Booked 2 family rooms for an overnight stay. 2 bedroom villas were ideal and very spacious for 4 adults, a baby and a 5 year old. Breakfast was amazing, everything you could wish for. Great pool, plenty of sun beds and shade

Good room /spa /breakfast and the whole site keep very clean some facilities looking a bit tired and in need of upgrade especially the Television on the English channels other than than we had a nice three week stay.

Pontos positivos: O staff é super atencioso e prestativo. Spa é excelente e tive uma boa experiência com a comida do jantar e café da manhã. Pontos negativos: O colchão do quarto é tão antigo que dá para sentir as molas enquanto está tentando dormir. Se uma pessoa se mexe de um lado a outra se mexe junto. Terrível. O hotel em si é muito bonito, mas falta manutenção em alguns pontos. Alguns azulejos quebrados na área da piscina interna, elevador não funcionava e ficamos dependendo de escadas.

Beautiful resort, spacious apartments, lovely pool, delicious breakfast, aircon works well, convenient parking and close enough to the coast. We were pleasantly surprised with the landtrain service which was a handy way to get to and from Carvoeiro. Staff all very helpful. Highly recommend, we would definitely stay here again!

Tudo maravilhoso, staff com bom atendimento, nos deram um upgrade e uma cortesia, porém um detalhe me deixou chateada, piscina aquecida que não era tao aquecida. Um dos motivos de eu escolher este hotel foi a piscina aquecida existente, mas ela era fria, apesar de interna, cheguei a reclamar no primeiro dia, mas nada foi feito! Do restante, tudo ótimo!

Very nice hotel & spacey rooms. Very friendly staff at the restaurant and delicious breakfast & dinner. House maids also did a good job. We got an apartment with mould not only on the frame of 1 window, but also on doors, other windows. The smell of mould was strong as we entered the appartment. As hotel on this level, one would expect an apartment at this state should not be given to a customer in the first place. We were, however, offered another apartment only 5 minutes after claiming. Indoor pool & spa facilities very indifferent in consideration of this hotel of 5 star. The surrounding areas of the hotel very nice.

Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich. Es ist eine sehr schöne Anlage. Das Zimmer war sauber und angenehm, allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Speisen im Restaurant waren sehr lecker, allerdings ist die Auswahl und Kreativität etwas gering. Dies kann aber auch der Reisezeit in der absoluten Nebensaison geschuldet sein. Auch ist die Weinauswahl sehr übersichtlich. Zusammengefasst kann man sagen, Preis/Leistung top, man könnte sagen es wäre ein sehr gutes 4-Sterne Hotel. Aus unserer Sicht fehlt für den 5. Stern überall das letzte Stück. Aber wie gesagt, für den Preis kann man gar nicht meckern. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt.

A lovely little resort, great for a couple's getaway. We were upgraded to a family apartment from a single one (I mentioned it was my partners birthday) which have us a great amount of space and a full kitchen to cook our own meals which was great fun and a cheaper alternative to eating out all the time. It was off season (early Feb) so it was very very quite with hardly anyone around, I can imagin it being a much more lively place during the summer when you can use the pool and sit outside a lot more. I would say it is a little in the middle of nowhere. Great if your there to telex but if you are explorers like us you will need to be able to use Uber (the Uber service was also phenomenal with all the rides picking us up within 5 mins of me ordering them). Overall a beautiful and clean place with a great atmosphere, just more geared to relaxing then adventuring.

Conocemos el resort desde hace 3 años, la verdad es que nos ha sorprendido varios puntos: - Falta de mantenimiento de las instalaciones. - Falta de limpieza en el apartamento alquilado, ventanas, y zonas que llevan tiempo sin limpiarse. - Calidad del desayuno bufé ha bajado.

Struttura immersa nella campagna, facilmente raggiungibile, personale molto cordiale, le camere molto spaziose e con tutti gli accessori necessari per un soggiorno confortevole, colazione varia, abbiamo apprezzato molto la frutta varia fresca. Wifi funziona bene in camera. Ci torneremo volentieri! Grazie

Nice hotel in a quiet location. We stayed in a 2 bedroom with pool view, which was very comfortable and had lots of space. Beds could be better (very hard) and something which should prioritized higher for a 5 star place. Breakfast was magnifcent - dont miss out. Rental car is a must, as hotel is located out of town.

