staff was 90% really lovely, unfortunately our check in process was met by a grumpier gentleman who really shouldn't be in hospitality. he had no warmth unlike any of the other staff we encountered. everyone seems to do a bit of everything here and play multiple roles. this gentleman should find a new line of work, or at a different hotel that isnt as high end.
