We had an overnight stay for a wedding. The hotel venue was amazing. Staff worked hard and were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were a good size and comfortable. Good choices for breakfast. Plenty parking.

In passing through the area in our travels, we found this hotel to be a vibrant stop with many locals visiting the restaurant. The hotel is clean, comfortable and modern with plenty of parking. The restaurant food and service were excellent.

A wonderful comfortable hotel. Easy access and plenty of parking. I ate at the Pavilion and Blues great meals, big meals. So nice to have a lift to get luggage to our room. Definitely worth a second visit.

Well presented modern hotel with car park and good facilities. The staff made it an excellent experience with their friendliness and good humour. I think it would be prudent to point out that when Kilmarnock play at home, their ground is adjacent to the hotel and the access roads to the hotel are closed for 1 hour and there are slather number of supporters drinking in the Joel before kick off. It did not spoil it for me but others may not be so accepting. I did eat in the restaurant and the food and service were exemplary.

Chose this hotel for location to Troon for the Open Golf. Accepted that prices were inflated but the hotel is in the car park of Kilmarnock FC and was comfortable. Staff were all really friendly and breakfast was really nice.

It was a very nice stay. Food is pretty expensive if you're wanting to eat in, but if you are going around and getting food other places, ans only focused on the overall stay here? It's perfect. Cleaning is always on point, personal belongings were always left exactly where me and my fiancé left them regardless of importance or lack thereof, and overall it was a very respectful and comfortable space to stay. :)

Room was fine, nothing out of the ordinary. It was an ‘accessible’ room, so had various assistance equipment in the bathroom & a low sink which was a bit annoying when you’re able bodied. We found a glass in a cupboard with the dregs of a drink it it which was growing a fungus so had clearly been there for some time. And the bath Rob was in a plastic bag which was so grotty looking I didn’t want to touch it. Other than that it was ok. Oh and breakfast, only regular pot of coffee on offer, who doesn’t offer latte or cappuccino in these days!

Mostly good.... I had 2 issues, 1. The wifi is uselss, it'll either be there, go super slow, or just disappear. Don't come hear if you need to do work where you need Wifi access. 2. the floorboard sounds.... when someone is in the room above, you will hear them thump about. And even people walking past your room in the corridor you'll hear the floorboards creaking from 20 yards away.

New clean hotel. Well organised. My only gripes are that they'd put a king sized mattress on 2 single bed bases. This resulted in the matress having a central dip up the middle, even though the bases were pushed together tightly. It was quite uncomfortable when trying to sleep. Also, we were on the ground floor. The ceiling must be quite hollow and we could hear the footsteps of the people in the room above, it seemed as though they were stomping about late at night and early morning. I would suggest you ask for an upstairs room when you book. Otherwise its a modern clean hotel and we would go back. Easy parking and its right next to Kilmarnock's football stadium, a good base to explose the Lowlands.

Great location. Modern building. Good bar and restauraunt. Room is big but no aircon in a 4 star room ? No iron or ironing board, no desk lamp either. Big bed but two singlea pushed together meaning bedside table out of reach. I just shifted the bed. But 2 singles together gives an uncomfortable dio right where I prefer to sleep. The bathroom was good and the shower excellent. Do not get a ground floor room. Every footstep from the room above booms through below. Disappointing.

Friendly reception staff and good base location for wedding we were attending. The room was a great size and large king size bed, but some updates were needed. The floorboards creaked terribly and the mattress felt quite old. Shower wasn’t the best and the screen wouldn’t move. They could be more eco friendly - had some plastic cups in room and they changed our towels daily without option to opt out of this. Cleaners were also friendly and did top up tea/coffee etc daily. The car park had some huge potholes which weren’t great for the car. Breakfast was good, with made to order cooked option on weekdays. The staff there could be more welcoming though.

We have stayed at The Park quite a few times. The breakfast and is excellent, dinner was great. The rooms are nice and well kept. My only negative, is that the beds are ok, not overly comfortable, but ok. But the pillows are terrible, one was very flat and the other was even worse. Please get some better pillows, it makes a big difference.

3 night stay here. Can’t fault it. From reception to the restaurant to the housekeeping, the staff were brilliant. One downside if it’s hot weather, as it was during our stay, is no aircon in the bedrooms. Ate in Blues restaurant on each night….amazing food !! Have already booked to stay again on the night of our sons 40th birthday, which is being held in the hotel.

This hotel has good points and bad points unfortunately a lot of bad points. Let me start with the breakfast staff They were brilliant The evening staff had to be prompted a lot for ordertaking and asking where the drinks were, et cetera. The reception staff were uncaring inflexible on rude. The hotel feels really cheaply built all the floors creek and in my room I can hear people above me walking around not sure how they passed building regulations soundproofing specification. The food is pretty good and breakfast starts early which suits business travellers one bad thing nowhere to put the case in the room this baffles me…

My stay was very comfortable, food was excellent, room was clean and very comfortable and had lots of great amenities included. Reception and bar staff were super friendly. Female staff at breakfast not as helpful or friendly as the rest of the staff, she seemed very rushed.

Over the past number over years we as a large group of friends have stayed at no the Park hotel and without doubt I’d the best hotel we have stayed in with its comfort and friendly staff that are always help especially Robyn on reception. Thanks again and we will see you next time.

Really lovely hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I can't remember if there were smaller rooms but as a single occupant my for what I paid the room was definitely worth it, great value. It's about a 20 or so min walk from Kilmarnock station so not far from town centre. The area around the hotel is a small stadium and mainly residential. Only bit of constructive feedack I would give is the nespresso coffee machine in my room while there is a manual in the drawer maybe a small card or laminate with a simple breakdown of how to use may be helpful for future guests, particularly if they drink tea. I'm due to book again next year though and looking forward to it

Food in the Blues restaurant was excellent. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Minor niggles in the room the coffee maker was broken, and one of the lamp bulbs blown.

A really nice place to stay, excellent food and service. Coffee machine in the room is always a winner. My only gripe (and I find this bizarre) is being charged extra to have cheese in my ham omelet at breakfast. Bearing in mind I could have have had a large full English / Scottish breakfast without paying a surcharge, being asked to pay more for a handful of grated cheese seems bizarre! This won’t stop me going back next time I need to stay in Kilmarnock though!
