Lovely hotel food and staff were amazing. Great for a quiet relaxing holiday. Obly let down was the gym. Barely any equipment and the one cardio machine they had didn't work.

The hospitality and the conduct of all members of staff were of a very high standard which only added to this wonderful, secluded hotel. Transport was offered throughout the day to a nearby beach and restaurant area, free of charge. The amenities, especially the spa were excellent. breakfast well provided and a wide variety.

Property grounds were pretty. Breakfast was nice. We had ants and no electrical outlet in our bathroom. The outlets in the room were hard to access. When I plugged in my phone charger block, I had to keep my bed 4” from the wall. I had to go to the “spa” after 10 am in the morning if I wanted to do my hair due to no power in the bathroom and no mirrors anywhere else. Spa was very dark and dingy. Didn’t look anything like a spa to me. Front desk staff not very helpful and our friend’s room had no air conditioning. They moved them to a new room on the second day after they had a night of no sleep.

A very nice resort. We decided to take a Bolt to the one of the towns near by and to our selected attractions and end up the transportation cost is still reasonably. Mini-golf and tennis is available. Swimming pool is very clean and well maintained. Pool side breakfast is very enjoyable. Mimosa is included in the breakfast!

Felt like a resort. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner options were good. Swimming pool was really nice but cool (not heated). However they have a smaller heated pool as an option. Very nice property. Room and beds were very comfortable. Great value! Highly recommend this hotel.

Wunderschöne beruhigende Gestaltung. Unglaublich sauber, sowohl der Außenbereich als auch die gemietete Villa. Schönes Frühstück mit wirklich leckerem Brot und großer Auswahl an verschiedensten Speisen. Einen kleinen beheizten Pool gibt es auch. Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich zuvorkommend. Ohne Auto schwer erreichbar.

Ruhige, saubere Hotelanlage. Die schönen Hotspots der Westalgarve in der Nähe. Freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück-Buffet. Mietwagen ist sehr zu empfehlen. Allerdings würden wir das nächstes Mal ohne Halbpension buchen. Es gibt Abends ein Menü, kein Buffet. Das Essen ist in Ordnung, konnte uns final nicht recht überzeugen.

We were staying for 6 nights and had booked half Board. The day before we arrived, we tried to contact the hotel for pickup. It was ignored. Our first visit at the Dinner Restaurant ,Serenata‘ also remained our last. We were rather disappointed by the food served. We decided for the sting ray and the Portugiese Pork stew. The Fish was served with skin, oversalted and soft, the rice served with the dish tasted like milk-rice and was overcocked and again not seasoned at all. The pork stew had nothing to do with a stew - instead dry pieces of potatoes and pork were served as tiny Portion, the seasoning was nice but simply dry, not enjoyable. what a waste of Money. Breakfast ok, we enjoyed fresh pressed Orange juice and fresh cut fruit and oats every morning. Coffee from the Maschine is available but was super disgusting. THE SERVICE STAFF was EXTREMELY NICE and LOVELY - thank you for the Hard work you do <3 Reception staff was …. Well at our Check out we met a really lovely one - besides her not accomondating and far from friendly. When we returned late around Midnight from a long and exhausting day trip and asked the gentlemen at Front Office kindly for a water refill he denied harshly with the words ,only in the morning‘ ….wow…. Nice way to treat guest - especially a pregnant woman … this really left a bad impression. Room and tidyness were good - beds were made everyday. Worst thing for us: super intensive room perfume in Lobby - Not subtile but intrusive. Not for us.

While we stayed at the property during off season, it was a very comfortable, peaceful and serene stay. The property is beautiful, clean and very well maintained. The only negative aspect of our stay was the front desk staff, a man who refused to smile and came across as quite rude on our encounters. Other than that, highly recommend.

The front desk staff was not very friendly or welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfasts were excellent as was the food service staff. The showers need upgrading and our room air conditioning didn’t work well. Pool was nice.

An excellent place to stay in the Algarve. Short drive to everything. The staff is incredible! Upgraded us to a villa when we arrived and the included breakfast buffet is fantastic

Such a wonderful, relaxing place! It was far from the noise, hustle and bustle of bigger towns like Lagos and Carvoeiro. This is close to Praia Marinha. Breakfast was good, staff were amazing from the reception and housekeeping/dining. Highly recommended!

A beautiful hotel and villas on a resort setting. 10 minute drive to beaches. The hotel does provide a shuttle service to the closest beach. Staff was very helpful and service was exceptional. The included breakfast buffet was always well laid out. The only downside was limited dining options for dinner, as the nightly buffet did not always offer food items that we would have chosen. However, there are restaurants a short drive away. We would definitely return to this hotel.