I would highly recommend staying here. We are a family of 5 (2 adults, 15yrs, 11yrs & 10yrs) we had a 2 bed bungalow, hired a car, self catering. The accommodation is amazing, clean, spacious and very well kept. The staff are amazing, nothing is too much bother. Pool isn’t over crowded, plenty of sun beds and brollies no having to reserve at any point. Food was great and fair priced. I cannot fault it we had a lovely stay and we will definitely return. Thank you for giving us a lovely holiday 😊

El complejo está bien. El servicio es muy lento, las cenas y comidas se alargaban eternamente porque tardaban muchísimo aunque no hubiera mucha gente. También algún despiste con la comanda La recepción pésima, te indican más o menos donde te alojas y te mandan la parking, suerte que la del spa nos acompañó Las instalaciones bien, la parte de la piscina un poco pequeña Lo mejor, la ubicación en Carvoerio, que está Justo en medio de Algarve

Séjour très mouvementé 😭attente car panne ordinateur donc pas de clefs. PUIS 2HEURES ATTENTE dans la chambre (avec 2rappels de l accueil) car climatisation en panne !!!au bout de ces 2heures dans le froid on nous fait changer de chambre....obligé de refaire nos bagages et de les transporter...sans aucune proposition d aide Aucune excuse du staff ni compensation !!! Hotel is not at 5* by my standards. It is pleasant but I cannot understand the 5* status. We had to leave our bags with reception as we arrived early and our room was not ready. We were contacted by reception once we could pick up our key, only to be lumbered with our bags and pointed in the direction of our room so we could lug everything across the resort. The room we were in was basic and dated. The shower over the bath is dangerous! Its extremely precarious getting in and out. The gym is not worth visiting equipment is rusty and old and limited. We ate in the restaurant once and found it to be extremely salty. Breakfast was nice enough. Theres not really much to report, its a clean hotel with a pool, thats about it.

Die Anlage ist schön angelegt, leider fehlt es dem Servicepersonal augenscheinlich an Motivation. Es ist schade, wie durch diesen Eindruck das Drumherum getrübt wird. Es fehlt komplett die Umsichtigkeit und auch die Freundlichkeit ließe sich noch verbessern.

Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich. Es ist eine sehr schöne Anlage. Das Zimmer war sauber und angenehm, allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Speisen im Restaurant waren sehr lecker, allerdings ist die Auswahl und Kreativität etwas gering. Dies kann aber auch der Reisezeit in der absoluten Nebensaison geschuldet sein. Nice hotel in a quiet location. We stayed in a 2 bedroom with pool view, which was very comfortable and had lots of space. Beds could be better (very hard) and something which should prioritized higher for a 5 star place. Breakfast was magnifcent - dont miss out. Rental car is a must, as hotel is located out of town.

Beautiful resort, spacious apartments, lovely pool, delicious breakfast, aircon works well, convenient parking and close enough to the coast. We were pleasantly surprised with the landtrain service which was a handy way to get to and from Carvoeiro. Staff all very helpful. Highly recommend, we would definitely stay here again!

A lovely little resort, great for a couple's getaway. We were upgraded to a family apartment from a single one (I mentioned it was my partners birthday) which have us a great amount of space and a full kitchen to cook our own meals which was great fun and a cheaper alternative to eating out all the time. It was off season (early Feb) so it was very very quite with hardly anyone around, I can imagin it being a much more lively place during the summer when you can use the pool and sit outside a lot more. I would say it is a little in the middle of nowhere. Great if your there to telex but if you are explorers like us you will need to be able to use Uber (the Uber service was also phenomenal with all the rides picking us up within 5 mins of me ordering them). Overall a beautiful and clean place with a great atmosphere, just more geared to relaxing then adventuring.

A beautiful hotel! Nice and relaxing break. The breakfast food and cocktails were Superb. This is more a rural location with golf courses nearby. You will a taxi to town if heading to beach or other restaurants. It’s fair to say a small bit of TLC was needed to painting etc but overall an 8/10 for me.

Surprised how disappointed we were by our stay here based on all the good reviews. I dare say both meals we had in the restaurant (supper and breakfast) were the worst of over a week in Portugal. Salle de restaurant très bruyante , le menu ne change pas durant tout le séjour c’est un peu redondant , un plat du jour serait une bonne idée … une poignée dans la baignoire éviterait les chutes au sortir de la baignoire comme ce fut le cas pour ma femme, du coup pompiers hôpital … pas la meilleure expérience

Got upgraded to the 2 bedroom apartment with garden view, very quiet and great to relax, breakfast and dinner were superb. We both had a massage at the spa that was very relaxing and enjoyable. A hire car would be recommended to take advantage of the surrounding area.
