking for this. Finally there just wasn’t enough cupboard space for clothes when staying for more than a week and no space for the ladies to hang long dresses.

Hotel was clean. Room was spacious. Really calm and relaxed atmosphere. No noise from other guests. Staff was professional and helpful.

Hôtel décevant pour un 4 étoiles. La chambre est grande mais manque de confort tant au niveau de la literie que des serviettes trop petites et rêches. Le personnel est très serviable et sympathique. La piscine extérieure très agréable ainsi que le Spa. Le petit déjeuner est très varié et bon. Il faut investir davantage dans l’entretien et les accessoires de la chambre (pas de miroir, tv qui ne marche pas, armoire abîmée, fourmis, pas de mouchoirs…)

one of the last "value" places (indoor pool and Sauna free of charge) Rooms are big, simple but functional all with balcony. Opening of indoor spa is too short (only till 19:00, why?), breakfast mediocre as everywhere...

Het hotel heeft nood aan een opknapbeurt. De schuiframen op onze junior suite schoven heel moeizaam. De ligbedden aan het zwembad hadden hun beste tijd gehad. Daags voor ons vertrek zijn deze wel vervangen door nieuwe. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en het ontbijt is heel goed. De ligging van het hotel is ideaal.

A disappointing 1-night stay as we were expecting a 4* experience and it's hard to see how this place has been rated. It was barely 3*. Everything was pared down to the minimum. Just about warm enough in the room with a noisy AC but no hot water at night and just warm in the morning. The room was clean and spacious but with only one desk chair, no tea making facilities or even glasses in the bathroom for washing teeth. Lumpy pillows and small bath towels. We asked for a kettle but it was useless without cups or teabags, though we were told we could buy some.The restaurant was cold at all meals so the food went cold quickly. We were told it was because there was a lot of glass frontage but the heating was inadequate. Everyone kept their coats on so dining was not comfortable.The warmest place was the reception and it was bizarre having to walk outside to access the room, restaurant and spa as no interior walkways joined the buildings. May not be so bad in a warm summer but accessing the spa was particularly difficult. Robes and towels were 'for hire', changing area unclean, no soap in the 2 small showers. About 15 lockers but only one tiny bench to barely sit 3, so changing was uncomfortable and there was nowhere to relax. Astonishingly, there was no drinking water available so the spa barely met health and safety standards for treatments and certainly no 4* luxury.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, ruhig gelegen. Ein paar geh minuten gibt es eine Bushaltestelle und ein Bahnhof. Es gibt einen kleinen aber feinen Pool. Die Öffentlichen bringen einen füe wenige Euro zu den Stränden und in die nächst größere Stadt. Das Frühstück ist super ,für jeden etwas dabei, und zum Abendessen gibt es verschiedene Themen, auchda ist für jeden etwas zu finden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Check in process for ok. The room I was given was perfect. Unfortunately at 9:15pm the neighbours were being super loud. Couldn’t get through to reception so went down to reception with my luggage.

Overall good stay. The beds are extremely uncomfortable. The bathrooms gets smelly as theres no ventilation. It can be quite pricey. And there was a stressful issue at check out as they made a mistake with our booking. The spa was very affordable but the jacuzzi was not working.

Great location for cycling.

A very nice location with a beautiful view on the river and Portimao. Good breakfast and beautiful pool. The sunbeds at the pool need to be replaced.

We stayed for 7 nights. It was the perfect location for us, as we used it as a base while visiting several Algarve locations. It was very quiet and private. The staff and facilities were excellent, especially the breakfast buffet, which is totally worth including when you book. We booked a Studio that had a kitchenette. We wouldn't get that room again, as we didn't really use the kitchenette and never was able to figure out the microwave/oven combo. We were provided a tea kettle upon request. Overall we loved staying at the Riverside Agua and would definite stay there again, only we'd probably stay in a different room.

Tolles Hotel samt Personal. Prinzipiell ist die Lage direkt am Fluss (Hier hat es aufgrund der Nähe zum Meer tatsächlich Ebbe und Flut) super, leider liegt das Hotel etwas abseits, Restaurants und Co. sind zu Fuß "mühsam" zu erreichen.

Loved the location, view, staff. The bar/restaurant was amazing, and their staff were also quite polite and accommodating.

Hotel had beautiful views, restaurant staff were excellent especially Jorge he made the stay feel special. The hotel rooms are very basic almost hostel style but is fine for a couple of nights.

The room was huge, loved it! The breakfast has a Chef that made me fried eggs. The best breakfast in the whole trip.
