Arrived late and left early but got the time I was there it was great - cosy, comfortable room, spotlessly clean and felt safe as I was on my own….definitely will come back when I’m up in the area next!

I'm already planing to come back! Very lovely hotel with a cosy dining area. Really good cafe latte ;) Staff is exceptional helpful and keen on giving you a good experience. Available free parking next to the entrance. Good bed and and warm duvet. My room was a bit cold, but so was the weather.

Room was cold. And when the radiators were tried turned up , they were spinning on the valve doing nothing. The room. It smelled. Really bad. Not of former people of of chemical. Was woken up at 4 am (on a jet lag) because of a smoking sensor. And I don’t smoke. Breakfast. Close to finishing plate but not done. 1/4 toast and 1/4 mushrooms and trying to take my plate away. So much pressure to hurry up and get (TF) out. So uncomfortable. Trying to check out with a shower and change of clothes at 8:00 am (and ) service walks into room. Basically. Death by a 1000 cuts. It was just a repeated thing after thing. I will not be back again. Cold room. Cold shower. And. Constant in a persons face.