We were staying for 6 nights and had booked half Board. The day before we arrived, we tried to contact the hotel for pickup. It was ignored. Our first visit at the Dinner Restaurant ,Serenata‘ also remained our last. We were rather disappointed by the food served. We decided for the sting ray and the Portugiese Pork stew. The Fish was served with skin, oversalted and soft, the rice served with the dish tasted like milk-rice and was overcocked and again not seasoned at all. The pork stew had nothing to do with a stew - instead dry pieces of potatoes and pork were served as tiny Portion, the seasoning was nice but simply dry, not enjoyable. what a waste of Money. Breakfast ok, we enjoyed fresh pressed Orange juice and fresh cut fruit and oats every morning. Coffee from the Maschine is available but was super disgusting. THE SERVICE STAFF was EXTREMELY NICE and LOVELY - thank you for the Hard work you do <3 Reception staff was …. Well at our Check out we met a really lovely one - besides her not accomondating and far from friendly. When we returned late around Midnight from a long and exhausting day trip and asked the gentlemen at Front Office kindly for a water refill he denied harshly with the words ,only in the morning‘ ….wow…. Nice way to treat guest - especially a pregnant woman … this really left a bad impression. Room and tidyness were good - beds were made everyday. Worst thing for us: super intensive room perfume in Lobby - Not subtile but intrusive. Not for us.

While we stayed at the property during off season, it was a very comfortable, peaceful and serene stay. The property is beautiful, clean and very well maintained. The only negative aspect of our stay was the front desk staff, a man who refused to smile and came across as quite rude on our encounters. Other than that, highly recommend.

This property was amazing! Staff was fantastic as well. We were upgraded to a Villa upon arrival and it was incredible! Pools were beautiful and the buffet was excellent! I can’t say enough about this hotel. Great job ,thank you for your hospitality ☺️

The front desk staff was not very friendly or welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfasts were excellent as was the food service staff. The showers need upgrading and our room air conditioning didn’t work well. Pool was nice.

The hotel is located in a very peaceful setting around 10 minutes by car to the centre of Carvoeiro. Amazing views, enjoyed from a lovely large suite as was upgraded on my arrival . Breakfast was included and a delight along with the occasional evening meal ,with a nice glass of red. Will definitely be going back, thank you all .

Très bel hôtel au calme dans l’arrière pays mais bénéficiant de la proximité des plages et de plusieurs villages avec restaurant. Le parc qui abrite plusieurs piscines est agréable et nous n’avons jamais eu de difficulté à trouver des transats. Bon petit déjeuner. Nous n’avons pas testé le restaurant mais il propose un menu à 30 euros.

A very nice resort. We decided to take a Bolt to the one of the towns near by and to our selected attractions and end up the transportation cost is still reasonably. Mini-golf and tennis is available. Swimming pool is very clean and well maintained. Pool side breakfast is very enjoyable. Mimosa is included in the breakfast!

Wunderschöne beruhigende Gestaltung. Unglaublich sauber, sowohl der Außenbereich als auch die gemietete Villa. Schönes Frühstück mit wirklich leckerem Brot und großer Auswahl an verschiedensten Speisen. Einen kleinen beheizten Pool gibt es auch. Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich zuvorkommend. Ohne Auto schwer erreichbar.

My wife and I booked our stay here because of the proximity to all the spots we wanted to hit in Algarve without being in the middle of the madness. Upon arrival the luxurious look and feel to the property surprised us, specially considering how affordable it was. The staff was super friendly, polite and helpful. The included breakfast buffet was outstanding, with options for even the pickiest eater. They also offer a dinner buffet every night for €30 that was spectacular, different offerings every night and delicious dessert options too. The Common areas were well maintained, large pool, gardens and multiple areas to relax and sun bathe. This place has it all. We will be coming back and will happily recommend to anyone wanting a great place to stay in Algarve.

Ruhige, saubere Hotelanlage. Die schönen Hotspots der Westalgarve in der Nähe. Freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück-Buffet. Mietwagen ist sehr zu empfehlen. Allerdings würden wir das nächstes Mal ohne Halbpension buchen. Es gibt Abends ein Menü, kein Buffet. Das Essen ist in Ordnung, konnte uns final nicht recht überzeugen.

My stay was really good. Very attentive and professional staff. Always with a smile The food was a disappointment. We could do with some trays, the big pots where the hot food was kept it was not that easy to use. Breakfast choices were fine. Tea choices were quite limited, fish with bones, meat was hard.

This property was beautiful. The hotel pays close attention to detail. The pool area is lovely and so are the pool bar staff. They clearly take a lot of pride in their landscaping. The food offerings at the hotel are quite basic, but there are several fantastic options nearby. I wish we could have stayed longer! This is truly an oasis.

Beautiful property with clean spacious rooms. The included breakfast had a great variety and the coffee machine made awesome drinks. The location was close to popular beaches. The only hiccup was the tv.. nothing worked.. not even regular tv. Thankfully we weren't there to relax and watch tv but i could see it being annoying if you like to watch tv before going to bed.
